Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous details are provided to provide a thorough understanding of the utility model. However, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the following description illustrates preferred embodiments of the utility model by way of example only and that the utility model may be practiced without one or more of these details. Furthermore, some technical features that are known in the art have not been described in detail in order to avoid obscuring the utility model.
In the following description, a detailed structure will be presented for a thorough understanding of embodiments of the present utility model. It will be apparent that embodiments of the utility model may be practiced without limitation to the specific details that are set forth by those skilled in the art. Preferred embodiments of the present utility model are described in detail below, however, the present utility model may have other embodiments in addition to these detailed descriptions.
The embodiment of the utility model provides a split water purifier. According to whether the components included in the split type water purifier are needed to be close to a user or not and daily maintenance is needed, the components are respectively arranged in a plurality of split units, so that the advantages of the desk type water purifier and the under-cabinet type water purifier can be combined, and the use experience of the user can be improved. Hereinafter, a split type water purifier according to an embodiment of the present utility model will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1, the split type water purifier has a water inlet end 201 and a water outlet end 202. The water inlet 201 may be connected to an external water source, such as a municipal water pipe, a water reservoir, or the like. Raw water can be supplied to the split type water purifier through the water inlet end 201.
The split type water purifier may further include a central water purifying unit 100 and a driving unit 200. The central water purification unit 100 may include a central filter element 110 and a water outlet assembly 120, and a water purification port of the central filter element 110 may be connected to the water outlet assembly 120. Illustratively, the central filter element 110 may include one or more of a reverse osmosis filter element, a nanofiltration filter element, a composite filter element composited with a reverse osmosis filter element, and a composite filter element composited with a nanofiltration filter element. The aperture of the reverse osmosis filter element is one fifth (0.1 nanometer) of the hair, and the reverse osmosis filter element has the strongest separating capacity at present. The nanofiltration filter core comprises a nanofiltration membrane, wherein the nanofiltration membrane is a charged membrane and can perform electric adsorption. The water is produced under the same water quality and environment, and the pressure required by the nanofiltration membrane is smaller than the pressure required by the reverse osmosis membrane. The separation performance of the nanofiltration filter core is obviously superior to that of the ultrafiltration filter core, the microfiltration filter core and the like, and compared with the reverse osmosis filter core, the nanofiltration filter core has the advantages of partial removal of monovalent ions, low process osmotic pressure, low operation pressure, energy saving and the like, but the separation capacity is slightly worse than that of the reverse osmosis filter core. By adopting the central filter element 110, only water molecules and part of mineral ions beneficial to human bodies can pass through the filter element, other impurities and heavy metals are discharged from the waste water pipe, and high-quality purified water is provided for users. Illustratively, the water outlet assembly 120 may include one or more of a mechanical faucet, a smart faucet, a water outlet.
The driving unit 200 may include a booster pump 230, a water inlet of the booster pump 230 may be connected to the water inlet end 201, and a water outlet of the booster pump 230 may be connected to a water inlet of the central cartridge 110. The booster pump 230 delivers the pressurized water to the central cartridge 110 to ensure that the central cartridge 110 having a high filtering accuracy can operate normally. For the reverse osmosis filter element and the nanofiltration filter element, the water needs to be pressurized before entering the filter element, so the booster pump 230 arranged at the upstream of the central filter element 110 can ensure that the split type water purifier can normally produce water. The purified water produced by the central filter element 110 may be provided to a user via the outlet water assembly 120.
The driving unit 200 may be provided separately from the central water purifying unit 100. The driving unit 200 and the central water purifying unit 100 may be connected through a pipeline such as a water pipe. The central water purification unit 100 may be provided at any suitable location, such as a counter top 10, wall, etc. of a cabinet, sink, etc. where water is conveniently taken by a user. It will be appreciated that the performance of the central cartridge 110 is inversely related to the time of use. Therefore, as the service life increases, the central cartridge 110 needs to be replaced as its performance decreases. Compared with the under-cabinet type water purifier, the central water purifying unit 100 is arranged at a position which is easy to contact, so that the central filter element 110 can be replaced conveniently, and the position which can be obtained only by bending down or under a narrow cabinet is not needed to be replaced. In addition, noise is generated when the booster pump 230 is operated, the driving unit 200 is separately provided from the central water purifying unit 100 which needs to be close to the user, and the degree of freedom of the placement position of the driving unit 200 is greater. The driving unit 200 may be placed in a relatively airtight or far away space from a user, for example, under a cabinet, so as to reduce noise and improve user experience by using the structure of the cabinet. Alternatively, the driving unit 200 may be provided in, for example, a wall or at a position remote from the user through a pipe, thereby reducing noise. In addition, since the central water purifying unit 100 and the driving unit 200 are separately provided, even if the driving unit 200 is placed under the cabinet, only a small space is occupied, and maintenance is not basically required in daily use of the driving unit 200, so that the use experience of a user is not affected when the driving unit 200 is installed at a position under the cabinet or the like.
