Es sind Verfahren bekannt, die für Stranggießen der Verbundgussblöcke vorausgesetzt sind, Oberfläche und Kern derer aus unterschiedlichen Metallen ausgeführt sind:

Es sind folgende Schwierigkeiten bei Verarbeitung der Stranggussblöcke der NE-Metalle bekannt:
- – kleine Querschnittsabnahmen,
- – Nutzung teuerer Schutzatmosphären bei Wärmebehandlung und bei Erwärmung zum Warmwalzen wegen aktiver Reaktion der NE-Metalle mit Gasen der Atmosphäre,
- – Verwendung des Homogenisierungsglühens vor erstem Walzen,
- – Verlust des NE-Metalls bei dem Putzen/Hobeln der Gussblöcke, dem Beizen von Bunden und von Rollen,
- – schlechte Schweißbarkeit der NE-Metalle – im Falle des Schweißens der Umhüllung.

Dieses Ergebnis wird dadurch erreicht, dass Herstellungsverfahren des Stranggießens der NE-Metalle auf folgende Weise verwirklicht wird:
Gießen der Schmelze eines NE-Metalls erfolgt auf/in eine kontinuierlich formierte, sich bewegliche metallische Umhüllung, die mindestens aus einem Band ausgeführt ist, wobei werden die Bandkanten (Bänderkanten) kontinuierlichem Schweißen unterzogen, dabei bilden die Schmelze und die Umhüllung einen Stranggussblock, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umhüllung aus einem niedriggekohlten (unlegierten) Stahl ausgeführt ist, und sie der Entfernung am Ende der Verarbeitung des Stranggussproduktes unterzogen wird.This result is achieved by realizing the production process of continuous casting of the non-ferrous metals in the following manner:
