Abstract
The present application provides a display device of vehicle-mounted data, the display device including: a controller, a display panel and data conversion device; the display panel is divided into a central control screen and an air conditioner screen; the central control screen is used for displaying central control data in the vehicle-mounted data, and the air conditioning screen is used for displaying air conditioning data in the vehicle-mounted data; the first end of the controller is connected to the vehicle CAN bus, the second end of the controller is connected to the first end of the data conversion device, and the second end of the data conversion device is respectively connected to the central control screen and the air conditioning screen on the display panel. The display device can enable the production cost of the display device to be low.

Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of vehicle-mounted data display, in particular to vehicle-mounted data display equipment.
Background
The vehicle-mounted data comprises air conditioning data and central control data, for example, the air conditioning data can comprise air conditioning temperature, air conditioning humidity and the like, the central control data can comprise entertainment data, video and audio data and the like, and the air conditioning data and the central control data are displayed on the display device so as to correspondingly prompt a driver.

Optionally, the data conversion device comprises a serializer and a deserializer;

As shown in fig. 1, a display device for vehicle-mounted data provided by an embodiment of the present application includes: a controller 10, a display panel 30 and data conversion means 20; the display panel 30 is divided into a center control screen 31 and an air conditioner screen 32; the central control screen 31 is used for displaying central control data in the vehicle-mounted data, and the air conditioning screen 32 is used for displaying air conditioning data in the vehicle-mounted data;
The first end of the controller 10 is connected to a vehicle CAN bus, the second end of the controller 10 is connected to the first end of the data conversion device 20, and the second end of the data conversion device 20 is connected to the center control screen 31 and the air conditioning screen 32 on the display panel 30, respectively.
As an example, the controller 10 may be a central control MCU. Here, the controller 10 stores control codes of original center control data and original air conditioning data.
Specifically, the controller 10 is configured to receive a control instruction through a CAN bus, send original central control data and/or original air-conditioning data to the data conversion device 20 according to the control instruction, perform data conversion processing on the received original central control data and/or original air-conditioning data by the data conversion device 20, obtain converted central control data and/or air-conditioning data, and transmit the obtained converted central control data and/or air-conditioning data to the central control screen 31 and/or the air-conditioning screen 32 for display.
For example, when the control instruction is an instruction for controlling the central control data to be displayed on the central control screen 31, the controller 10 sends the original central control data to the data conversion device 20 according to the control instruction after receiving the control instruction through the CAN bus, the data conversion device 20 performs data conversion processing on the received original central control data to obtain converted central control data, and transmits the obtained converted central control data to the central control screen 31 for display.
For example, when the control instruction is an instruction for controlling the air-conditioning data to be displayed on the air-conditioning screen 32, the controller 10 sends the original air-conditioning data to the data conversion device 20 according to the control instruction after receiving the control instruction via the CAN bus, the data conversion device 20 performs data conversion processing on the received original air-conditioning data to obtain converted air-conditioning data, and transmits the obtained converted air-conditioning data to the air-conditioning screen 32 for display.
For example, when the control command is a command for simultaneously controlling the central control data to be displayed on the central control screen 31 and controlling the air conditioning data to be displayed on the air conditioning screen 32, the controller 10 sends the original central control data and the original air conditioning data to the data conversion device 20 according to the control command after receiving the control command through the CAN bus, the data conversion device 20 performs data conversion processing on the received original central control data and the received original air conditioning data respectively to obtain converted central control data and converted air conditioning data, and transmits the obtained converted central control data to the central control screen 31 for display, and transmits the obtained converted air conditioning data to the air conditioning screen 32 for display.

As shown in fig. 2, the data conversion device 20 may include a serializer 21 and a deserializer 22 as an example; as an example, the serializer 21 may have a model number of: DS90UB947; the deserializer 22 may be of the type: DS90UB948.
As an example, the serializer 21 and the controller 10 may be both provided on a control board card (not shown in the drawing), and the deserializer 22, the center control screen 31, and the air conditioner screen 32 may be both provided on a display board card (not shown in the drawing).
In the case that the data conversion device 20 includes the serializer 21 and the deserializer 22, the second terminal of the controller 10 is connected to the first terminal of the serializer 21, the second terminal of the serializer 21 is connected to the first terminal of the deserializer 22, the second terminal of the deserializer 22 is connected to the center control screen 31 on the display panel 30, and the third terminal of the deserializer 22 is connected to the air conditioning screen 32 on the display panel 30.
Specifically, in the case that the data conversion device 20 includes the serializer 21 and the deserializer 22, the controller 10 is configured to receive a control instruction through the CAN bus, and send the original central control data and/or the original air conditioning data to the serializer 21 according to the control instruction, the serializer 21 is configured to convert the received original central control data and/or the original air conditioning data into serial central control data and/or serial air conditioning data, and send the converted serial central control data and/or serial air conditioning data to the deserializer 22, and the deserializer 22 is configured to convert the received serial central control data and/or serial air conditioning data into parallel central control data and/or parallel air conditioning data, and transmit the converted parallel central control data and/or parallel air conditioning data to the central control screen 31 and/or the air conditioning screen 32 for display.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 shows a third schematic structural diagram of a vehicle-mounted data display device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 3, the second terminal of the controller 10 may be connected to one terminal of the serializer 21 through LVDS, as an example.
As an example, the second end of the serializer 21 may be connected to the first end of the deserializer 22 through FPDLINK.
As an example, the second terminal of the deserializer 22 may be connected to the center control screen 31 on the display panel 30 through LVDS.
As an example, the third terminal of the deserializer 22 may be connected to the air conditioner screen 32 on the display panel 30 through an SPI.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 shows a schematic structural diagram of a vehicle-mounted data display device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, the display device may further include a GPIO key 40; the GPIO key 40 is connected to the fourth terminal of the deserializer 22.
Specifically, the GPIO key 40 is configured to send a corresponding GPIO instruction (e.g., an air conditioning air volume adjustment instruction, an air conditioning air direction adjustment instruction, etc.) to the deserializer 22 in response to a trigger operation of a user, the deserializer 22 is configured to receive the GPIO instruction and send the GPIO instruction to the serializer 21, and the serializer 21 is configured to send the GPIO instruction to the controller, so that the controller controls a corresponding execution device to execute a corresponding operation through a vehicle CAN bus based on the GPIO instruction.
In addition, the display device may also include touch screen keys 50; the touch screen key 50 is connected to the fifth end of the deserializer 22. The third terminal of the serializer is connected to the third terminal of the controller through I 2 C. As an example, the touch screen key 50 may be connected to the fifth end of the deserializer 22 through I 2 C.

8. The display device of any of claims 2-6, wherein the display device further comprises a touch screen key; the touch screen key is connected to a fifth end of the deserializer.
9. The display device of claim 1, wherein the controller is a central control MCU.
10. The display device of claim 2, wherein the serializer is of the type: DS90UB947; the model of the deserializer is as follows: DS90UB948.
