Abstract
Μια μέθοδος αποκωδικοποίησης βίντεο που περιλαμβάνει τη λήψη, από ένα bitstream, πληροφοριών σχετικά με ένα μέγιστο μέγεθος μιας μονάδας κωδικοποίησης, λήψη, από το bitstream, μιας πρώτης πληροφορία που υποδεικνύει κατά πόσο ένα εξαρτημένο τμήμα τεμαχίου επιτρέπεται να συμπεριληφθεί σε μια εικόνα, και προσδιορισμό τουλάχιστον μίας μέγιστης μονάδας κωδικοποίησης που περιλαμβάνεται σε ένα πρώτο τμήμα τεμαχίου, με βάση ένα μέγιστο μέγεθος μονάδας κωδικοποίησης, που προσδιορίζεται με τη χρήση των πληροφοριών σχετικά με το μέγιστο μέγεθος.
