Abstract

一种液晶显示器,包括一框体、一装设架、一液晶显示屏及一后盖,该液晶显示屏装设于该框体,该框体装设于该后盖,该装设架设有若干长形的固定孔,该装设架通过这些固定孔装设于该液晶显示屏的一侧边与该框体之间。该装设架的固定孔为长形,从而使该装设架的锁固位置有一定活动空间,可满足因公差而宽度略有不同的液晶显示屏的固定要求。

【技术领域】
本实用新型是关于一种液晶显示器,特别是一种适用于笔记本电脑的液晶显示器。
【技术背景】
传统笔记本电脑的液晶显示屏是以若干螺丝或装设架固定于笔记本电脑的后盖或框体,如中国台湾专利公告第478603号的液晶显示器,其包括一后盖、一框体、一液晶显示屏及若干装设架,所述装设架是以若干螺丝装设于所述后盖,所述液晶显示屏是装设于所述装设架。但是,这样的固定结构只能装设固定宽度的液晶显示屏,而实际生产中,液晶显示屏的宽度会因制造公差而略有不同,如用上述结构固定,该液晶显示屏难免受到其他元件的拉伸或挤压,液晶显示屏为脆弱易碎的元件,这样的固定方式使其在使用过程中更易于损坏。
【发明内容】
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种固定结构可适应液晶显示屏公差的液晶显示器。
一种液晶显示器,包括一框体、一装设架、一液晶显示屏及一后盖,该液晶显示屏装设于该框体,该框体装设于该后盖,该装设架设有若干长形的固定孔,该装设架通过这些固定孔装设于该液晶显示屏的一侧边与该框体之间。
相较现有技术,该装设架的固定孔为长形,从而使该装设架的锁固位置有一定活动空间,可满足因公差而宽度略有不同的液晶显示屏的固定要求。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1,为本实用新型液晶显示器的较佳实施方式,其包括一框体20、一装设架40、一液晶显示屏60及一后盖80。
该框体20大致为长方形,其包括一第一边框22、一第二边框24、一第三边框26及一第四边框28,其中该第一边框22与该第二边框24、该第三边框26与该第四边框28分别相对设置。该第一边框22设有若干带螺孔的凸柱30。该第二边框24上设有一装设片32,该装设片32上设有若干通孔34。该第三边框26及第四边框28分别设有若干限位片36及若干螺孔38。
请参阅图2,该装设架40的主体42为长形片体,其上设有若干穿孔44。该主体42的一侧边垂直于该主体42向外弯折设有若干固定片46,这些固定片46分别与该框体20的凸柱30一一对应。每一固定片46上设有一长形固定孔48,若干螺丝可穿过这些固定孔48,锁固于对应凸柱30的螺孔,从而将该装设架40装设于该框体20。
该液晶显示屏60为一薄形长方体,其两短侧边分别对应该框体20的通孔34及该装设架40的穿孔44设有若干螺孔62。
该后盖80的内侧对应该框体20的螺孔38设有若干固定柱(图未示)。
请参阅图3及图4,安装时,首先以若干螺丝穿过该装设架40的穿孔44,锁固于该液晶显示屏60一侧边的对应螺孔62,从而将该装设架40装设于该液晶显示屏60。将该液晶显示屏60置于该框体20的装设片32、限位片36及凸柱30所限定的空间内,以若干螺丝穿过该框体20的通孔34,锁固于该液晶显示屏60另一侧边的对应螺孔62,再以若干固定元件如螺丝50穿过该框体20的固定孔48,锁固于该框体20的对应凸柱30,从而将该液晶显示屏60装设于该框体20。因该框体20的固定孔48为长形,这些螺丝50于对应固定孔48的穿设及锁固位置可有一定活动空间,从而为该液晶显示屏60提供合适宽度的装设空间,使其在锁固时不会因宽度略有不同而受到拉伸或挤压,从而解决液晶显示屏60因制造公差而易于损坏的问题。以若干螺丝(图未示)穿过该框体20的螺孔38,锁固于该后盖80的对应固定柱,从而将该框体20与该后盖80装设于一起,完成该液晶显示器的组装。
当然,该后盖80也可以其它方式,如卡钩卡扣等装设于该框体20。

Claims (8)

1.一种液晶显示器,包括一框体、一装设架、一液晶显示屏及一后盖,所述液晶显示屏装设于所述框体,所述装设架装设于所述液晶显示屏的一侧边与所述框体之间,所述框体装设于所述后盖,所述装设架设有若干固定孔,若干固定元件穿过所述固定孔锁固于所述框体,其特征在于:所述固定孔是长形的。
2.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述装设架设有若干固定片,所述固定孔是开设于所述固定片的,所述框体包括一设有若干凸柱的第一边框,所述固定元件分别穿过所述固定孔,锁固于对应凸柱。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述固定元件为螺丝。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述装设架包括一与所述固定片垂直设置的主体,所述主体设有若干穿孔,所述液晶显示屏的相应侧边对应每一穿孔设有一螺孔。
5.如权利要求4所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述框体包括一第二边框,所述第二边框设有一装设片,所述液晶显示屏的另一侧边固定于所述装设片。
6.如权利要求5所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述第二边框的装设片上设有若干通孔,所述液晶显示屏的相应侧边对应所述通孔设有若干螺孔。
7.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述框体进一步包括相对设置的一第三边框及一第四边框,所述第三边框及第四边框上分别设有若干对所述液晶显示屏起限位作用的限位片。
8.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述框体设有若干螺孔,所述后盖的内侧对应所述螺孔设有若干固定柱,若干螺丝穿过所述螺孔锁固于对应固定柱。
