The chain saw main body 100 is provided with a cylinder assembly 110, a starter assembly 120, a brake assembly 130, a cutting assembly 140, a piston assembly 111, an air inlet assembly 160, a crankshaft connecting rod assembly 170, a crankcase assembly 171, a magneto assembly 190, a clutch assembly 191, a silencer assembly 112, a cooling system assembly 180 and an oil supply assembly 150.
The air intake assembly 160 includes an air filter, a carburetor and an air intake pipe connected in sequence, and the air intake pipe is connected to the cylinder assembly 110.
The fuel supply assembly 150 may be a fuel tank that is connected to the carburetor of the intake assembly 160 for supplying fuel.
The muffler assembly 112 may be an exhaust system disposed on the cylinder assembly 110 for muffling.
Clutch assembly 191 is provided on magneto assembly 190 for transmission, and magneto assembly 190 includes a magnetic flywheel for driving crankshaft connecting rod assembly 170.
The pistons of the piston assembly 111 are disposed within cylinders of the cylinder assembly 110, and the crankshaft connecting rod assembly 170 is disposed within the crankcase assembly 171.
The starter assembly 120 starts the piston assembly 111, and the crankshaft of the crankshaft connecting rod assembly 170 drives the piston to move, and the cutting assembly 140 is driven to operate through the crankshaft connecting rod assembly 170 and the piston assembly 111. The brake assembly 130 is in transmission connection with the cutting assembly 140 for braking.
The cooling system assembly 180 may be a water cooling mechanism for cooling the chainsaw body 100. In this embodiment, the cylinder diameter of the cylinder is 45mm, the piston in the piston assembly 111 is matched with the inner cavity of the cylinder, and the revolving radius of the crankshaft in the crankshaft connecting rod assembly 170 is 17.5 mm.
Please refer to fig. 3, which is an exploded view of the chain saw housing structure 1 according to an embodiment of the present application. The starter cover 300 is connected to one side of the chain saw body 100 and covers the starter assembly 120; the brake pad cover 400 is connected to the other side of the chain saw body 100 opposite to the starter cover 300, and the brake pad cover 400 is covered outside the brake assembly 130 and connected to the cutting assembly 140; the cylinder head 200 is disposed above the chain saw body 100 and is connected to the starter cover 300.
Thus, the respective starter cover 300, the brake plate cover 400, and the cylinder head cover 200 can be replaced as needed. For example, when it is necessary to replace a different type of cylinder assembly 110, starter assembly 120, or brake assembly 130, the cylinder head cover 200, the starter cover 300, or the brake plate cover 400 may be detached separately; when it is necessary to repair different models of the cylinder assembly 110, the starter assembly 120, or the brake assembly 130, the cylinder head cover 200, the starter cover 300, or the brake plate cover 400 may be separately disassembled.
The cutting assembly 140 includes a saw plate 141 and a chain 142, the chain 142 is connected with the chain in the chain saw body 100, and can be rotatably disposed at the edge of the saw plate 141; the outer surface of the brake plate cover 400 is provided with a mounting groove 430, the inner bottom surface of the mounting groove 430 is provided with a mounting hole 431, a fastening member 440 is fixed in the mounting hole 431, and the saw plate 141 is fixed in the mounting groove 430 through the fastening member 440.
Fig. 4 is an exploded view of a cylinder head body 200 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The cylinder cover body 200 comprises a main body cover plate 210, a first cover plate 220 and a second cover plate 230, wherein the main body cover plate 210 is provided with a frame body structure 211 and a bracket 212 connected to the frame body structure 211, and the bracket 212 is connected with the starter cover 300; the first cover plate 220 is detachably connected to the frame structure 211; the second cover plate 230 is detachably coupled to the bracket 212 and the starter cover 300. In this embodiment, one bracket 212 is disposed on one side of the frame structure 211, and one side of the second cover plate 230 is connected to the bracket 212, and one side is connected to the starter cover 300 by a bolt connection or a snap connection.
The frame structure 211 is provided with a plurality of first insertion holes 211a, and the first cover plate 220 is provided with a plurality of first insertion plates 220a matching with the first insertion holes 211 a. In this embodiment, the first inserting plate 220a is inserted into the first inserting hole 211a, so that the first cover plate 220 is connected to the frame structure 211.
The bracket 212 is provided with a plurality of second insertion holes 212a, and the second cover plate 230 is provided with a plurality of second insertion plates 230a matched with the second insertion holes 212 a. The second cover plate 230 is connected to the bracket 212 by inserting the second socket plate 230a into the second socket 212 a.
The second cover plate 230 is provided with a third inserting hole 230b, and the first cover plate 220 is provided with a third inserting plate 220b matched with the third inserting hole 230 b. In this embodiment, the second cover plate 230 is connected to the first cover plate 220 by inserting the third insertion plate 220b into the third insertion hole 230b, so as to improve the connection stability of the whole cylinder head body 200.
Two side walls of the frame body structure 211 are respectively provided with a mounting groove 211b, and two mounting buckles 211c are respectively hinged in the two mounting grooves 211 b; the second cover plate 230 is provided with two limiting grooves 230c matched with the mounting buckles 211 c. The second cover plate 230 is detached by the installation of the installation buckle 211 c.

A plurality of first limiting grooves 311 are formed in the inner bottom surface of the first fixing clip groove 310, and a plurality of first limiting buckles 321 matched with the first limiting grooves 311 are formed on the first clip strip 320. In this embodiment, three first limiting grooves 311 are formed in each first fixing clip groove 310, correspondingly, three first limiting buckles 321 are formed in each first clip strip 320, and each first limiting buckle 321 is a convex column-shaped buckle.

the cylinder cover body is arranged above the chain saw main body and connected to the starter cover;
wherein the cylinder head body includes:
the main body cover plate is provided with a frame structure and a bracket connected to the frame structure, and the bracket is connected with the starter cover;
a first cover plate detachably connected to the frame structure; and
a second cover plate detachably connected to the bracket and the starter cover.
2. The chain saw housing structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the frame structure is provided with a plurality of first sockets, and the first cover plate is provided with a plurality of first insertion plates matching with the first sockets.
3. The chain saw housing structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the support frame is provided with a plurality of second sockets, and the second cover plate is provided with a plurality of second insertion plates matched with the second sockets;
and a third socket is arranged on the second cover plate, and a third inserting plate matched with the third socket is arranged on the first cover plate.
4. The chain saw shell structure as claimed in claim 3, wherein two side walls of the frame structure are respectively provided with a mounting groove, and a mounting buckle is hinged in each of the two mounting grooves;
