Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein pharmazeutisches Mittel zur lokalisierten Behandlung der Psoriasis besonders an mechanisch stark beanspruchten Koerperstellen, beispielsweise zur Therapie der Psoriasis palmoplantaris oder der Psoriasis der Ellenbogen und Knie. Durch das Aufbringen eines Kopolymiersates aus Akryl- und/oder Methakrylsaeureestern entsteht auf den betreffenden Hautarealen ein elastischer, der Koerperform angepaszter Film, der einen dem Occlusionsverband vergleichbaren Verband bildet und zur Therapie der lokalisierten Psoriasis verwendet wird. Der mit einem Occlusionsverband vergleichbare Verband ist farblos, wasserabweisend, elastisch, riecht nicht unangenehm, paßt sich völlig der entsprechenden Körperpartie an und läßt sich innerhalb weniger Minuten appliziuren. Der erfindungsgemäß gebildete Folienfilm schafft nicht nur günstige Bedingungen für die Psoriasistherapie, sondern kann darüber hinaus über verschiedene zellkinetische Einflüsse durch die Occlusion direkt in die Pathogenese der Psoriasis eingreifen, wie es in der Literatur als günstig beschrieben wurde [Eaglstein, W. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der erfindungsgemäß erreichbare Schutz vor krankheitsauslösenden Mikrotraumen durch Wasser, schädigende Umwelteinflüsse und mechanische Beanspruchungen, was sich bei den mechanisch provozierbaren Psoriasisformen wie Psoriasis palmoplantaris (Schuppenflechte der Handteller und Fußsohlen) sowie bei Psoriasis der Ellenbogen und Knie als günstig erweist. Das erfindungsgemäße Mittel eignet sich zur Therapie der lokalisierten Psoriasis besonders an mechanisch beanspruchten Körperstellen. Bei jeweils 10 Patienten mit Psoriasis palmoplantaris bzw. mit Präindikationsstellen an Ellenbogen/Knie wurde ein Folienfilm durch Besprühen der betreffenden Hautareale mit Ankerplast® Spray aufgebracht. Dieser Folienfilm wurde an den Folgetagen jeweils einmal von Verschmutzungen mit Hilfe eines mit Aceton getränkten Wattebausches gereinigt und bei starker Belastung entstandene Risse mit Ankerplast⁹ Spray ausgebessert. Diese Behandlungen dauerten 4 Wochen an. Claims

1.
