Abstract

The procedure uses corresponding automatic lacquering machines which can be positioned at least to the side of and above the bodies running through the lacquering cabin. The paint application takes place on the side and roof sections of each body exclusively with so-called side machines. The side machines are arranged in several vertical working planes one after another in the direction of the body travel through the cabin and partly lying opposite one another. The paint feed pipelines are integrated in a channel under the machines. Atomisers of Accubell type are used for lacquering with water-based lacquers and paint changers with corresponding docking blocks are used in the cabin.

Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1 und eine zur Ver­ fahrensdurchführung geeignete Kabinenanordnung nach dem Oberbegriff des ersten Vorrichtungsanspruchs. Claims (5)

1. Verfahren zum Aufbringen von Spritzapplikationen o. dgl. vornehmlich auf Fahrzeugkarossen, wobei ent­ sprechende Lackierautomaten zumindest seitlich und oberhalb der jeweiligen, die Lackierkabine durch­ laufenden Karosse positionierbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Farbauftrag auf die Seiten- und Dachpartien der jeweiligen Karosse (FK) ausschließlich mit sog. Seitenmaschinen (S1 und S2) erfolgt. 1.   • d) Einbau von Farbwechslern mit entsprechenden Andockblöcken in der Kabine (K1, K2, K3).
