Description
RELATED APPLICATIONS
The present application claims priority from chinese patent application No. 202220580699.3, entitled "lid for container and container" filed on 3/17 of 2022, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Background
A container, such as a cup, such as a water cup or a beverage cup, is a common living article. The cup can be provided with a cup cover or without the cup cover. However, a cup commonly used outdoors often has a cup cover so as to be convenient to carry. In order to facilitate the use of users, besides the large opening arranged on the cup body, a small opening is additionally arranged on the cup cover, so that the users can drink the beverage such as water or tea in the cup without disassembling the cup cover. At this time, in order to prevent beverage in the cup from leaking or spilling out of the drinking opening of the cup cover when carrying, the existing cup is typically further provided with an opening cover to openably cover the drinking opening on the cup cover.
However, since the opening cover for closing the drinking opening is generally small, a user often forgets to re-cover the opening cover when removing the opening cover from the cup cover, and the opening cover is easily lost. In order to prevent the opening cover from losing, a connecting structure is usually arranged between the opening cover and the cup cover in many prior cups so as to be still connected with the cup cover when the opening cover does not cover the drinking opening, but the opening cover and the cup cover are often not easy to detach or difficult to detach. Thus, after the cup is used for a long time, dirt is often deposited on the cup cover, the opening cover and the drinking opening, and the connecting structure can bring limitation to cleaning work, so that the cup cover and the opening cover are difficult to thoroughly clean.

Considering that the prior cups are not easy to detach or difficult to detach due to the fact that the connecting structure is arranged between the opening cover and the cup cover to prevent the opening cover from losing, the cleaning work of the cup cover, the opening cover and the drinking opening is limited, and the cup cover and the opening cover are difficult to thoroughly clean. In order to solve the problem, the application provides a cover for a container and the container, which can prevent the open cover from losing and is easy to detach so as to be cleaned.
Referring specifically to fig. 1-9 and 13-22, one embodiment of the present application provides a lid 1 for a container adapted to be matingly combined with a container body such as a cup body to form a container such as a capped cup. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the cover 1 for a container may include a cover body 10 provided with a drinking opening 101 and an opening cover 20, wherein the opening cover 20 is detachably pivoted to the cover body 10 for openably closing the drinking opening 101 of the cover body 10. When the opening cover 20 is pivoted with respect to the cover body 10, the container cover 1 is switched between a closed state and an open state, and the open state includes a detachable open state. It will be appreciated that the drinking opening 101 of the present application is embodied as an opening through the lid body 10 so that when the container lid 1 is closed to the container body and the opening lid 20 does not cover the drinking opening 101, fluid such as drink contained in the container body can flow out of the drinking opening 101 for the user to drink.
It should be noted that, since the opening cover 20 of the present application is detachably pivoted to the cover body 10, the opening cover 20 is pivoted to the cover body 10 to prevent the opening cover 20 from being lost, whether the opening cover 20 is covered on the drinking opening 101 or not covered on the drinking opening 101. Meanwhile, when the container cover 1 is in the detachable open state, the opening cover 20 can be detached from the cover body 10 so as to clean the cover body 10 and the opening cover 20.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 1, 5 and 13 to 21, when the open cover 20 is pivoted to place the container cover 1 in the closed state, the open cover 20 approaches to cover the drinking opening 101, preventing fluid from flowing out through the drinking opening 101 for storage and carrying. As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 22, when the opening cover 20 is pivoted to put the container cover 1 in the open state, the opening cover 20 is away to open the drinking opening 101; meanwhile, as shown in fig. 3 and 9, when the opening cover 20 is pivoted to put the container cover 1 in the detachable open state, the opening cover 20 is rotated to be separated from the cover body 10. In other words, the container cover 1 is switchable between the closed state and the open state when the opening cover 20 is pivoted about the pivot shaft with respect to the cover body 10; when the container cover 1 is in the detachable open state in the open state, the open cover 20 can be detached from the cover 10 by only being pivoted about the non-pivot axis with respect to the cover 10, so that the open cover 20 is separated from the cover 10 for cleaning.
