Gedacht ist an ein System bei Unfällen von der Seite,das je nach PKW Größe ca. 300mm mehr Überlebungsraum schaffen soll. Zum Beispiel wie hier in den Zeichnungen von Links passiert, jedoch gilt das gleiche auch für Unfälle von Rechts. Bei einem Seitenaufprall wird hier mit Hilfe von drei Zylindern (1), ein bzw. zwei Federn (2) und zwei Rohre (3), die Sitze in die Unfallfreie Richtung bzw. Seite bewegt. Von den drei Zylindern (1), sind zwei an den unteren Schwellen (6), Links und Rechts jeweils ein Zylinder befestigt. In der Mitte wird dann der dritte Zylinder (1) mit Hilfe einer langen Feder (2) in die gleiche Höhe mit den anderen zwei Zylinder gebracht. So entsteht die Brücke bzw. Schiene, die sich zwischen der unteren Schwellen Links (6) und Rechts (6) befindet und unter den Sitzen liegt. Um an Material und an Gewicht zu sparen, könnte man hier statt einer großen zwei kleine Federn nehmen, die sich dann zwischen den drei Zylindern befinden. Die mit Hilfe (1) und (2) entstandene Schiene bzw. Brücke, wird durch zwei Rohre (3) auf den die Sitze bzw. der Sitzmechanismus befestigt sind, durchgeführt. Diese Mechanismus ist im normalen Zustand verriegelt und löst sich bzw. bewegt sich nur bei einem Seitenaufprall, zum Beispiel wie hier in den Zeichnungen, von unten bzw. von hinten aus gesehen, Links. Hier bei dem System sind die Sicherheitsgurte (8) anstatt an B-Säule an den Sitzen befestigt. Auf Wunsch könnte man hier auch die Mittelkonsole (12) und dazugehörende Gangschalter (13) und Handbremse (14) parallel mit den Sitzen mitbewegen...The idea is to create a system for side impacts that, depending on the size of the car, should create around 300mm more survival space. To save material and weight, you could use two small springs instead of one large one, which would then be located between the three cylinders. The rail or bridge created with the help of (1) and (2) is carried through two tubes (3) to which the seats or the seat mechanism are attached. This mechanism is locked in the normal state and only releases or moves in the event of a side impact, for example as shown here in the drawings, seen from below or from behind, left. In this system, the seat belts (8) are attached to the seats instead of to the B-pillar.
