Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Sicherstellung einer störungsfreien Übertragung von Elektronik-Signalen in mit im Wesentlichen mit faserverstärktem Kunststoff aufgebauten Karosserien für Fahrzeuge, insbesondere Karosserien für Kraftfahrzeuge. Faserverstärkte Kunststoff-Bauteile, z.B. kohlestofffaser- oder glasfaserverstärkter Kunststoff, wie sie z.B. im Fahrzeugbau für Karosserieteile Anwendung finden, lassen Hochfrequenz-Strahlen im Wesentlichen reflexionsfrei durch. Um in Kraftfahrzeugen mit faserverstärkter Karosserie oder mit faserverstärkten Radhäusern z.B. ein elektronisches Reifendruck-Kontrollsystem einsetzen zu können, muss in jedes einzelne Radhaus deshalb eine Empfangsantenne für die von der in die Räder integrierten Sendeelektronik ausgestrahlten Signale und ebenfalls in jedes Radhaus eine aufwendige Signal-Bearbeitungs- und Übertragungseinrichtung integriert werden, da systembedingt die Signale der in den Rädern vorgesehenen Radelektroniken über Reflexionen in den Radhäusern bzw. zwischen Fahrzeugunterboden und Straße übertragen werden. Bei metallisch aufgebauten Karosserien bzw. Radhäusern wird der Reflexionsraum innerhalb der Radhäuser benutzt, um die in allen Radpositionen über die 360°-Raddrehung gesendeten Elektronik-Signale einer zentralen Antenne im Fahrzeug zuzuleiten.
