Abstract
一种卡扣装置,用于将一盖体锁固于一基座,其包括一活动装设于所述盖体的卡扣件,所述卡扣件包括至少一可钩扣于所述基座的卡钩,所述卡扣装置还包括一活动装设于所述盖体的按动件,所述按动件设有一推动部,所述卡扣件设有一收容所述推动部的凹槽,所述凹槽一侧壁为一斜面,所述推动部抵顶于所述斜面并可推动所述卡扣件使所述卡钩脱离钩扣所述基座。
Description
【技术领域】
本实用新型是关于一种卡扣装置,特别是一种笔记本电脑的卡扣装置。
【背景技术】
电子装置如笔记本电脑等由于其便携性要求,其盖体的锁固及开启十分频繁,所以对电子装置卡扣装置开启操作的便捷性具有一定的要求。
如美国专利第6,115,239号所揭示的一种卡扣装置,其包括一装设于盖体边缘的滑块、一滑动杆及两弹性件,该滑块装设于该滑动杆侧面,该滑动杆底部设有若干卡钩,该两弹性件分别装设于该滑动杆两端,滑动该滑块,可带动该滑动杆及设于该滑动杆上的卡钩运动,从而实现笔记本电脑盖体的锁固功能。但是由于该滑块装设于该滑动杆侧面,使用者只有依靠摩擦力滑动该滑块才能带动滑动杆及卡钩运动,使操作不便且较费力。
【发明内容】
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种结构简单,便于操作的卡扣装置。
一种卡扣装置,用于将一盖体锁固于一基座,其包括一活动装设于所述盖体的卡扣件,所述卡扣件包括至少一可钩扣于所述基座的卡钩,所述卡扣装置还包括一活动装设于所述盖体的按动件,所述按动件设有一推动部,所述卡扣件设有一收容所述推动部的凹槽,所述凹槽一侧壁为一斜面,所述推动部抵顶于所述斜面并可推动所述卡扣件使所述卡钩脱离钩扣所述基座。
相较现有技术,上述卡扣装置通过在该卡扣件上设一斜面,按动该按动件,该按动件可抵顶于该斜面并推动该卡扣件动作,从而开启电子装置盖体,结构简单,使用者操作方便。

【具体实施方式】
请参照图1与图4,为本实用新型卡扣装置的较佳实施方式,其应用于笔记本电脑上,是将一盖体10锁固于一基座50,该卡钩装置包括装设于该盖体10内的一按动件20、一卡扣件30及一弹性件40。
该盖体10包括一壳体11及一开设有两通孔131的框架13。该壳体11前端设有一端壁111,该端壁111中间处向内凹形成一凹陷部112。该壳体11内侧邻近该凹陷部112垂直设有一凸柱114,该凸柱114两侧靠近该端壁111分别设有一第一板115与一第二板116,该第一板115设有一第一导向孔117,该第二板116由上部向下形成一第二导向孔118。该凸柱114与该第一板115及该第二板116之间分别设有两滑轨119,这些滑轨119均与该端壁111平行。该框架13内侧对应该壳体11的滑轨119亦设有若干滑轨。
该按动件20大致呈T形,其包括一按动部21及一由该按动部21垂直延伸的推动部23,该推动部23相对于该壳体11上的凸柱114设有一长形孔25,该长形孔25与该按动部21垂直。
该卡扣件30包括一长条状主体部31,该主体部31底部对应该壳体11的滑轨119分别设有若干滑槽312,该主体部31顶部对应该框架13的滑轨亦设有若干滑槽314,该卡扣件30可在该盖体10内左右滑动。该主体部31一前侧壁311中部对应该壳体11的凸柱114设有一长形凹口313。该主体部31顶部的中间对应该按动件20的推动部23设有一凹槽315,该凹槽315一侧壁成一楔形斜面317,该按动件20的推动部23可抵顶于该斜面317。该主体部31顶部靠近两端部相对于该框架13的两通孔131分别垂直延伸一设有钩扣部321的卡钩32。该两端部向外分别延伸一第一杆33及一第二杆34,该第一杆33与该第二杆34可分别穿过该壳体11上的第一板115的第一导向孔117与该第二板116的第二导向孔118。
