Abstract
Ένας βιολογικός ιστός ταξινομείται χρησιμοποιώντας ένα σύστημα υπολογιστή. Στο σύστημα υπολογιστή λαμβάνονται δεδομένα απεικόνισης, τα οποία περιλαμβάνουν μια πληθώρα εικόνων μιας περιοχής εξέτασης ενός βιολογικού ιστού. Κάθε μία από τις πολλές εικόνες αποτυπώνεται σε διαφορετικούς χρόνους κατά τη διάρκεια μιας περιόδου κατά την οποία η τοπική εφαρμογή ενός παράγοντα διαφοροποίησης παθολογίας στην περιοχή εξέτασης του ιστού προκαλεί παροδικά οπτικά αποτελέσματα.
