Gleichzeitig lässt sich durch entsprechend abgestimmte Steuerung der oberen und unteren Antriebsstränge auf einfache Weise eine parallele Ausrichtung der Aufspannplatten und eine variable, also erforderlichenfalls auch unsymmetrische Schließkraftverteilung an den Formwerkzeughälften erzielen, wie dies sonst nur bei herkömmlichen 4-Holm-Schließeinheiten ohne freien Zugang des Plattenzwischenraums möglich ist.