该弹性件40套设于该卡扣件30的第一杆33,其一端抵顶于该主体部31的端部,另一端抵顶于该壳体11上的第一板115。本实施方式中,该弹性件40为一弹簧。
请参照图4,该基座50上设有与该卡扣件30的两卡钩32相对应的两卡扣孔51,该两卡钩32的钩扣部321可分别穿过该两卡扣孔51并卡制于该基座50。
请参照图2,组装时,首先将该弹性件40套设于该卡扣件30的第一杆33上,将该第一杆33的末端穿过该壳体11上的第一板115的第一导向孔117,再将该第二杆34由该第二板116上部压入该第二导向孔118,使该壳体11的滑轨119卡入该主体部31底部的滑槽,该凸柱114抵接于该主体部31的长形凹口313,从而该卡扣件30可滑动地装设于该壳体11上。然后,将该按动件20的长形孔25套设于该壳体11上的凸柱114,该按动部21外露于该壳体11的端壁111的凹陷部112处,该按动件20的推动部23收容于该卡扣件30的凹槽315并抵顶于该斜面317,此时该按动件20可活动地装设于该壳体11上,该卡扣装置组装完成。
然后将该框架13与该壳体11盖合,使该卡扣件30的卡钩32于该框架13的通孔131内穿出,此时该盖体10组装完成,如图4所示。
将该盖体10枢转装设于该基座50,旋转该盖体10至该两卡钩32的钩扣部321开始抵压该基座50的两卡扣孔51边缘,逐渐向下压该盖体10,则该卡扣件30压缩该弹性件40并向着该第一导向孔117的方向运动,直至该两钩扣部321全部进入该两卡扣孔51内,此时该弹性件40弹性恢复将该卡扣件30向着该第二导向孔118的方向推动,使该卡扣件30复位,从而使该两钩扣部321钩扣于该基座50,此时该盖体10锁固于该基座50。
请参照图3,当需要打开该盖体10时,向内按动该按动部21,该按动件20沿该凸柱114向里运动,该按动件20的推动部23推动该卡扣件30的凹槽315的斜面317,使该卡扣件30压缩该弹性件40并沿着该壳体11的这些滑轨119及该框架13的这些滑轨向着该第一导向孔117的方向滑动,直到该两钩扣部321完全退出该基座50的卡扣,从而可用手将该盖体10相对该基座50打开。
Claims (8)
1.一种卡扣装置,用于将一盖体锁固于一基座,其包括一活动装设于所述盖体的卡扣件,所述卡扣件包括至少一可钩扣于所述基座的卡钩,其特征在于:所述卡扣装置还包括一活动装设于所述盖体的按动件,所述按动件设有一推动部,所述卡扣件设有一收容所述推动部的凹槽,所述凹槽一侧壁为一斜面,所述推动部抵顶于所述斜面并可推动所述卡扣件使所述卡钩脱离钩扣所述基座。
2.如权利要求1所述的卡扣装置,其特征在于:所述盖体包括一壳体及一锁固于所述壳体的框架。
3.如权利要求2所述的卡扣装置,其特征在于:所述壳体垂直设有一凸柱,所述按动件相对于所述凸柱设有一长形孔,所述长形孔可套设于所述凸柱。
4.如权利要求2所述的卡扣装置,其特征在于:所述壳体包括一端壁,所述端壁内凹形成一凹陷部,所述按动件包括一按动部,所述按动部外露于所述凹陷部。
5.如权利要求2所述的卡扣装置,其特征在于:所述卡扣装置包括一使所述卡扣件复位的弹性件,所述壳体上设有一第一板及一第二板,所述第一板设有一第一导向孔,所述第二板设有一第二导向孔,所述卡扣件两端分别延伸一第一杆及一第二杆,所述弹性件套设于所述第一杆,所述第一杆和所述第二杆可分别穿过所述第一导向孔和所述第二导向孔。
6.如权利要求2所述的卡扣装置,其特征在于:所述壳体设有一滑轨,所述卡扣件对应所述滑轨设有一滑槽,所述卡扣件可沿所述滑轨滑动。
7.如权利要求2所述的卡扣装置,其特征在于:所述框架横向设有一滑轨,所述卡扣件对应所述滑轨设有一滑槽,所述卡扣件可沿所述滑轨滑动。
8.如权利要求1所述的卡扣装置,其特征在于:所述基座开设至少一用于收容所述卡钩的卡扣孔,所述卡钩可穿过所述卡扣孔而卡置于所述基座。
