Abstract

Bei der Montage von Kraftfahrzeugen werden diverse Komponenten bzw. Module als Fahrzeugelemente verbaut, wobei diese Elemente zum Teil auch innerhalb der Karosserie verbaut werden, so dass diese Elemente in den Innenraum der Karosserie durch Öffnungen eingebracht werden müssen. Dabei besteht die grundsätzliche Gefahr einer Berührung des einzubauenden Elements mit der Karosserie. Auch müssen die mit der Montage betraute Personen in die Karosserie eingreifen und durch Öffnungen in die Karosserie steigen. Auch in diesem Hinblick könnte die Gefahr einer Berührung mit der Karosserie bestehen. Berührungen mit der Karosserie bergen grundsätzlich die Gefahr einer Beschädigung.
