Background
The main noise of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is derived from the vibration noise of the compressor. In order to reduce noise of an air conditioner outdoor unit, a middle partition plate of the air conditioner outdoor unit is generally used to form a separate chamber for accommodating a compressor, and noise reduction fillers (such as rubber particles and rubber powder) are filled in the chamber. However, when the after-sales maintenance is required for the compressor, the compressor cannot be detached alone or together with the noise reduction filler as a whole, so that the noise reduction filler is scattered inside the machine body of the air conditioner outdoor unit, and the maintenance and the installation of the compressor are inconvenient.
In the related art, a modularized design is adopted, the compressor and the box body are assembled into an integrated compressor assembly, and noise reduction filler is filled in the box body, so that good vibration reduction and noise reduction effects can be achieved when the compressor operates, and the noise of the air conditioner outdoor unit is reduced. Meanwhile, the box body comprises a bottom plate and an upper shell, and the bottom plate is detachably fixed on the chassis, so that when the compressor needs after-sales maintenance, the bottom plate is only required to be separated from the chassis, and the whole compressor assembly can be detached from the body of the air conditioner outdoor unit, thereby effectively solving the problem that noise reduction filler can be scattered when the compressor is detached; when the compressor is installed, the compressor assembly is integrally installed on the chassis, so that the compressor is greatly convenient to assemble and disassemble.
In the process of implementing the embodiments of the present disclosure, it is found that at least the following problems exist in the related art:
In the related art, although the compressor and the box body can be detached together to avoid the noise reduction filler from scattering in the outdoor unit, the box body surrounds the compressor based on the modularized design, so that the disassembly and assembly of the compressor at the inner side part are limited, and the scheme cannot meet the requirements of not only avoiding the filler scattering in the outdoor unit, but also realizing the rapid disassembly and assembly of the compressor.
It should be noted that the information disclosed in the above background section is only for enhancing understanding of the background of the application and thus may include information that does not form the prior art that is already known to those of ordinary skill in the art.

It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present disclosure and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an air conditioner outdoor unit including a chassis 10 and a support assembly.
A support assembly detachably coupled to the chassis 10 for mounting the compressor; the support assembly comprises a first base 20 and a limiting assembly, wherein a first side 201 of the first base 20 is abutted against the limiting assembly to mount the first base 20 and limit the displacement of the first base 20; wherein the first side 201 of the first chassis 20 is located in a direction away from the edge of the first chassis 20 that is least spaced from the chassis 10.
By adopting the air conditioner outdoor unit provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the first base 20 and the limiting component of the supporting component are respectively arranged on the chassis 10 of the air conditioner outdoor unit, the compressor is arranged on the first base 20 of the supporting component, the first base 20 and the compressor are regarded as a whole, namely, the first base 20 and the compressor are assembled and disassembled together, and when the first base 20 is arranged on the chassis 10, the first side 201 of the first base 20 is limited by the limiting component, so that the first side 201 of the first base 20 is limited by the limiting component in a clamping way, and the limitation that the compressor and the first side 201 of the first base 20, namely the inner side area, cannot be arranged due to the space limitation is overcome.
The chassis 10 includes a first edge 101 and a second edge 102, wherein the first edge 101 is an edge of the chassis 10 along a length direction, the second edge 102 is an edge of the chassis 10 along a width direction, and the first edge 101 and the second edge 102 are disposed to intersect. The edge opposite the first edge 101 is the third edge 103 of the chassis 10 and the edge opposite the second edge 102 is the fourth edge 104 of the chassis 10.
The support assembly is mounted adjacent the first edge 101 and the second edge 102. The compressor and support assembly are withdrawn or pushed in from the first edge 101 when the compressor and support assembly are disassembled.
The mounting position of the spacing assembly of the support assembly is directed away from the first edge 101 of the chassis 10. Likewise, the first side 201 of the first chassis 20 is mounted in a position facing away from the first edge 101 of the chassis 10. I.e. the first side 201 of the first chassis 20 is located in a direction away from the edge of the first chassis 20 that is least spaced from the chassis 10, wherein the edge of the first chassis 20 that is least spaced from the chassis 10 is the first edge 101 of the chassis 10.
Thus, when the first base 20 is mounted on the chassis 10, the first side 201 of the first base 20 can be fixed through the limiting component, an operator does not need to go deep into the first base 20 and the back of the compressor, and the first base 20 and the chassis 10 are mounted and fixed through the fastening piece, so that the defects that the space inside the first base 20 and the back of the compressor is limited and cannot be mounted in an operating mode, and the inner sides of the first base 20 and the compressor are not fixed are overcome.
