本实用新型属于制造农业灌溉中所需的渗灌管的装置,具体涉及一种渗灌管挤出机,包括有驱动机构、挤压机构和加料筒,挤压机构包括外壳、机筒、螺杆以及机头,机筒上设有伸入机筒内腔的可对机筒内腔的原料进行再次搅拌的若干销钉,可使原料在挤压成型过程中混合均匀,有效提高了成型产品的质量,加之对螺杆结构尺寸的优化,尤其可挤压出适当孔径及合格分布的毛细孔状的超微孔径的渗灌管。

渗灌管挤出机
本实用新型属于制造农业灌溉中所需的渗灌管的装置,具体涉及一种渗灌管挤出机。
渗灌是一项较先进的农业灌溉技术,其中较关键的设施是由橡胶或/和塑料制成的渗灌管,渗灌管埋入地下,通过渗灌管上的微孔给农田浇水,起到了节水灌溉的作用,因此,渗灌管的质量,尤其是渗灌管的微孔孔径、管壁厚度、管的强度以及微孔分布的均匀度等直接影响到灌溉的效果,渗灌管的微孔孔径恰当、适中,能保证渗灌管提供足够、合适的输水量和灌溉均匀度,以保证最佳的节水灌溉效果,现有的渗灌管挤出机包括有驱动机构、由驱动机构带动的挤压机构和加料筒,挤压机构包括外壳、机筒和机筒内的螺杆以及机筒前端接有的机头,加料筒设置于机筒上并与机筒内腔相连通,橡胶或/和塑料原料经加料筒进入机筒内腔后,由驱动机构驱动螺杆转动,使原料经机头出口挤压成型,由于机筒内的原料在挤压成型过程中挤压机没有对其进行再次细致的搅拌,橡塑混合原料不均匀,加之螺杆结构尺寸欠佳,会造成挤压成型的渗灌管质量不高,如出水不均匀,出水量太多或太少,无法制出毛细孔合格分布的超微孔径的渗灌管。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种在挤压成型过程中可对机筒内的原料进行再次搅拌的可有效提高成型产品质量的渗灌管挤出机。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种渗灌管挤出机,包括有驱动机构、由驱动机构带动的挤压机构和加料筒,挤压机构包括外壳、机筒和机筒内的螺杆以及机筒前端接有的机头,加料筒设置于机筒上并与机筒内腔相连通,机筒上设有伸入机筒内腔的可对机筒内腔的原料进行再次搅拌的若干销钉。
机筒内螺杆长度与螺杆直径的比率可为20-30。
机筒内螺杆的压缩比也可为1-1.8。
本实用新型由于在挤压机的机筒上设置有对原料进行搅拌的销钉,可使原料在挤压成型过程中混合均匀,有效提高了成型产品的质量,加之对螺杆结构尺寸的优化,尤其可挤压出适当孔径及合格分布的毛细孔状的超微孔径的渗灌管。
以下结合实施例对本实用新型作详细描述:
图1为本实用新型渗灌管挤压机的结构示意图。
如图1所示的渗灌管挤出机,包括有驱动机构、由驱动机构带动的挤压机构和加料筒,驱动机构由电机5、相互啮合的齿轮组9、减速机6、推动轴承7组成,挤压机构包括外壳10、机筒4和机筒4内的螺杆2以及机筒4前端接有的挤出机机头(口模)1,加料筒8设置于机筒4上并与机筒内腔11相连通,外壳10与机筒4之间设有分段的加热器件,以对原料进行加热,机筒4上设有伸入机筒内腔11的可对机筒内腔11的原料进行再次搅拌的若干销钉3,以使原料在挤压成型过程中混合均匀,所述机筒4上开设有穿接销钉3的若干通孔,销钉3一端伸入机筒内腔11,另一端外露于机筒4,所述螺杆2沿推进方向由细变粗,为进一步提高成型产品的质量,优化螺杆2的结构尺寸,使挤出机能制出适合于渗灌用的毛细孔状超微渗灌管,出水更均匀,机筒内螺杆2长度与螺杆最大直径的比率为20-30,机筒内螺杆2的压缩比为1-1.8。

Claims (5)

1.一种渗灌管挤出机,包括有驱动机构、由驱动机构带动的挤压机构和加料筒,挤压机构包括外壳、机筒和机筒内的螺杆以及机筒前端接有的机头,加料筒设置于机筒上并与机筒内腔相连通,其特征在于:机筒上设有伸入机筒内腔的可对机筒内腔的原料进行再次搅拌的若干销钉。
2.如权利要求1所述的渗灌管挤出机,其特征在于:机筒内螺杆长度与螺杆直径的比率为20-30。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的渗灌管挤出机,其特征在于:机筒内螺杆的压缩比为1-1.8。
4.如权利要求3所述的渗灌管挤出机,其特征在于:所述螺杆沿推进方向由细变粗。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的渗灌管挤出机,其特征在于:所述机筒上开设有穿接销钉的若干通孔,销钉一端伸入机筒内腔,另一端外露于机筒。