Illustratively, the central water purification unit 100 may include a mount 130, and the central cartridge 110 may be disposed on the mount 130. As shown in fig. 1, the central water purification unit 100 may be fixed to the table top 10 by a mounting 130. It will be appreciated that securing the central water purification unit 100 ensures that its position is fixed and not prone to loosening or wobble. This may provide a more stable water experience. The central water purification unit 100 fixed to the counter top 10 can be coordinated with the design and decoration of the entire sink or wash stand without taking up additional space or spoiling the overall aesthetic appeal. In particular, for sink areas commonly used in kitchens, bathrooms, etc., the fixing of the central water purification unit 100 can enhance the overall decorative effect. In addition, fixing the central water purification unit 100 may reduce the risk of accidents. The fixed central water purification unit 100 is not inadvertently pulled over or is in danger of hitting, compared to the case where the central water purification unit 100 is free to move. The mounting base 130 may include a screwing, buckling or threading manner, so as to facilitate the installation of a user. Preferably, the mounting 130 may facilitate installation and removal, and should be stable after installation. Suitable mounting blocks 130 may also be compatible with different mounting holes, reducing the user's hassle of punching.
Illustratively, the water outlet assembly 120 is removably connected to the central cartridge 110. As described above, the central cartridge 110 needs to be replaced periodically. If the water outlet assembly 120 is fixed to the central filter element 110, the water outlet assembly 120, which is not a consumable, needs to be discarded together when the filter element is replaced, increasing the use cost. Therefore, the water outlet component 120 can adopt a detachable structure, so that the water outlet component 120 does not need to be discarded when the filter element is replaced, and the waste of resources is reduced. The water outlet component 120 can be connected to the central filter element 110 by means of threads, screw clamps and the like, so that the disassembly is simple, and the tightness is good.
Illustratively, the central cartridge 110 may be removably connected to the mount 130. The mounting base 130 is usually partially arranged at the bottom of the water tank which is not easy to touch, and the mounting base is difficult to mount and dismount. In addition, the mounting base 130 does not contact the purified water, and does not contaminate the water source even if aged. The life of the mounting block 130 is generally long and does not need to be replaced as frequently as the central cartridge 110, so that the central cartridge 110 may preferably be removable, so that only the central cartridge 110 needs to be replaced, the mounting block 130 may be retained, simplifying maintenance for the user, and reducing costs.
Illustratively, the central filter cartridge 110 may include a filter cartridge 112 and a filter media 111, and the filter cartridge 112 may include a first portion 112A and a second portion 112B that enclose a filter space. The first portion 112A and the second portion 112B may be detachably connected, and the filter material 111 is detachably disposed in the filter space. The water outlet assembly 120 may be disposed on the second portion 112B. The first portion 112A may be disposed on the mount 130. Illustratively, the first and second portions 112A, 112B of the filter cartridge 112 may be configured as two cylindrical barrels that may be engaged by threads or a spin-on clip. In an embodiment not shown, the cross section of the filter cartridge may also be rectangular, the first and second portions being connectable by snap-fitting. For example, the first portion 112A and the second portion 112B may also be configured as a cylinder and a cover, respectively.
Similar to the water outlet assembly 120, the filter cartridge 112 of the central filter cartridge 110 has a longer life than the filter material 111, and thus does not require frequent replacement. When the performance of the central filter element 110 is reduced, only the filter material 111 can be replaced, so that the use cost is saved. The first portion 112A may be secured to the counter top 10, such as a cabinet, by a mounting 130.
