本实用新型公开了一种动力型锂离子蓄电池一次性安全阀,它包括有阀体和密封圈,其特征在于阀体上出气口内台阶上密封固定有一膜层,膜层上压有密封圈,密封圈上固定有一个可通大气的带针体,带针体的针尖朝向膜层之间有0.3-0.4毫米的安全距离。当电池内的压力达到一定程度后,内部气体就会顶起膜层,安全阀上部带针体上的针尖就会刺破膜层,达到泄气防爆之目的。

本实用新型属于一种动力型锂离子蓄电池一次性安全阀。
背景技术:
传统的安全阀,如铅酸电池的安全阀都是多次开启性,即电池内部达到某个压力后,安全阀排出气体,释放压力,当电池内压下降之后,安全阀复位。这种安全阀可以多次重复开启,但如果应用在动力锂离子二次电池上,由于电池内部强极性有机电解液的强腐蚀性,密封可靠材料的选择比较困难,且有与大气接触的可能性,不利于电池性能的稳定,严重时甚至引起爆炸。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是设计一种能够防止在非正常使用状态下防爆的动力型锂离子蓄电池一次性安全阀。
本实用新型的任务是以如下方式完成的,它包括有阀体和密封圈,其特征在于:阀体上出气口内台阶上密封固定有一膜层,膜层上压有密封圈,密封圈上固定有一个可通大气的带针体,带针体的针尖朝向膜层离膜层的距离为0.3-0.4毫米。当电池内的压力达到一定程度后,内部气体就会顶起膜层,安全阀上部带针体上的针尖就会刺破膜层,或膜层机械变形破裂,气体排出,达到泄气防爆之目的。

具体实施方式:
用带针体1将密封圈4和金属箔或其它材料制成的膜层3压入阀体2内的台阶上密封压紧,带针体的针尖朝向膜层,针尖离膜层有0.3-0.4毫米的安全距离。带针体上有气体通道5。当电池内部气体压力达到一定程度时,气体压力就会将膜层鼓起,使膜层与针尖接触,刺破或压裂膜层,使气体泄出,减小电池内部压力,达到防爆目的。膜层所用的材质可以是铝、铜、镍等金属箔或其它薄形材料。

1、动力型锂离子蓄电池一次性安全阀,它包括有阀体和密封圈,其特征在于:阀体上出气口内台阶上密封固定有一膜层,膜层上压有密封圈,密封圈上固定有一个可通大气的带针体,带针体的针尖朝向膜层有0.3-0.4毫米安全距离。
2、根据权利要求1所述的动力型锂离子蓄电池一次性安全阀,其特征在于膜层可采用金属箔或其它薄形材料。