As illustrated in fig. 4A, 4B, and 9, the opening cover 20 may include a pivot portion 21 for connection with the cover body 10 and a cover portion 22 radially extending from the pivot portion 21, wherein the container cover 1 is switched between the closed state and the detachable open state when the cover portion 22 of the opening cover 20 pivots about the pivot portion 21; when the container cover 1 is in the detachable open state, the pivot portion 21 of the opening cover 20 is rotated about one end of the pivot portion 21 to complete the detachment of the opening cover 20, so that the opening cover 20 and the cover body 10 are separated from each other.
Accordingly, the cover 10 may be further provided with a pair of pivoting grooves 102 for being fitted to both ends of the pivoting portion 21 and a detaching groove 103 communicating with the pivoting grooves 102, wherein both ends of the pivoting portion 21 of the open cover 20 are respectively inserted into the pivoting grooves 102 of the cover 10 to be pivoted, and when the pivoting portion 21 of the open cover 20 is rotated about one end of the pivoting portion 21, the other end of the pivoting portion 21 of the open cover 20 is slid out of the pivoting grooves 102 along the detaching groove 103, thereby easily detaching the open cover 20 from the cover 10. Also, when the pivot portion 21 of the open cover 20 is reversely rotated about one end of the pivot portion 21, the other end of the pivot portion 21 of the open cover 20 slides into the pivot groove 102 along the detaching groove 103, thereby easily mounting the open cover 20 to the cover body 10.
Alternatively, the cover portion 22 of the opening cover 20 of the present application may be integrally extended from the pivot portion 21 to form an opening cover having an integrated structure, which helps to simplify the structure of the opening cover and facilitate cleaning.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4A and 6, the pivot portion 21 of the open cover 20 of the present application may be provided with deformation grooves 210 to enhance the deformability of the pivot portion 21. Thus, when the pivot portion 21 of the opening cover 20 is rotated about one end of the pivot portion 21, the pivot portion 21 can be deformed in the axial direction to be slightly shortened so as to facilitate sliding the other end of the pivot portion 21 out of the detaching groove 103 to complete the detachment of the cover 1 for a container. After the opening cover 20 is reversely rotated to mount the opening cover 20 to the cover body 10, the pivot portion 21 can restore its original length to ensure that the pivot portion 21 can be stably held in the pivot groove 102, preventing unintentional or accidental slipping.
Optionally, the opening cover 20 may further include a flexible member 23, and the flexible member 23 is filled in the deformation groove 210 of the pivot portion 21, so as to ensure the flatness of the shape of the opening cover 20 while ensuring the large deformation capability of the pivot portion 21, and prevent dust or oil from depositing in the deformation groove 210, thereby facilitating cleaning.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 4B and 5, the opening lid 20 may further comprise a sealing member 24, wherein the sealing member 24 is correspondingly provided to the lid portion 22, and the sealing member 24 is located between the lid portion 22 and the lid body 10 for sealing the drinking opening 101 of the lid body 10 when the lid 1 for a container is in the closed state.
It is noted that the flexible member 23 and the sealing member 24 of the present application may each be, but are not limited to, made of a flexible material such as silicone so that the deformability of the pivot portion 21 is better maintained by the flexible member 23 and the drinking opening 101 is better sealed by the sealing member 24.
Optionally, the sealing member 24 has a protrusion adapted to the drinking opening 101 so that the protrusion of the sealing member 24 can be inserted into the drinking opening 101 with interference when the lid 1 for a container is in the closed state to improve the sealing performance of the open lid 20.