Illustratively, the drive unit 200 may further include a water inlet solenoid valve 220, and the water inlet solenoid valve 220 may be connected in series between the water inlet of the booster pump 230 and the water inlet end 201. Since the inlet end 201 is typically connected to municipal tap water, the municipal tap water has a certain pressure. The booster pump 230 is typically a diaphragm pump, which does not have a cutoff function. In other words, in the case where the split type water purifier is not operated, when water at the water inlet thereof has a certain pressure, the water may flow through the booster pump 230. In the case that the water outlet assembly 120 is not provided with a valve, the provision of the water inlet solenoid valve 220 can prevent continuous outflow of water. In addition, when a filter element such as a reverse osmosis filter element or a nanofiltration filter element is used, a water concentration port is provided in such a filter element, and therefore, a water concentration pipeline is also required. Providing the water inlet solenoid valve 220 can prevent raw water from flowing out of the concentrate line to waste resources. The water inlet solenoid valve 220 may be directly connected to devices such as a switch and a power source, and when the user turns on the switch, the water inlet solenoid valve 220 is opened.
Illustratively, the drive unit 200 may also include a microfilter 210. The micro filter 210 may comprise a stainless steel mesh, gauze, etc., and may perform primary filtration of water entering the central filter element 110 to remove relatively large impurities such as silt and rust. This may extend the useful life of the central cartridge 110. Furthermore, the primary filtration using the micro filter 210 may further reduce the volume of the drive unit 200, and such micro filter 210 may have a longer lifetime, may be replaced or maintained less frequently, and may be more suitable for integration within the drive unit 200.
Further, the micro filter 210 may be disposed in series upstream of the water inlet solenoid valve 220. This can prevent the large particle impurities from damaging the mechanical structure of the water inlet solenoid valve 220, resulting in water leakage and the like, so as to prolong the service life of the water inlet solenoid valve 220.
Illustratively, the split-type water purifier may further include a power adapter 260, and the power adapter 260 may be electrically connected to the booster pump 230. Optionally, the power adapter 260 may also provide power to the controller 250. The power adapter 260 may be connected to an ac power source, and may include a battery or the like. The power adapter 260 may provide the appropriate voltage and current to the controller 250 and booster pump 230. The power adapter 260 may also be controlled by the controller 250, and upon receipt of a control signal, may provide voltage and current to the booster pump 230 to pressurize the water flowing therethrough to meet the operating conditions of the central cartridge 110.
Illustratively, the split-type water purifier may further include a controller 250, the controller 250 may be electrically connected with the booster pump 230, and the controller 250 may be used to control the operation of the booster pump 230. The operation of the booster pump 230 may include both starting and stopping, as well as increasing and decreasing its speed or flow. Alternatively, the controller 250 may control the rotational speed and/or flow rate of the booster pump 230, thereby controlling the output purified water flow rate. The controller 250 may be coupled to a water intake detection device, which may include a key, infrared sensing, etc. The water intake detection device can output a smaller signal, and the current can be only a few milliamperes. The controller 250 can amplify and output hundreds of milliamperes or even a few amperes of current for the booster pump 230 to work, and the service life can be greatly prolonged through a contactless switch circuit. Of course, the controller 250 may also include various functions such as timing, gear, etc.
The controller 250 may be implemented by using electronic components such as a timer, a comparator, a register, and a digital logic circuit, or using a processor chip such as a single chip microcomputer, a microprocessor, a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a Programmable Logic Array (PLA), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), and peripheral circuits thereof.
In the above technical solution, the controller 250 may provide an anti-shake function, so as to avoid unstable power supply of the booster pump 230 and influence on the service life caused by shake of structures such as micro switches. On the other hand, the controller 250 may amplify the signal of the water intake detecting device, and further control the booster pump 230 according to the signal, so that the variety of the water intake detecting device 120 may be selected to be more abundant. Compared with the direct control of the booster pump 230 through the water intake detection device switch, the service life of the split type water purifier can be prolonged.
Illustratively, the split type water purifier may include a housing 300, and the driving unit 200 may be disposed within the housing 300. On the one hand, the casing 300 can provide protection for the controller 250, the power adapter 260 and other components, prevent water drops, stains and other components from affecting the safety and service life of the components, and avoid damage to pipelines or lines due to daily scratch and the like. On the other hand, the housing 300 may include a fixing member such as a back adhesive, a screw, etc., for user's fixation.
Illustratively, the water outlet assembly 120 may employ a mechanical tap, which a user may open while taking water, and the split type water purifier may include a check valve and a high pressure switch to control the start and stop of the booster pump 230 by detecting a water pressure change generated by the action of the mechanical tap. Illustratively, the water outlet assembly 120 may also employ a smart faucet, through which a signal may be sent to control the start and stop of the booster pump 230. The water outlet assembly 120 may also include only a water outlet nozzle, which may be used only for drainage by means of the water inlet solenoid valve 220 and the booster pump 230 when taking water. Of course, the water outlet assembly 120 may include a combination of the above, or other suitable devices.
