Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de preparadosefervescentes que contienen medicamentos que constan de A. Una composición efervescente que contiene (i) fuente de CO2 (ii) componente ácidoB. Principio activo farmacéutico y C. Coadyuvante, caracterizado porque al menos uno de los dos componentes A(i), A(ii) y dado el caso otros componentes del preparado efervescentes se dispersan en C) azúcar y/o azúcar-alcohol y/o sucedáneo de azúcar fundidos y la mezcla resultante, dado el caso, se prepara como comprimido. 7: Preparado efervescente que consta de A. Una composición efervescente que tiene (i) fuente de CO2 (ii) componente ácido,} B. Principio activo farmacéutico y C. Coadyuvante, caracterizado porque el coadyuvante C) contiene azúcar y/o azúcar-alcohol y/o sucedáneo de azúcar fundibles y el componente A(i) y/o A(ii) está dispersado en una matriz de azúcar y/o azúcar-alcohol y/o sucedáneo de azúcar fundible.
