Abstract

Un artículo absorbente desechable que incluye un forro dellado del cuerpo que tiene allí una abertura que define un borde de extremo frontal, un borde de extremo posterior y un par de bordes de lado lateralmente opuestos, en donde dicho artículo comprende un par de miembros elásticos los cuales se extienden por lo menos parcialmente a lo largo de los bordes laterales de dicha abertura y los cuales se extienden longitudinalmente más allá de por lo menos uno de dichos bordes de extremo de dicha abertura en una dirección lateralmente divergente para mantener dichos bordes de dicha abertura en contacto con las nalgas del usuario durante el uso.2un artículo absorbente que tiene una sección de cintura frontal, una sección de cintura posterior, y una sección intermedia la cual interconecta dichas secciones de cintura frontal y posterior, dicho artículo comprende:a) una cubierta exterior;b) un forro del lado del cuerpo el cual está conectado en una relación sobrepuesta a dicha cubierta exterior y el cual define una abertura ahí para recibir los exudados fecales en donde dicha abertura define un borde de extremo frontal, un borde de extremo posterior y un par de bordes de lado lateralmente opuestos;c) un cuerpo absorbente el cual está localizado entre dicho forro del lado del cuerpo y dicha cubierta exterior;d) un par de miembros elásticos los cuales se extienden por lo menos parcialmente a lo largo de dichos bordes laterales de dicha abertura para mantener dichos bordes de dicha abertura en contacto con las nalgas del usuario en el uso; ye) una capa de manejo de líquido localizada sobre el forro del lado del cuerpo en dicha sección de cintura frontal de dicho artículo absorbente la cual está configurada para mantener y distribuir los exudados líquidos.
