Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Trainingsgerät zur Körperertüchtigung durch sportliche Aktivitäten oder medizinische Maßnahmen, bestehend aus einem Grundkörper mit mehreren Baugruppen zur Abstützung eines Probanden, wobei mindestens eine dieser Baugruppen vom Probanden mittels seiner Füße, Hände oder anderer Körperteile verlagert werden kann.The invention relates to a training device for physical exercise through sports activities or medical measures, consisting of a body with several modules for supporting a subject, wherein at least one of these modules can be displaced by the subject by means of his feet, hands or other body parts.
Neben derartigen Vorrichtungen zum Training von Gleichgewichtssinn und Feinmotorik werden für Aufgaben der Rehabilitation zunehmend Vorrichtungen eingesetzt, mit denen ausgewählte Körperorgane oder Körperabschnitte gestärkt werden sollen. Dabei haben Studien ergeben, dass für eine Diagnose und Therapie von Herz-Kreislaufstörungen, insbesondere koronarer Erkrankungen, nicht die ehemals üblichen Ausdauerbelastungen beste Ergebnisse bringen, sondern kombinierte Kraft-Ausdauer-Belastungen. Diese ermöglichen eine besonders effektive Verbesserung der Muskelkraft bei Herzpatienten. Dies ist ein wesentlicher Vorteil gegenüber der bisher verfügbaren Gerätetechnik, bei der die Geräteparameter überwiegend nur vor Nutzungsbeginn eingestellt werden können. Gemäß der Erfindung wird nunmehr die Belastung des Probanden in medizinisch effektiver Weise durch eine steuerbare, linear wirkende Bremse verändert.
