Die Erfindung betrifft eine Halteanordnung für einen Stoßfänger eines Kraftwagens sowie ein Verfahren zum Montieren und Ausrichten eines Stoßfängers eines Kraftwagens.The invention relates to a holding arrangement for a bumper of a motor vehicle and a method for mounting and aligning a bumper of a motor vehicle.
Der Frontendbereich von Kraftwagen, der Stoßfänger, Kühlermaske, Leuchtenmodule und dergleichen umfasst, muss zum Erzielen einer ansprechenden optischen Anmutung exakt ausgerichtet werden. Insbesondere ist es hierbei wichtig, die Spaltmaße zwischen Stoßfänger und benachbarten Beplankungsteilen und dergleichen exakt einzustellen, um Asymmetrien im Erscheinungsbild zu vermeiden. Gerade beim Stoßfänger ist hierbei eine exakte Ausrichtung in allen drei Raumrichtungen notwendig. Die Einstellprozesse sind hierbei sehr aufwändig und oftmals ungenau, so dass oftmals Nacharbeiten notwendig werden. Die Montage des Stoßfängers ist daher ein arbeits- und kostenaufwändiger Schritt in der Fertigung eines Kraftwagens.The front-end area of automobiles comprising bumpers, radiator grille, lamp modules and the like must be precisely aligned to achieve a pleasing visual appearance. Das Hilfselement kann benutzt werden, um vor der Montage des eigentlichen Stoßfängers das Halteteil korrekt auszurichten, so dass der Stoßfänger nach Entnahme des Hilfselements in das Halteelement eingesetzt werden kann und unmittelbar in der korrekten Relativlage zur Motorhaube montiert wird. Im Anschluss wird ein Hilfselement in ein weiteres, am Halteteil angeordnetes Halteelement eingesetzt und das Halteteil in dem Halteelement am Trägerteil in Fahrzeughochrichtung verschoben, bis das Hilfselement eine vorgegebene Relativlage zu einer Motorhaube des Kraftwagens einnimmt. Nach Entfernen des Hilfselements wird der Stoßfänger in das Halteelement im Halteteil eingesetzt und erhält dabei aufgrund der Vorpositionierung des Halteteils mittels des Hilfselements bereits die korrekte Relativlage zur Motorhaube. Schließlich wird der Stoßfänger in Fahrzeugquerrichtung und/oder Fahrzeuglängsrichtung verschoben, bis er eine vorgegebene Position einnimmt. Insgesamt kann so eine besonders einfache, prozesssicher und schnell durchzuführende Einstellung der Spaltmaße im Vorderwagen erfolgen.The invention further relates to a method for mounting and aligning a bumper of a motor vehicle, in particular a passenger car.
