Background
When assembling electronic equipment, it is often necessary to assemble a jig for limitation, so as to ensure that two parts which need to be assembled can be assembled according to design requirements.
Particularly, some parts in the electronic equipment need to be fixed by glue through an assembly jig, but before the dripped glue is not dried, the adhesive force of the glue is small or even no adhesive force, so that the parts are easy to shift, the assembly is not satisfactory, the parts need to be reassembled, and the time cost is increased.

when the sliding block is located at the first position, the clamping jaw is pressed against an assembly part assembled in the assembly area, and when the sliding block is located at the second position, the clamping jaw is separated from the assembly part.
Optionally, the side wall includes an accommodating groove, and the slider is disposed in the accommodating groove and slides relative to an inner wall of the accommodating groove;
when the sliding block is located at the first position, the clamping jaw is located outside the accommodating groove and is abutted against the assembly part, and when the sliding block is located at the second position, the clamping jaw is accommodated in the accommodating groove.

When the assembly jig 100 provided by the application is used for assembling the screen module 201 and the middle frame 202, the assembly part 200 can be abutted through the clamping jaw 21 before glue is dried, so that the screen module 201 is prevented from falling off, and an additional abutting structure is not needed. When the slide 22 is switched to the second position relative to the side wall as shown in fig. 6, the jaws 21 may be moved away from the fitting 200 to avoid the jaws 21 from interfering with the installation and removal of the fitting 100.
Still referring to fig. 1-3, the assembly area 11 may include a first installation location 111 and a second installation location 112, where the first installation location 111 may be used to load a single assembly 200, and the second installation location 112 may also be used to load a single assembly 200, and the assembly fixture 100 may include a plurality of clamping mechanisms 2, and each installation location may be configured with at least one clamping mechanism 2. For example, the first mounting position 111 may be configured to provide two clamping mechanisms 2, and the second mounting position 11 may be configured to provide two clamping mechanisms 2. Of course, in the present application, it is described by way of example that one of the two clamping mechanisms 2 associated with any installation location is disposed on the first side wall 12, and the other is disposed on the second side wall 13, and actually, in other embodiments, when any installation location is associated with three or more clamping mechanisms 2, at least one of the two clamping mechanisms 2 may be disposed on the first side wall 12, and at least one of the two clamping mechanisms 2 may be disposed on the second side wall 13, and the arrangement manner may be designed as needed.
As shown in fig. 4 to 8, the side wall 12 may include a receiving groove 121, the slider 22 may be slidably disposed relative to an inner wall of the receiving groove 121, and the slider 22 may be received in the receiving groove 121, and when the slider 22 is in the first position, the clamping jaw 21 may be located outside the receiving groove 121 and abut against a surface of the assembly 200; when the sliding block 22 is in the second position, the clamping jaw 21 can be received in the receiving groove 121, so that the clamping jaw 21 can be prevented from protruding out of the surface of the side wall 12 to block the assembly and disassembly of the assembly 200.
The clamping jaw 21 may include a pressing portion 211 and a connecting portion 212 connected to the pressing portion 211, and the connecting portion 212 and the pressing portion 211 may be perpendicular to each other. The clamping mechanism 2 may further include a fixing member 23 and a compression spring 24, the slider 22 may include a receiving cavity 221, the connecting portion 212 of the clamping jaw 21 may extend into the receiving cavity 221, the pressing portion 211 is located outside the receiving cavity 221, the fixing member 23 and the compression spring 24 are both disposed in the receiving cavity 221, the fixing member 23 and one end of the pressing portion connecting portion 212, which is far away from the pressing portion 211, are connected, and the compression spring 24 is disposed between the fixing member 23 and an inner wall of the receiving cavity 221.
Further, the assembly fixture 100 may further include an auxiliary member (not shown), at least a portion of the auxiliary member may extend into the receiving cavity 221 along a height direction of the assembly fixture 100 and abut against the fixing member 23, so that when the fixing member 23 moves to the third position along a depth direction of the receiving cavity 221 toward the direction of the pressing portion 211, the fixing member 23 may be switched from the state shown in fig. 9 to the state shown in fig. 10, and the compression spring 24 is compressed, and the pressing portion 211 may extend out of the receiving cavity 121 under the urging force, at this time, the slider 22 may further slide from the position shown in fig. 9 to the position shown in fig. 10, so that the pressing portion 211 presses against the surface of the assembly 200. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the pressing portion 211 can be received in the receiving groove 121 by the action of the compression spring 24; in other embodiments, a plurality of gears which are matched with each other and are arranged along the height direction of the assembling jig 100 may be arranged on the sliding block 22 and the clamping jaw 21, the clamping jaw 21 is limited by the matching between the gears, and the pressing portion 211 can extend out of the accommodating groove 121.

when the sliding block is located at the first position, the clamping jaw is pressed against an assembly part assembled in the assembly area, and when the sliding block is located at the second position, the clamping jaw is separated from the assembly part.
2. The assembly jig of claim 1, wherein the side wall comprises a receiving groove, and the slider is disposed in the receiving groove and slidably disposed with respect to an inner wall of the receiving groove;
when the sliding block is located at the first position, the clamping jaw is located outside the accommodating groove and is abutted against the assembly part, and when the sliding block is located at the second position, the clamping jaw is accommodated in the accommodating groove.