The compressor has three mounting feet which are triangular, and for convenience of description, the three mounting feet are defined as a first mounting foot, a second mounting foot, and a third mounting foot, respectively, wherein the third mounting foot corresponds to the first side 201 of the first base 20. In practical application, during installation, the third installation leg is assembled with the first base 20, and then the first base 20 with the compressor is installed with the chassis 10. When the first base 20 and the chassis 10 are disassembled and pulled out, the first base 20 and the compressor are disassembled. Therefore, the disassembly and assembly of the third mounting leg and the first base 20 can be completed in the external space, so that the compressor is prevented from being limited in space and cannot be mounted, and the compressor is unstable to mount.
The spacing assembly is detachably connected to the chassis 10, for example, by fasteners to achieve a fixed connection between the spacing assembly and the chassis 10. The partial area of the first base 20 is abutted with the limiting component so as to realize fixation, namely the first side 201 of the first base 20 is limited by the limiting component, and the purpose of relatively and fixedly mounting the first base 20 and the chassis 10 is realized. And a part of the area of the first base 20 is connected with the chassis 10 through a fastener, so that the first base 20 and the chassis 10 are fixedly installed again.
In this embodiment, the limiting component can also limit the displacement of the first base 20, when the first base 20 is mounted, the first base 20 is pushed inward from the first edge 101 of the chassis 10 to the limiting component, and the first side 201 of the first base 20 abuts against the limiting component, so that not only can the mounting and fixing be realized, but also the displacement of the first base 20 in other directions can be avoided.
In this embodiment, the first base 20 has a polygonal structure, but the upper surface has a triangular-like structure. The first side 201 of the first chassis 20 includes at least two intersecting edges. In this way, when the first side 201 of the first base 20 abuts against the limiting component, the limiting component can limit the displacement of the first base 20 in two directions, so as to improve the stability of the installation between the first base 20 and the chassis 10.
Optionally, the limiting assembly includes at least one limiting member 30, and the limiting member 30 includes: a limit plate 301; the first bending part 302 is formed by bending and extending the top edge of the limiting plate 301, and defines an embedded groove 304 with the limiting plate 301 and the chassis 10; when the first base 20 is connected to the limiting member 30, the first side 201 of the first base 20 is embedded in the embedded groove 304.
For example, as shown in fig. 9, the limiting member 30 is integrally bent, so as to limit the displacement of the first base 20 from two directions, and prevent the first base 20 from moving toward the third edge 103 and the direction of the included angle between the third edge 103 and the fourth edge 104.
The length and position of the different limiting members 30 are adapted to the structure of the first side 201 of the first base 20.
An embedded groove 304 is defined between the limiting plate 301, the first bending portion 302 and the chassis 10, and when the first base 20 is connected with the limiting member 30, the first side 201 of the first base 20 is embedded in the embedded groove 304. The first side 201 of the first base 20 is simultaneously abutted against the limiting plate 301, the first bending portion 302 and the chassis 10, so that the relative fixed connection between the first base 20 and the chassis 10 is realized, the installation of fasteners is omitted, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
In the practical use process of the limiting member 30 in this embodiment, the first bending portion 302 is disposed transversely, and the limiting plate 301 is disposed vertically. The slot opening size of the insert slot 304 is adapted to the size of the first side 201 of the first base 20.
Optionally, the limiting member 30 further includes: the second bending part 303 is formed by bending and extending the bottom edge of the limiting plate 301, and is respectively positioned at two sides of the limiting plate 301 with the first bending part 302; wherein, the second bending part 303 is detachably connected with the chassis 10.
By the second bending portion 303, not only the detachable connection between the stopper 30 and the chassis 10 can be achieved, but also the structural strength of the stopper 30 can be enhanced. In addition, the contact area between the stopper 30 and the chassis 10 is enlarged by the second bent portion 303, which contributes to the improvement of stability and firmness between the stopper 30 and the chassis 10.
Illustratively, the second bending portion 303, the limiting plate 301 and the first bending portion 302 are in a similar Z-shaped structure, so that the thickness of the second bending portion 303 is prevented from affecting the opening size of the embedded groove 304, and further affecting the mounting and fixing between the first side 201 of the first base 20 and the limiting member 30.
In practical application, the second bending portion 303 is configured with a mounting hole, and the second bending portion 303 is fixedly mounted on the chassis 10 through the mounting hole by the second bending portion 303.
Optionally, the first bending portion 204 is formed by bending and extending part or all of the edges of the first base 20 in the same direction, and the height of the first bending portion 204 is matched with the height of the notch of the embedded groove 304, so that the first bending portion 302 of the limiting member 30 abuts against and is fixed to the top of the first base 20.
