Abstract
Das Schaltnetzteil weist einen Transformator (T1), der eine Primärwicklung (W1) und mindestens eine Sekundärwicklung (W2-W6) enthält, einen Schalttransistor (Q1) in Serie zu der Primärwicklung, eine Treiberstufe (DR) zur Steuerung des Schalttransistors (Q1) und eine Regelschaltung zur Regelung einer Ausgangsspannung (U3-U5) auf. Die Regelschaltung enthält hierbei einen über einen Anschluss (4) einstellbaren Oszillator, der mit einer Sekundärwicklung (W6) gekoppelt ist, zur Bestimmung des Einschaltzeitpunktes des Schalttransistors. Zwischen dem Anschluss (4) und der Sekundärwicklung (W6) ist insbesondere eine Schaltstufe (T1, T2) angeordnet, die eine Versorgungsspannung (V¶Ref¶) an den Anschluss (4) durchschaltet, wenn an der Sekundärwicklung (W6) zum Zeitpunkt einer Oszillation ein Spannungssprung auftritt. Hierdurch wird der Schalttransistor zu einem Zeitpunkt durchgeschaltet, bei dem die Einschaltverluste gering sind, so dass die in dem Schalttransistor entstehenden Verluste erheblich reduziert werden.
