Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Abscheiden flüchtiger Stoffe aus Flüssigkeitsdämpfen durch rasches ■ Kühlen der bei der Destillation abziehenden Dämpfe. Bekanntlich sind viele Stoffe mit einem Dampfmedium, z. B. Fettsäuren mit Wasserdampf, leicht destillierbar, die ohne Anwendung eines solchen nicht unter Atmosphärendruck ohne Zersetzung flüchtig sind.