According to the above-described embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 6 and 8, the bottom wall of the detaching groove 103 in the lid body 10 of the container lid 1 extends obliquely from the bottom of the pivoting groove 102 toward the notch of the pivoting groove 102 to guide the pivot portion 21 of the open lid 20 to escape from the pivoting groove 102. In other words, the detaching groove 103 extends from the pivoting groove 102 to a shallower depth, so that the depth of the detaching groove 103 near the pivoting groove 102 is greater than the depth of the detaching groove 103 far from the pivoting groove 102. It will be appreciated that since the pivoting groove 102 is generally provided with a depth so as to pivot the both ends of the pivot portion 21 of the open cover 20 stably, and the detaching groove 103 provides the pivot portion 21 with a sliding-out passage of a gradually shallower depth, when the cover 1 for a container is in the detachable open state and the pivot portion 21 of the open cover 20 is rotated, the pivot portion 21 can be deformed under the guide of the detaching groove 103 so as to be released from the pivoting groove 102 to complete detachment.
Alternatively, the detaching grooves 103 in the cover 10 are in one-to-one correspondence with the pivoting grooves 102, and bottom walls of the two detaching grooves 103 respectively extend in the same direction from the corresponding pivoting grooves 102 in a mutually approaching manner. In other words, the distance between the bottom walls of the two detaching grooves 103 becomes smaller as it goes away from the pivoting groove 102, so that the minimum distance between the bottom walls of the two detaching grooves 103 is smaller than the length of the pivoting portion 21. Thus, when one end of the pivot portion 21 of the opening cover 20 rotates around the other end of the pivot portion 21, the one end of the pivot portion 21 slides into the corresponding dismounting groove 103, while the other end of the pivot portion 21 remains in the corresponding pivot groove 102, so that the pivot portion 21 only needs to undergo small deformation, and the one end of the pivot portion 21 can slide out along the corresponding dismounting groove 103, thereby completing the dismounting in a labor-saving manner; when the opening cover 20 is pivoted about the pivot portion 21, since the minimum distance between the bottom walls of the two detaching grooves 103 is smaller than the length of the pivot portion 21, both ends of the pivot portion 21 of the opening cover 20 do not slide into the detaching grooves 103 at the same time, preventing the opening cover 20 from being unintentionally or accidentally detached from the cover body 10 when the opening cover 20 is pivoted to switch the state of the container cover 1, and the opening cover 20 can be detached from the cover body 10 only by rotating the pivot portion 21 at a specific angle.
Optionally, the maximum distance between the bottom walls of the two detaching grooves 103 may be slightly smaller than the length of the pivot portion 21, so as to further enhance the pivot stability between the open cover 20 and the cover 10, and prevent the two ends of the pivot portion 21 of the open cover 20 from being detached from the pivot groove 102 of the cover 10 when the open cover 20 is pivoted relative to the cover 10.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 9, the detaching groove 103 in the cover body 10 extends from the pivoting groove 102 toward the drinking opening 101, so that one end of the pivot portion 21 of the open cover 20 can slide out along the detaching groove 103 only when rotated toward the drinking opening 101.
According to the above-described embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4A, the lid body 10 of the container lid 1 may include an opening portion 11 forming the drinking opening 101, a pair of pivot portions 12 extending upward from the opening portion 11, and a peripheral edge portion 13 surrounding the opening portion 11, and the inside surface of the pivot portion 12 of the lid body 10 is recessed outward to form the pivot groove 102 and the detaching groove 103. Thus, when the open cover 20 is pivoted to the cover 10, the open cover 20 is turned over the cover 10 around the pivot portion 21 to cover or open the drinking opening 101 of the cover 10.
