Abstract

Μια μέθοδος αποκωδικοποίησης βίντεο που περιλαμβάνει τη λήψη, από ένα bitstream, πληροφοριών σχετικά με ένα μέγιστο μέγεθος μιας μονάδας κωδικοποίησης, λήψη, από το bitstream, μιας πρώτης πληροφορία που υποδεικνύει κατά πόσο ένα εξαρτημένο τμήμα τεμαχίου επιτρέπεται να συμπεριληφθεί σε μια εικόνα, και προσδιορισμό τουλάχιστον μίας μέγιστης μονάδας κωδικοποίησης που περιλαμβάνεται σε ένα πρώτο τμήμα τεμαχίου, με βάση ένα μέγιστο μέγεθος μονάδας κωδικοποίησης, που προσδιορίζεται με τη χρήση των πληροφοριών σχετικά με το μέγιστο μέγεθος. Η μέθοδος περιλαμβάνει λήψη, από το bitstream, μιας δεύτερης πληροφορίας που υποδεικνύει κατά πόσο μια τρέχουσα μέγιστη μονάδα κωδικοποίησης είναι στο τέλος του πρώτου τμήματος τεμαχίου ή όχι και αποθήκευση μιας μεταβλητής πλαισίου του πρώτου τμήματος τεμαχίου εάν η πρώτη πληροφορία υποδεικνύει ότι ένα εξαρτημένο τμήμα τεμαχίου επιτρέπεται να συμπεριληφθεί στην εικόνα και η δεύτερη πληροφορία υποδεικνύει κατά πόσο η τρέχουσα μέγιστη μονάδα κωδικοποίησης είναι στο τέλος του πρώτου τμήματος τεμαχίου.
