The rinse liquid sequentially flows through the magnetic filter basket, the fine filter, the oil-water separator, the plugboard filter screen, the spray pipe, the rinse chamber and the continuous circulation under the drive of the rinse pump 38, and simultaneously performs the functions of continuous filtration, purification and oil-water separation.
The scanning blow-drying unit 11 is assembled in the blow-drying chamber 10 and is connected to a compressed air pipeline outside the blow-drying chamber 10 and purified by the air purifier 39.
The exhaust fog-removing system comprises fog-removing fans 12 assembled at two ends of the top of the combined machine body 17, and the two fog-removing fans discharge fog at two ends outdoors through exhaust pipelines, so that the surrounding working environment is ensured.
The specific cleaning process is as follows:
Manually placing a half shaft or other parts on a turnover frame of a motorized roller path of a feeding machine, automatically entering a feed inlet of a pre-cleaning chamber, conveying the turnover frame with the half shaft through a conveying chain mechanism, conveying the turnover frame with the half shaft into the pre-cleaning chamber, lowering the turnover frame with the half shaft to the lower part of a pre-cleaning water tank by a lifting conveying mechanism, starting an ultrasonic generator in the pre-cleaning chamber, starting a water nozzle and an air nozzle, setting cleaning pressure and compressed air pressure, carrying out spray type fixed-point positioning cleaning and blowing, immersing the half shaft in a pre-cleaning liquid for ultrasonic pre-cleaning, and effectively stripping impurities on the surface of the half shaft, particularly on the root of a spline and in the key groove under the action of ultrasonic vibration, after the pre-cleaning for a certain time, driving the turnover frame to be lifted to a horizontal section, namely the conveying chain mechanism, opening the lifting conveying mechanism, continuously conveying the turnover frame into a cleaning chamber, starting a cleaning spray system, and carrying out high-pressure spray type pre-cleaning by a plurality of adjustable fixed-point positioning nozzles on an upper, lower left and right annular spray pipe connected to a spray pipe assembly, and carrying out spray type fixed-point positioning, and carrying out spray type pre-cleaning, wherein impurities on the surface of the half shaft, particularly on the spline root and the spline are effectively removed from the spline; after cleaning, the transfer chain mechanism automatically conveys the turnover frame with the half shaft to a next station rinsing chamber, and the half shaft is subjected to high-pressure spray rinsing as in the cleaning process, and then conveyed to a blow-drying chamber for blow-drying, mist generated in the pre-cleaning/rinsing process is discharged to the outside by a mist discharge fan at two ends of the combined machine body, the blow-dried half shaft is discharged from a feed opening, a cleaning operator manually takes down the half shaft, and the turnover frame returns to a feeding end through a return mechanism, so that the whole pre-cleaning, rinsing and blow-drying processes are completed. In order to ensure that the pre-cleaning liquid/rinsing liquid is clean, a pre-cleaning liquid water tank, a cleaning liquid water tank and a rinsing liquid water tank are separately and independently arranged on the right side of the cleaning device, liquid flushed from the surface of the half shaft is coarsely filtered by a magnetic filter basket, enters the water tank, and is pumped up by a water pump on the water tank and is filtered by a fine filter for reuse.