Illustratively, the water outlet assembly 120 may include an input device for receiving water intake information entered by a user. The split type water purifier may include a controller 250, and the controller 250 is used to control the operation of the booster pump 230 according to the water intake information. The water intake information may include a user water intake start time. Optionally, the water intake information may further include a user water intake stop time or a total amount of water intake (e.g., 200ml, 300ml, etc.) of the user. In a specific embodiment, the input device may include a touch screen, a key, etc. for a user to input the required water amount and receive the water intake command. The controller 250 may also control whether the booster pump 230 is operated, and the duration of operation, based on the water intake information.
For example, the controller 250 may be provided in the driving unit 200, and the controller 250 is connected with the input device through wireless. It will be appreciated that the drive unit 200 is typically located in a less accessible location and that the input device controls access to water via a wireless connection for a more aesthetic and compact appearance than a wired connection. The wireless connection may include one or more of bluetooth, 433MHz radio frequency communication, and 2.4G. Illustratively, the input device includes a smart tap, which may be battery powered. When a user takes water, the intelligent tap sends a water taking instruction to the controller 250 through wireless connection, the controller 250 controls the booster pump 230 to start, and the split type water purifier outputs purified water. And the wireless connection is adopted, so that the wiring is simplified, and the wiring is more high-end and elegant.
For example, in an embodiment in which the split type water purifier includes the water inlet solenoid valve 220, the water inlet solenoid valve 220 may be electrically connected to the controller 250, and the controller 250 is configured to control the operation of the water inlet solenoid valve 220 according to the water intake information. When receiving the water intake information input by the user, the controller 250 may control the water intake solenoid valve 220 to be opened and the booster pump 230 to be operated, thereby providing purified water to the user, and simplifying the operation. The controller 250 may control the water inlet solenoid valve 220 to be closed at regular time, for example, the split type water purifier may be arranged in a public place, when a user forgets to stop taking water, for example, when the user presses the water taking switch with an article, the controller 250 may control the water inlet solenoid valve 220 to be closed at regular time, and water can be prepared again only when the user instructs water taking next time, so that waste is prevented.
Illustratively, the central water purification unit 100 may further include a display device for displaying information such as water quality and/or cartridge life. Illustratively, the split-type water purifier comprises an intelligent faucet, and the intelligent faucet can calculate the service life of the central filter element 110 according to the water taking condition of a user, so as to prompt the user to replace the central filter element 110 in time. The display device may also display the remaining life of the central filter element 110 on the display device, facilitating the user to make a replacement plan. The intelligent faucet may also include a water quality detection probe, such as a TDS probe, etc., that can detect and display the water quality thereon, visually displaying the water quality to a user. Of course, the display device can also display the water consumption of the user, and remind the user to save the water. The display device is provided on the central water purifying unit 100 provided close to the user, so that the user can conveniently view various information displayed by the display device.
Illustratively, the drive unit 200 may further include a concentrated water valve 240, wherein a water inlet of the concentrated water valve 240 may be connected to a concentrated water outlet of the central cartridge 110, and a water outlet of the concentrated water valve 240 is connected to the drain end 202. The concentrated water solenoid valve 240 may include a solenoid valve directly connected in an open state and a waste water ratio valve connected in parallel with the solenoid valve. The reverse osmosis filter element or the nanofiltration filter element can generate a certain proportion of concentrated water in the filtration process, and the generated concentrated water can be discharged from a concentrated water port. For reverse osmosis and nanofiltration cartridges, the water needs to be pressurized by the booster pump 230 before entering the cartridge, and a waste water ratio valve may be provided to ensure that the pressurized water pressure acts on the central cartridge 110 to provide the pressure required for the operation of the central cartridge 110. The waste ratio valve may include a restriction orifice that allows only a specified unit of water flow per unit of time at a nominal pressure. For example, at a pre-membrane pressure of 0.6MPa, the water passing through the joint is not greater than 150ml/min. The water flow rate per unit time of the corresponding waste water ratio valve is also adjusted according to the different selected central filter elements 110. Thus, the wastewater concentrated by the central filter element 110 is discharged through the wastewater ratio valve, and the continuous increase of the raw water concentration is avoided, thereby improving the water production efficiency. After the central filter element 110 is replaced with a new one, or after the central filter element 110 is used for a certain period of time, the concentrated water valve 240 can be opened to flush the central filter element 110 so as to remove impurities attached to the surface of the central filter element and prolong the service life.
