Specifically, the rolling brush brackets 15 are arranged in pairs, one end of each rolling brush bracket 15 is connected with the lower shell 12, and the other end is connected with the tail end of the rolling brush. The rolling brush 20 is rotatably arranged on the rolling brush bracket 15, and the upper shell 13 is at least partially covered above the rolling brush 20. Fig. 4 and 5 show perspective structural views of the lower case from two different angles. Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the lower housing 12 includes a housing compartment 121 that houses the water spray assembly 30. The accommodating bin 121 is arranged at one side close to the rolling brush 20 in an open manner, the water spraying assembly 30 is arranged in the accommodating bin 121, the water spraying surface 32 is arranged towards the rolling brush 20 through the opening, and the mounting part of the water spraying assembly 30 is fixedly connected with the accommodating bin 121.
The housing compartment 121 includes an upper wall 1211, a lower wall 1215, and a back plate 1213. The back plate 1213 is located at the opposite side of the water spraying surface 32, and the upper wall 1211 and the lower wall 1215 are respectively connected to the back plate 1213, so as to jointly enclose a containing space. In one embodiment, the water spray assembly 30 and the wringer 60 are fixedly connected and then integrally mounted in the receiving space. The squeezing member 60 is fixedly connected below the water spraying assembly 30, one side of the squeezing member 60 is arranged in the accommodating bin 121, the other side extends to the surface of the rolling brush 20, the squeezing member 60 is turned downwards to shield the lower wall 1215 of the accommodating bin 121, and the squeezing member 60 can fill the gap of the lower wall 1215 of the accommodating space, so that the risk of dirt accumulation is reduced.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the water spraying assembly 30 includes a rear sidewall 34 opposite to the water spraying surface 32, a mounting portion is disposed on the rear sidewall 34, and the water spraying assembly 30 is fixedly connected to the back plate 1213 of the housing through the rear sidewall 34.
In this embodiment, the rear sidewall 34 is provided with a fixing hole, the back plate 1213 of the housing compartment 121 is provided with a mounting hole 1210, the mounting hole 1210 is disposed corresponding to the fixing hole, and the fixing hole and the mounting hole 1210 are fixedly connected by a fastener. In particular, the fastener may be a bolt fastener.
The mounting holes 1210 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the fixing holes. In this embodiment, three pairs of mounting holes and fixing holes are provided, and the three pairs of mounting holes and fixing holes are uniformly spaced, wherein two pairs of mounting holes and fixing holes are respectively located at two ends of the water spraying assembly 30, and one pair of mounting holes and fixing holes is located in a middle area of the water spraying assembly 30 in the length direction.
In other embodiments, the mounting portion of the water spraying assembly 30 may be located on the upper side of the water spraying assembly, and the water spraying assembly 30 is fixedly connected with the upper wall 1211 of the housing compartment 121. The mounting portion may also be located on the underside of the water jet assembly 30, which is fixedly connected to the lower wall 1215 by the mounting portion.
In order to maintain the cleanability of the water ejection face 32, the water ejection face 32 is entirely smooth and has a partially cylindrical side face shape, except for the water ejection port 320. The upper and lower sides of the water spraying surface 32 are parallel to each other, and the water spraying surface is elongated and protrudes in a radial direction away from the roller brush 20.
In order to maintain uniform spraying of water on the surface of the roll brush, the water spray ports 320 are sequentially arranged along the axial direction of the roll brush 20. Specifically, the water jets 320 are arranged in a straight line, and the direction of the straight line is parallel to the axis of the roller brush 20. The water jets 320 may also be provided in multiple rows, such as two rows of in-line water jets, to increase the wetting rate of the roller brush.

The floor washing machine further includes a soil level detecting sensor for detecting the cleanliness of the sewage after the brush washing to determine the soil level of the brush 20. The dirt level detection sensor is connected with the controller. In one embodiment, the controller controls the motor to drive the roller brush to alternately rotate in forward and reverse directions by: controlling the motor to drive the rolling brush 20 to rotate forward by a first angle; the motor 17 is controlled to drive the rolling brush 20 to reversely rotate by a second angle; the range of the values of the first angle and the second angle is more than or equal to 120 degrees and less than 360 degrees.
In one embodiment, the controller controls the motor to drive the roller brush to alternately rotate in forward and reverse directions by: controlling a motor to drive the rolling brush to rotate forward for a first time period; and controlling the motor to drive the rolling brush to reversely rotate for a second time period, wherein both the first time period and the second time period are smaller than the rotation period of the rolling brush.
In one embodiment, the controller controls the water pump of the floor scrubber to spray water to the roller brush by: the water spraying flow of the water pump to the rolling brush is controlled to be larger in the initial stage of the self-cleaning mode than in the later stage of the self-cleaning mode.

Claims (10)
1. A floor scrubber, comprising:
a housing formed with a cavity;
the rolling brush is arranged in the cavity;
the motor is in transmission connection with the rolling brush and is used for driving the rolling brush to rotate;
the water inlet end of the water pump is communicated with a water source and is used for sucking the water source to spray the water to the rolling brush;
the water spraying assembly is arranged close to the rolling brush and comprises a water spraying surface arranged towards the rolling brush and a water spraying opening arranged on the water spraying surface, the water spraying opening is communicated with the water outlet end of the water pump, and water pressurized by the water pump is sprayed to the rolling brush through the water spraying opening;
the controller is connected with the water pump and the motor and used for controlling the water pump and the motor to run;
the floor washing machine comprises a self-cleaning mode, wherein the controller controls the rolling brush to alternately rotate forward and reverse, and fluff of the rolling brush alternately rises and falls in the process of alternately rotating forward and reverse; the fluff is capable of contacting the inner surface of the cavity and the water spraying surface with the fluff standing up;
the water spraying assembly comprises a mounting part, the water spraying assembly is fixedly connected with the shell through the mounting part, and the mounting part is positioned on one side of the water spraying surface away from the rolling brush in the radial direction of the rolling brush.

The floor scrubber as set forth in claim 1, wherein said housing includes a receiving compartment having an opening at one side, said water spray assembly being disposed in said receiving compartment, said water spray surface being directed toward said roller brush surface through said open slot, said mounting portion being fixedly connected to said receiving compartment.
3. The floor scrubber of claim 2 wherein the water spray assembly includes a rear sidewall opposite the water spray face, the mounting portion being disposed on the rear sidewall.
4. The floor scrubber according to claim 3, wherein a fixing hole is formed in the rear side wall, a mounting hole matched with the fixing hole is formed in a corresponding position of the accommodating bin, and the fixing hole and the mounting hole are fixedly connected through a fastener.
5. The floor scrubber of claim 2 wherein the housing bin includes an upper wall above the water spray assembly, the mounting portion being located on an upper side of the water spray assembly, the water spray assembly being fixedly connected to the upper wall of the housing bin.
6. The floor washer of claim 2, further comprising a wringer in abutting contact with the roller brush surface for wringing water from the roller brush surface, the wringer disposed below the water spray assembly.
7. The floor scrubber of claim 6 wherein the wringer is fixedly connected to the water spray assembly.
8. The floor scrubber of claim 7 wherein the wringer extends into the receiving bin on one side and toward the roller brush surface on the other side.
9. The floor scrubber of claim 1 wherein the water spraying surface is substantially part cylindrical in shape.
10. The floor scrubber of claim 1 wherein the water jets are arranged in sequence along the axis of the roller brush.
