The fifth slot, the sixth slot, the seventh slot and the eighth slot can be used for strips such as adhesive tapes and sealing strips to be inserted, and the sealing, reinforcing, heat insulation and sound insulation effects are achieved. The heat and sound insulation effect is improved, and the satisfaction degree of users is improved.
The fan smooth rabbet of the embodiment adopts a split type second inner frame wall 501 and a split type second outer frame wall 502 structure, one end of the fan smooth rabbet is sealed by glass cement after being inserted into glass, and then two groups of sealing colloids are utilized to strengthen sealing, so that air is prevented from entering and the effects of heat insulation and sound insulation are achieved. The second single sealing cover 519 comprises a third sealing portion sealed at the left end of the left sash smooth rabbet of the outer window and a fourth insertion portion vertically connected with the inner end of the third sealing portion and capable of being inserted and matched with the third insertion portion. In this embodiment, the first single cover 517 and the second single cover 519 have the same structure.
The first sealing portion comprises a first left sealing plate 520 used for sealing the left end of the left yarn smooth rabbet, a first sealing block 521 arranged on the right side face of the first left sealing plate 520 and corresponding to the positions of the first groove side walls of the first groove body 416 and the second groove body 417, and a first bending block 522 formed by bending at least one first sealing block 521 towards the groove bottom wall direction of the corresponding groove body, the first bending block 522 is buckled on the bottom wall of the corresponding groove body, and the outer end of the first left sealing plate 520 exceeds the outer side face of the first outer frame wall 402. In this embodiment, the first bending block 522 is disposed on the first sealing block 521 near the first slot 416. The first insertion portion includes a first flat plate 523 formed by bending the outer end of the first left sealing plate 520 vertically to the right and extending rightward (in the direction of the gauze 404), a second flat plate 524 formed by bending the extending end of the first flat plate 523 vertically inward and extending to the outer side surface of the first outer frame wall 402, a third flat plate 525 formed by bending the inner end of the second flat plate 524 vertically rightward and extending (the third flat plate 525 is closely attached to the outer side surface of the first inner frame wall 401), and a first insertion groove 526 formed in the third flat plate 525 and corresponding to one end (right end) of the double sealing plate. The bottom wall of the first inserting and matching groove 526 is formed by vertically extending the outer side surface of the right end of the third flat plate 525 outwards, one groove side wall of the first inserting and matching groove 526 is vertically connected with the outer end of the groove bottom wall to form a first inserting and matching plate 527 matched with the second inserting and matching part in an inserting and matching mode, one section of the right end of the third flat plate 525, which exceeds the groove bottom wall of the first inserting and matching groove 526, forms the other groove side wall of the first inserting and matching groove, and the width of the first inserting and matching plate 527 is greater than that of the other groove side wall. The second insertion and mating part has a fourth flat plate 531 formed by vertically bending the inner end of the right sealing plate 528 leftward and extending leftward, a fifth flat plate 532 formed by vertically bending the extension end of the fourth flat plate 531 outward and extending to the inner side of the corresponding second inner frame wall 501 (the second inner frame wall 501 of the right sash window opening), a sixth flat plate 533 formed by vertically bending the outer end of the fifth flat plate 532 leftward and extending (the sixth flat plate 533 is closely attached to the inner side of the corresponding second inner frame wall 501), and a second insertion and mating groove 534 formed at the left end of the sixth flat plate 533, the groove bottom wall of the second insertion and mating groove 534 is formed by vertically and inwardly extending the inner side of the left end of the sixth flat plate 533, a groove side wall of the second insertion and mating groove 534 is vertically connected to the inner end of the groove bottom wall to form a second insertion and mating plate 535 inserted and mated with the first insertion and mating groove 526, a section of the left end of the sixth flat plate 533 beyond the bottom wall of the second slot 534 forms another slot sidewall of the second slot, and the width of the second slot 535 is greater than that of the another slot sidewall. Third protruding points protruding in opposite directions are symmetrically arranged on two groove side walls of the second inserting and matching groove 534, the distance between the two third protruding points is smaller than the distance between the two groove side walls, the opening position of the second inserting and matching groove 534 is matched with the position of the first inserting and matching plate 527 so that the first inserting and matching plate 527 can be inserted into the second inserting and matching groove 534, and the opening position of the first inserting and matching groove 526 is matched with the position of the second inserting and matching plate 535 so that the second inserting and matching plate 535 can be inserted into the first inserting and matching groove 526.
The third mating portion is disposed at the outer end of the right sealing plate 528 and is symmetrically disposed with the second mating portion. The fourth insertion groove 547 includes a tenth plate 544 formed by bending the inner end of the second left sealing plate 541 perpendicularly to the right and extending the right, an eleventh plate 545 formed by bending the extension end of the tenth plate 544 perpendicularly to the outside and extending the extension end of the second outer frame wall 502 perpendicularly to the inside, a twelfth plate 546 formed by bending the outer end of the eleventh plate 545 perpendicularly to the right (the twelfth plate 546 is closely attached to the outer side of the corresponding second outer frame wall 502), and a fourth insertion groove 547 provided in the twelfth plate 546 at a position corresponding to the third insertion plate 540, wherein the opening position of the fourth insertion groove 547 is matched with the position of the third insertion plate 540 so that the third insertion plate 540 can be inserted into the fourth insertion groove 547, and the structure of the fourth insertion groove 547 is the same as or similar to the structure or function of the first to third insertion grooves 539, the description is omitted.