It is noted that, as shown in fig. 2, the open state of the cover 1 for a container may further include a fixed open state, that is, when the cover 1 for a container is in the fixed open state, the open cover 20 of the cover 1 for a container may be releasably fixed to the cover body 10 so that the open cover 20 is stably maintained at a position away from the drinking opening 101 of the cover body 10, ensuring that a user can drink comfortably. It will be appreciated that, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the detachable open state and the fixed open state of the lid 1 for a container of the present application both belong to the open state, i.e., the drinking opening 101 of the lid body 10 is opened; the difference is that: when the container lid 1 is in the detachable open state, the opening lid 20 is movable with respect to the lid body 10 so as to pivot; and when the container cover 1 is in the fixed open state, the open cover 20 is fixed with respect to the cover body 10 so as to ensure comfortable drinking by the user. In other words, the detachable open state of the present application refers to a state between the closed state and the fixed open state, that is, the closed state and the fixed open state are two extreme pivotal states of the opening cover 20 with respect to the cover body 10; the detachable open state is an intermediate pivoted state of the open cover 20 with respect to the cover body 10.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the opening cover 20 of the container cover 1 may further include a fastening portion 25 extending from the cover portion 22, wherein the fastening portion 25 of the opening cover 20 is adapted to be fastened to the peripheral edge portion 13 of the cover body 10, so that the container cover 1 can be stably maintained in the closed state or the fixed open state. In other words, when the container lid 1 is in the closed state, the fastening portion 25 of the opening lid 20 may be fastened to the peripheral edge portion 13 of the lid body 10 at a position close to the drinking opening 101, so as to improve the sealing performance of the opening lid 20, prevent the opening lid 20 from being pushed open due to positive pressure formed in the container, and avoid hot drinks in the container from spilling or rushing out; when the container lid 1 is in the fixed open state, the fastening portion 25 of the opening lid 20 can be fastened to the peripheral portion 13 of the lid body 10 at a position far from the drinking opening 101, so as to prevent the opening lid 20 from automatically closing the drinking opening 101 due to self-gravity, thereby ensuring that a user can drink comfortably.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, the peripheral edge portion 13 of the lid body 10 is provided with an engagement groove 131 at a position close to the drinking opening 101, and the peripheral edge portion 13 is provided with an engagement block 132 at a position distant from the drinking opening 101. Accordingly, the fastening portion 25 of the open cover 20 has a fastening block 2501 adapted to the fitting groove 131 and a fastening groove 2502 adapted to the fitting block 132. Thus, when the container lid 1 is in the closed state, the engagement piece 2501 of the engagement portion 25 of the opening lid 20 engages with the engagement groove 131 of the peripheral edge portion 13 of the lid body 10; when the container lid 1 is in the fixed open state, the engagement groove 2502 of the engagement portion 25 of the opening lid 20 engages with the engagement block 132 of the peripheral edge portion 13 of the lid body 10. It will be appreciated that in other examples of the application, the positions of the mating groove 131 and the mating block 132 on the peripheral portion 13 may be interchanged, and correspondingly the positions of the snap-fit blocks 2501 and the snap-fit grooves 2502 of the snap-fit portion 25 of the open cover 20 may be interchanged; or the peripheral portion 13 may be provided with the fitting groove 131 or the fitting block 132 at two positions, respectively, and the buckling portion 25 has two buckling pieces 2501 or two buckling grooves 2502, respectively.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, the fastening part 25 of the opening cover 20 of the present application may include an inner standing wall 251 extending longitudinally from the cover part 22, an intermediate lateral wall 252 extending laterally from the inner standing wall 251, and an outer standing wall 253 extending longitudinally from the intermediate lateral wall 252, and the inner standing wall 251 and the outer standing wall 253 of the fastening part 25 are spaced apart to form a receiving groove 2503 for partially receiving the peripheral edge part 13 of the cover body 10 between an outer side surface of the inner standing wall 251 and an inner side surface of the outer standing wall 253. The fastening block 2501 of the fastening part 25 may be positioned at an inner side surface of the outer side standing wall 253 to be positioned in the receiving groove 2503, and the fastening groove 2502 of the fastening part 25 may be positioned at an inner side surface of the inner side standing wall 251 to be positioned outside the receiving groove 2503. Accordingly, the fitting groove 131 and the fitting block 132 in the cover 10 are both located on the outer side surface of the peripheral portion 13.
