Die Zentrierung des Scheibenelementes 11, 12 erfolgt durch einen Halteransatz 21, der das Mittelloch 20 des Scheibenelementes 11, 12 durchdringt. Mittels eines Dosierarmes 23 wird zähfließenes Klebemittel 14 in Form einer Raupe 24 ringförmig auf den dem Mittelloch 22 benachbarten inneren Bereich des Scheibenelementes 11, 12 aufgebracht, wobei der Halter 18 mit dem Scheibenelement 11, 12 mit einer Drehzahl von etwa 50 bis 100 U/min rotierend angetrieben ist. Ist die Klebemittelraupe 24 aufgebracht, wird die Rotationsgeschwindigkeit des Halters 18 und damit des Scheibenelements 11 oder 12 auf etwa 2500 bis 5000 U/min erhöht, so daß das Klebemittel 14 ausgehend von der Raupenform 24 über die gesamte Oberfläche 19 abgeschleudert und dabei gleichmäßig verteilt wird. Dies ergibt eine gleichmäßig verteilte, dünne Klebemittelschicht 25. Evtl. vorhandenes bzw. abgeschleudertes restliches Klebemittel 14 wird in nicht dargestellter Weise in der topfförmigen Aufnahme 16 aufgefangen und rückgeführt.This first station 13 has a cup-shaped receptacle 16 , which is provided with a retracted upper edge 17 . Dabei sind die Scheibenelemente 11, 12 entweder durch eine Aufzeichnungsträgerscheibe (Carrier Disc) und eine Leerscheibe (Blanc) für eine einseitige DVD oder durch zwei Aufzeichnungsträgerscheiben für eine zweiseitige DVD gebildet.A UV-curable adhesive or adhesive varnish is preferably used as the adhesive 14 . Die Vakuumvorrichtung 30 besitzt ein Bodenteil 31 und ein Deckelteil 32, die zur Bildung einer Vakuumkammer 36 gasdicht miteinander verbindbar sind. Der Bodenteil 31 besitzt eine Bodenplatte 33 mit einem Ringrand 34, der an mindestens einer Umfangsstelle mit einer radialen Öffnung 37 versehen ist. Die Bodenplatte 33 ist mit einem zylindrischen zentrischen gestuften Ansatz versehen, auf dessen bodenplattenseitigen und durchmessergrößeren Teil 38 das betreffende Scheibenelement 11, 12 auflegbar ist und dessen durchmesserkleinerer Teil 39 durch das Mittelloch 22 des Scheibenelementes 11, 12 greift. Der Bodenteil 31 ist ferner mit einer Zentriervorrichtung 40 versehen, die mehrere flache über den Umfang verteilte radiale Spann/Zentrierschieber 41, die im Bereich zwischen den beiden Ansatzteilen 38, 39 vorgesehen sind, und einen Spann/Zentrierbolzen 42 aufweist, der die Bodenplatte 33 und den Ansatzteil 38 in zentrischer Lage axial durchdringt und die radial spreizbaren Schieber 41 durch eine axiale Bewegung beaufschlagen kann.After this application of adhesive, the two disk elements 11 and 12 are moved one after the other or, if the first station 13 is designed twice, in a manner not shown at the same time by means of a handling device into a second station 30 designed as a vacuum device according to FIG. 3. Dabei gelangt das obere Scheibenelement 11 mit seinem Mittelloch 22 aus dem Vorzentrieransatzteil 39 des Deckelteils 32 über den Vorzentriervorsprung 53 des Bodenteils 31.
