Description
Scheibenbremse, insbesondere fär Kraftfahrzeuge Die Erfindung betrifft eine Scheibenbremse, insbesondere für Kraftfahrzeuge, mit zwei durch Kugeln und Rampen aneinander abgestätzten Bremsringen in einem feststehenden Gehäuse, von denen der eine von einer Fahrzeugwelle angetrieben ist und der andere über Kugeln und Rampen mitgenommen wird, mit einer zweiten Bremse, die an dem einen Bremsring angreift. Bei einer anderen Bremse der beschriebenen Art ist die Initialbremskraft gering, weil sie an dem mitgenommenen Bremsring zum Angriff kommt. Die Erfindung bringt gegenüber den bekannten Bremsen den Fortschritt, daß der Fahrer des Fahrzeuges je nach den vorliegenden Verhältnissen wählen kann, ob er mit einer geringen Initialkraft eine sehr schnelle und vollverstärkte Bremswirkung oder unter Anwendung einer starken Initialbremskraft, die entsprechend bequem zu dosieren ist, eine langsam einsetzende vollverstärkte Bremswirkung haben will. Außerdem wird durch die Erlmdung einer Vorschrift für die Bremsanla-en von Kraftfahrzeugen genügt, nach der neben der Fahrbremse eine unabhängige Bremse vorzusehen ist.
