The pressure compensated controlled hydraulic pump according to claim 7, characterized in that a safety oil path (25) is connected between the rodless chamber of the servo piston (13) and the internal oil drainage path (23), a third throttle valve (18) is provided on the safety oil path (25), one end of the safety oil path (25) is connected to the connection oil path between the rodless chamber of the servo piston (13) and the pilot operated directional control valve (12), and a connection point is located between the first throttle valve (16) and the second throttle valve (17); and the connection position of the other end of the safety oil path (25) on the internal oil drainage oil path (23) is positioned behind the connection position of the oil outlet of the electric proportional pressure compensator (14).
