Abstract
抛物柱面太阳热水灶,是一种利用太阳能的加热装置。其特征在于有一抛物柱面反射面(10)和一根与它焊接成整体的双层吸热管(2)。双层吸热管(2)由外管(11)与内管(13)相内切,并沿管长方向相切的直线切缝、焊牢、密封,且切缝位于太阳反射焦线位置上对着抛物柱面反射面(10)。
Description
本实用新型为一利用太阳能的加热装置。
一般的太阳灶是采用旋转抛物面为反射面,将太阳能汇聚于一点,在焦点上装置加热器具。这样的太阳灶的反射面——旋转抛物面制造困难,维修不便。以及由于反射、散射及空气的热传导作用,致使热能利用率低。
本实用新型的任务是:设计一种易于制造的反射面,及改进吸热装置以利提高太阳能的利用率。
解决任务的方法是:抛物柱面太阳灶的反射面为一抛物柱面。吸热部分为双层吸热管。双层吸热管由内管与外管相内切,并沿管长方向相切的直线切缝,而后两管焊牢、密封。抛物柱面反射面和带有进水和出水口的双层吸热管焊成整体,放置在框架上。抛物柱面的下方一端装有园弧传动齿轮,被安装在框架上的定时跟踪器带动,使整体绕轴线(A-A)旋转。抛物柱面上方边缘装有垂直于边缘并平行于轴线(C-C)的指示杆,整个太阳热水灶,支承在带有调整螺丝的立柱上。
双层吸热管的内管用传导性能好的金属管,外管用传导性能差的金属管或在其外面包上一层绝热材料。
本实用新型的抛物柱面反射面只有一个方向的弯曲,较之旋转抛物面要容易制造得多。双层吸热管采用完全黑体原理可以大大减少热量的损失,从而提高热能的利用率。抛物柱面反射面下方一端安装的园弧齿轮被定时跟踪器带动,使抛物柱面反射面自动跟踪太阳。使用本装置可多个串联,逐级加热,而可得到过热蒸汽。

图1中抛物柱面反射面(10)将太阳光线汇聚一条直线--焦线。双层吸热管(2)由图2中的外管(11)和内管(13)相内切,切点(14)并沿管长方向相切的直线切缝、焊牢密封。外管(11)上焊有进水口(1)和出水口(8)。水(12)盛于外管(11)与内管(13)所夹的空间。双层吸热管(2)和抛物柱面反射面(10)焊接成整体,使双层吸热管(2)的切缝对着抛物柱面反射面(10)并使切缝与抛物柱面反射面(10)汇聚焦线重合。抛物柱面(10)汇集反射光线(16)。汇聚的光线从双层吸热管(2)的直线切缝射入,热量由内管(13)传给水(12)。双层吸热管(2)和抛物柱面反射面(10)焊接成整体后置于框架(3)上,抛物柱面反射面(10)下方一端安装有一园弧传动齿轮(7),被安装于框架(3)上的定时跟踪器(6)带动,使该焊接整体绕轴线(A-A)转动。抛物柱面反射面(10)上方边沿的指示杆(9)与边沿(17)垂直,并平行于抛物柱面反射面的横切面轴线(C-C),支撑整个太阳热水灶的立柱(5)上的调整螺钉(4),用于调整太阳热水灶的南北方向倾角。
Claims (3)
1、抛物柱面太阳灶,一种利用太阳能的加热装置。它具有定时跟踪器(6),园弧传动齿轮(7),指示杆(9),调整螺钉(4),其特征在于有一个抛物柱面反射面(10)和一根与它焊接成整体的带有进水口(1)和出水口(8)的双层吸热管(2)。
2、按权利要求1的太阳热水灶,其特征在于双层吸热管(2)由内管(13)与外管(11)相内切,并沿管长方向相切的直线切缝。且切缝位于太阳反射焦线位置上对着抛物柱面反射面(10)。
3、按权利要求1或2的太阳热水灶,其特征在于双层吸热管(2)的外管(11)是热传导性能差的金属管或在其外壁包上一层绝热材料。内管(13)是热传导性能好的金属管。
