Abstract

La invención se refiere a un recubrimiento cerámico, destinado a ser aplicado sobre un soporte metálico y que tiene la forma de al menos una película continua que tiene un espesor de entre 2 y 100 µm, este recubrimiento comprende una matriz que incluye al menos un polialcóxido metálico y en la que se dispersan partículas de las cuales, el diámetro oscila entre 0,01 y 50 µm, dichas partículas son de un material que tiene una conductividad térmica igual o superior a 10 W.m-.K-y una densidad aparente de a lo sumo 3,9 g/cm. La invención también se refiere a un artículo culinario, por ejemplo, que comprende tal recubrimiento y su método de fabricación. 1 1 3