The first base 20 is formed by bending and extending the first bending part 204, which is not only helpful to improve the structural stability of the first base 20, but also can adjust the height of the first bending part 204, so that the first side 201 of the first base 20 is matched with the height of the notch of the embedded groove 304, that is, the first bending part 302 of the limiting piece 30 is abutted against the top of the first side 201 of the first base 20, thereby realizing the limiting fixation between the first base 20 and the limiting piece 30.
It should be noted that, the at least three edge bending and extending structures in the first base 20 form a first bending portion 204, and the first bending portion 204 supports the first base 20.
Optionally, the first base 20 further includes: the second bending portion 205 is formed by bending the edge of the first bending portion 204 outwards, and the second bending portion 205 is provided with a mounting hole for detachably connecting the first base 20 with the chassis 10.
The second bending portion 205 is formed by bending the edge of the first bending portion 204 outwards, the second bending portion 205 is provided with a mounting hole, and the second bending portion 205 passes through the mounting hole through a fastener and is fixedly mounted on the chassis 10.
The first base 20 can be detachably connected with the chassis 10 through the second bending part 205, so that the stability and firmness of connection are improved, and the structural strength of the first base 20 can be enhanced. In addition, the contact area between the first chassis 20 and the chassis 10 is enlarged by the second bending portion 205, so that the connection stability between the first chassis 20 and the chassis 10 can be further improved.
The second bending portion 205, the first bending portion 204 and the first base 20 are in a Z-like structure. The second bend 205 is located outboard of the first bend 204, thus facilitating attachment of the fastener to the chassis 10 through the mounting hole.
Optionally, the first base 20 further includes a third bending portion 206, and the third bending portion 206 is formed by bending inward from an edge of the first bending portion 204. That is, it can be understood that the third bending portion 206 is opposite to the bending direction of the second bending portion 205. The third bending portion 206 assists the second bending portion 205 to enlarge the contact area between the first base 20 and the chassis 10, and improve the connection stability between the first base 20 and the chassis 10. And in the case of complete assembly, the third bending part 206 is not exposed outside, which is helpful for improving the aesthetic degree of the whole structure.
When the first base 20 is fixed to the stopper 30 and the chassis 10 by abutting, the first bending portion 204 abuts against the stopper plate 301, the top of the first base 20 abuts against the first bending portion 302, and the third bending portion 206 abuts against the chassis 10.
Optionally, the second bending portion 205 is disposed on the second side portion 202 of the first base 20, and the second side portion 202 is located on one side of the edge of the chassis 10, so that the first base 20 is detached from the chassis 10.
The second bending portion 205 is disposed on the second side portion 202 of the first base 20, and the second side portion 202 is disposed on the edge side of the chassis 10 and is close to the first edge 101 of the chassis 10, so that the first base 20 and the chassis 10 are convenient to be assembled and disassembled when the second bending portion 205 is connected with the chassis 10 through a fastener.
In addition, the second bending portion 205 is bent outwards from the first bending portion 204, that is, it can be understood that the second bending portion 205 is exposed outside the first bending portion 204, so that the fastener can be conveniently connected with the chassis 10 through the mounting hole.
Optionally, the air conditioner outdoor unit further includes: a second base 40 detachably connected to the chassis 10 for mounting the heat exchanger; the third side 203 of the first base 20 abuts against the top of the second base 40 and is detachably connected to the second base 40.
The heat exchanger of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is installed at the second base 40 and detachably connected with the base pan 10 through the second base 40.
The second chassis 40 is located in the area between the first edge 101 and the second edge 102 of the chassis 10.
The first side 201, the second side 202 and the third side 203 of the first chassis 20 may be considered as a triangle-like structure. The third side 203 of the first base 20 abuts against the top of the second base 40, and is detachably connected to the second base 40, so that the first base 20 is fixedly mounted on the third side 203.
Wherein the third side 203 of the first base 20 overlaps the second base 40, which are connected by fasteners such as screws.
In practical applications, in order to match the installation and fixation between the third side 203 of the first base 20 and the second base 40, the first base 20 has no first bending portion 204 and no second bending portion 205 at the third side 203.
Optionally, the first base 20 is provided with a first mounting post 207, a second mounting post 208 and a third mounting post 209 for mounting the compressor, the first mounting post 207 is located between the first side 201 and the second side 202, the second mounting post 208 is located between the second side 202 and the third side 203, and the third mounting post 209 is located between the third side 203 and the first side 201; wherein the first mounting post 207, the second mounting post 208 and the third mounting post 209 are arranged in a triangle.
The first mounting column 207 corresponds to a first mounting leg of the compressor and is located at the outermost side; the second mounting post 208 corresponds to a second mounting leg of the compressor and the third mounting post 209 corresponds to a third mounting leg of the compressor.
