The collapsible carrier of claim 5 wherein the wheel assembly comprises a front wheel disposed at a bottom of the front side frame and a rear wheel disposed at a bottom of the rear side frame, the front wheel being a universal wheel deflectable in any direction, the rear wheel being a directional wheel that is only movable in a particular direction.
8. The collapsible carrier of claim 6 wherein the upright is provided with a connector for connecting the base support assembly.
9. The collapsible carrier of claim 1, comprising a liner disposed in the space defined by the side rail assemblies and the bottom bracket assembly, the liner comprising front, rear, bottom panels respectively abutting the front side frame, rear side frame, bottom bracket assembly, and side rail between the front and rear panels.
10. The collapsible carrier of claim 9 wherein the side flaps are detachably connected on both sides to the front and rear panels.
