Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种方便饮杯、碗,主要特征是由内杯体、外杯体组成,内杯体、外杯体采用聚丙烯材料制作成型,外杯体内壁的上沿或/和下沿带有凹台,内杯体外壁的上边缘或/和下边缘带有与所述凹台匹配吻合的凸缘,内杯体外壁与所述外杯体内壁之间有侧腔室或/和底腔室。具有价廉、无污染、耐用,材料可回收,冷、热饮均可,使用方便、卫生的优点,适用于公共场合饮水一次性使用或盛装碗面热泡食用。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种饮具，特别是一种方便饮杯、碗。
传统的饮具，如陶瓷杯、玻璃杯，虽经久耐用，但造价较高；为方便宾馆、商店、广场、交通运输工具上等场合的流动人口的饮水方便，一种纸质杯应运而生，这种纸质饮杯，虽具有使用方便的优点，但造价较高；市面上出售的塑料泡沫碗装方便面，虽可冲热开水食用，但不环保、材料回收困难。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种价廉、材料可回收和热、冷饮均可的方便饮具。
本实用新型是这样实现：由内杯体、外杯体组成，内杯体、外杯体采用聚丙烯材料制作成型，所述外杯体内壁的上沿或/和下沿带有凹台，所述内杯体外壁的上边缘或/和下边缘带有与所述凹台匹配吻合的凸缘，所述内杯体外壁与所述外杯体内壁之间有侧腔室或/和底腔室。
本实用新型具有价廉、无污染、耐用、材料可回收，冷、热饮均可，使用方便、卫生的优点。适用于公共场合饮水一次性使用或盛装碗面热泡食用。
下面实施例结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述。

参照图1、图2，本实施例1由采用聚丙烯材料制作成型的内杯体1、外杯体2组成，外杯体的内壁9的上沿和下沿带有凹台5，内杯体的外壁10的上边缘和下边缘带有与所述凹台5匹配吻合的凸缘8，内杯体外壁10与外杯体内壁9之间形成侧腔室11和底腔室12。
实施例1的生产流程及使用是：聚丙烯原料经成型为压片材，再经热吹压成型为内壁9上沿和下沿带有凹台5的外杯体2、外壁10上边缘和下边缘带有与所述凹台匹配吻合的凸缘8的内杯体1，内杯体、外杯体套装后，所述内杯体外壁与所述外杯体内壁之间形成侧腔室11和底腔室12，侧腔室和底腔室起到有效隔热。参照图3，在内杯体1底部15预置饮品材料如方便面13，封上热塑膜14，使用时可用热开水冲泡、食用而不烫手。本实施例1的横截面形状为圆形，当然，饮具的横截面形状也可采用四边形、六边形或八边形，当然，饮具的横截面形状也可以为其他形状。
参照图4，本实施例2由采用聚丙烯材料制作成型的内杯体1、外杯体2组成，外杯体的内壁9的上沿和下沿带有凹台5，内杯体的外壁10的上边缘带有与所述凹台5匹配吻合的凸缘8，内杯体的外壁10的下边缘的凸缘8支撑在外杯体的凹台5上，内杯体外壁10与外杯体内壁9之间形成侧腔室11和底腔室12，生产流程及使用与实施例1相同。
Claims (2)
1、一种方便饮具，其特征在于：由内杯体(1)、外杯体(2)组成，所述外杯体内壁(9)的上沿或/和下沿带有凹台(5)，所述内杯体外壁(10)的上边缘或/和下边缘带有与所述凹台(5)匹配吻合的凸缘(8)，所述内杯体外壁(10)与所述外杯体内壁(9)之间有侧腔室(11)或/和底腔室(12)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的方便饮具，其特征在于：所述内杯体(1)、外杯体(2)的横截面形状为圆形、四边形、六边形或八边形。
