Abstract

Παρέχεται μία μέθοδος κωδικοποίησης βίντεο, ώστε να κωδικοποιηθεί μία τρέχουσα περιοχή ενός βίντεο, με την πραγματοποίηση μετασχηματισμού στην τρέχουσα περιοχή με τη χρήση μονάδων μετασχηματισμού σε μία δομή δένδρου μεταβλητής, οι οποίες καθορίζονται από μεταξύ μονάδων μετασχηματισμού που διαμερίζονται ιεραρχικά από μία βασική μονάδα μετασχηματισμού σε σχέση με την τρέχουσα περιοχή και οι οποίες δημιουργούνται βάσει ενός μέγιστου επιπέδου διαμερισμού μίας μονάδας μετασχηματισμού˙ και εξάγοντας κωδικοποιημένα δεδομένα της τρέχουσας περιοχής, πληροφορίες για έναν τρόπο κωδικοποίησης και πληροφορίες ιεραρχικής δομής μονάδας μετασχηματισμού που περιλαμβάνουν πληροφορίες μέγιστου μεγέθους και πληροφορίες ελάχιστου μεγέθους της μονάδας μετασχηματισμού σε σχέση με το βίντεο.