Thus, as shown in fig. 5, when the lid 1 for a container is in the closed state, the peripheral edge portion 13 of the lid body 10 is partially accommodated in the accommodation groove 2503 of the engagement portion 25 of the open lid 20, so that the outer side surface of the inner side standing wall 251 and the inner side surface of the outer side standing wall 253 of the engagement portion 25 can abut against the inner side surface and the outer side surface of the peripheral edge portion 13, respectively, so that the pivot portion 21 of the open lid 20 is not subjected to the tensile force of the peripheral edge portion 13 of the lid body 10 while ensuring stable engagement of the engagement piece 2501 with the engagement groove 131, so that the pivot portion 21 of the open lid 20 is not slid into the removal groove 103 to be stably held in the closed state. As shown in fig. 7, when the container cover 1 is in the fixed open state, the engaging block 132 located on the outer side surface of the inner side standing wall 251 of the engaging portion 25 can abut against the outer side surface of the peripheral edge portion 13, so that the peripheral edge portion 13 of the cover body 10 can apply an outward force to the engaging portion 25 of the opening cover 20, so as to ensure that the engaging groove 2502 is stably engaged with the engaging block 132; at the same time, the pivot portion 21 of the open cover 20 will exert a pulling force on the pivot portion 12 of the cover body 10 toward away from the detaching slot 103, so that the pivot portion 21 of the open cover 20 will not slide into the detaching slot 103 and will remain stably in the fixed open state.
It should be noted that the inner and outer sides mentioned in the present application are defined with reference to the geometric center of the cover 10, for example, the surface far from the geometric center of the cover 10 is the outer side surface, and the surface near the geometric center of the cover 10 is the inner side surface. It will be appreciated that in other examples of the application, the snap-fit blocks 2501 of the snap-fit portion 25 may be located on the outside surface of the inside upright wall 251 to be within the receiving groove 2503; accordingly, the engaging groove 131 of the lid body 10 is located on the inner side surface of the peripheral edge portion 13, and the engagement effect required when the container lid 1 is in the closed state can be achieved.
According to the above-described embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the drinking opening 101 of the cover 10 is preferably located on the opening portion 11 adjacent to the peripheral portion 13 so that a user drinks the beverage in the container through the drinking opening 101.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2 and 4A, the lid body 10 may be further provided with a vent hole 104 penetrating the opening portion 11, so that the open lid 20 can simultaneously cover the drinking opening 101 and the vent hole 104 when the lid 1 for a container is in the closed state; when the lid 1 for a container is in the open state, the drinking opening 101 and the vent hole 104 are simultaneously opened, and at this time, in the process of drinking the beverage through the drinking opening 101, the user can enter the container through the vent hole 104, so as to ensure that the air pressure in the container is constant, and the beverage can flow out from the drinking opening 101 conveniently.
Optionally, the vent 104 is located on the opening 11 at a position remote from the peripheral edge 13 to prevent the user's lips from sealing off the vent 104 when drinking the beverage through the drinking opening 101.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the seal 24 of the open cover 20 can simultaneously seal the drinking opening 101 and the vent 104 of the cover 10. For example, the sealing member 24 further has a protrusion adapted to the vent hole 104 so that the protrusion of the sealing member 24 can be inserted into the vent hole 104 with interference when the container lid 1 is in the closed state, to further improve the sealing performance of the open lid 20.
It should be noted that, although the deformation amount of the pivot portion 21 of the open cover 20 is increased by forming the deformation groove 210 in the above embodiment of the present application, in other examples of the present application, the open cover 20 of the container cover 1 may not have elastic deformation, but may have the same effect by other elastic members.
For example, fig. 10 to 12 show a variant of the cover 1 for a container according to the above-described embodiment of the application. The lid 1 for a container according to this variant embodiment of the application differs from the above-described example according to the application in that: the pivot portion 21 of the open cover 20 may include a pivot compartment 211 connected to the cover portion 22, a pivot shaft 212 movably disposed in the pivot compartment 211, and an elastic member 213 disposed between a bulkhead of the pivot compartment 211 and the pivot shaft 212. The pivot shaft 212 is retractably extended out of the pivot compartment 211 under the action of the elastic member 213 to be inserted into the pivot slot 102 of the cover 10, so as to realize the pivot between the open cover 20 and the cover 10.
Thus, when the pivot shaft 212 extends out of the pivot compartment 211 under the action of the elastic member 213, the pivot shaft 212 can be inserted into the pivot slot 102 of the cover 10 to pivot the pivot portion 21 of the open cover 20 with the pivot portion 12 of the cover 10. When the opening cover 20 rotates relative to the cover body 10, the pivot shaft 212 of the pivot shaft portion 21 is pressed by the bottom of the detaching slot 103 of the cover body 10 to retract the pivot compartment 211, and slides out of the detaching slot 103; at the same time, the elastic member 213 accumulates elastic potential energy to restore the original state after the external force is removed, so that the pivot shaft 212 protrudes from the pivot chamber 211 to form a pivot shaft.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the elastic member 213 of the present application may be implemented as a compression spring, wherein one end of the compression spring abuts against the pivot shaft 212, and the other end abuts against the bilge wall of the pivot chamber 211. Thus, when the pivot shaft 212 is pressed into the pivot housing 211 to detach the open cover 20, the compression spring is compressed to accumulate elastic potential energy; when the pressure applied to the pivot shaft 212 is removed, the compression spring automatically returns to the original state to push the pivot shaft 212 to extend out of the pivot chamber 211, so as to be conveniently inserted into the pivot slot 102 of the cover 10 to realize the pivot between the opening cover 20 and the cover 10.
It can be understood that in other examples of the present application, two ends of the pivot portion 21 may be provided with a pivot cabin having a notch, and accordingly, the pivot shaft 212 is fixedly disposed on the cover 10, and the pivot shaft can still be detached from the notch of the pivot cabin by rotating the pivot portion 21 while pivoting between the opening cover 20 and the cover 10, which is not described in detail herein.
It is worth mentioning that according to another aspect of the present application, an embodiment of the present application may further provide a container (not shown), which may comprise the above-described container lid 1 and a container body, and the container lid 1 is adapted to be closed to an outlet of the container body to form a capped container. It is to be understood that the container body of the present application may be implemented as, but not limited to, a cup body, a bottle body, a box body, a cylinder body, or the like, as long as the container body can provide a receiving cavity with an opening, and the present application will not be repeated.
The container cover and the container provided by the application overcome the defects that the existing container cover is difficult to clean and deposited dirt is difficult to remove. The opening cover detachably pivoted to the cover body not only can switch the closing state and the detachable opening state of the cover for the container by relative pivoting, but also can be detached from the cover body by rotation, thereby being convenient for users to fully clean the opening cover and the cover body at any time respectively, particularly removing deposited dirt in the tiny parts on the opening cover or the cover body, improving the use convenience of the container, being more sanitary, and realizing the installation or the detachment of the opening cover and the cover body by a single-hand force application mode, and saving the loading and unloading operation.
In addition, according to another aspect of the present application, an embodiment of the present application may further provide a method of using a cap for a container, which may include the steps of:
pivoting the opening cover relative to the cover body to switch the container use cover between a closed state and a detachable open state; and
When the container cover is in the detachable open state, the pivot portion of the opening cover is rotated to separate the opening cover from the cover body.
The technical features of the above embodiment may be combined without changing the basic principle of the present utility model, and for brevity of description, all possible combinations of the technical features of the above embodiment are not described, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description of the present specification.
The above examples represent only a few embodiments of the present application, which are described in more detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the claims. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the application, which are all within the scope of the application. Accordingly, the scope of the application should be determined from the following claims.
