Technical Field
The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of cleaning equipment, and particularly relates to a water tank for a floor cleaning tool.
Background
With the development of modern technology, floor cleaning tools have been diversified, including brooms, mops, floor wipers, dust collectors, and the like. The vacuum cleaner is a very conventional floor cleaning tool, but it is very noisy and uncomfortable and cleans the debris in a manner that draws the debris into the debris box.
Brooms, mops and floor wipers are cleaning tools of the mop type, which generally have a fixed cleaning part, the cleaning capacity of which is determined by the dirt removing and absorbing capacity of the cleaning part. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the filter plug is removably mounted to the first water inlet of the reservoir.

FIG. 1 illustrates a water tank 231 for a floor cleaning tool according to the present disclosure. It includes: a water storage tank 231a and a water guide tank 231 b. The water storage tank 231a is provided with a first water inlet for storing water. The bottom surface of the water guide groove 231b is inclined and wedge-shaped, and is provided with a second water inlet and a water outlet. The water tank 231 shown in fig. 1 further includes a wiper strip 231c therein. The wiper strip 231c is disposed at the first water inlet of the water guide groove 231b to guide the water pressed down from the drum 111 into the water guide groove 231 b. Optionally, the leading end of the wiper strip 231c is attached to the drum 111 (as shown in FIG. 3), which is configured to minimize the flow of squeezed-out water along the drum 111 to the place or other components of the floor cleaning tool. In other embodiments of the present disclosure, the leading end of the wiper strip 231c may also interfere with the drum 111, and thus there is no gap between the drum 111 and the leading end of the wiper strip 231 c. Alternatively, the wiper strip 231c is made of a flexible rubber material so that it can be better attached to the drum 111. The interference of the leading end of the wiper strip 231c with the drum 111 means that the leading end partially presses the surface of the drum 111.
When the floor cleaning tool is operated, water in the water storage tank 231a is easily shaken, so that water may flow back from the water storage tank 231a to the upper end (first water inlet end) of the water guide tank 231b to overflow onto the floor or other parts of the floor cleaning tool. When the reservoir 231a is filled with water, the water is more likely to overflow, causing the floor cleaning tool to fail. In order to prevent water from flowing backward from the water storage tank 231a to the first water inlet of the water guide groove 231b, a water bar (not shown) may be provided on the water guide groove 231 b. The sewage squeezed out of the drum 111 generally contains fine solid garbage, and in order to prevent the solid garbage from blocking the water inlet of the water storage tank 231a and the water storage tank 231a, a filter assembly for filtering the garbage in the water can be installed at the water inlet of the water storage tank 231 a. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the filter element is a filter plug 231 d. The water in the water guide 231b flows into the water storage tank 231a through the filter plug 231d, thereby filtering most of the solid garbage. Preferably, the filter plug 231d is detachably mounted at the water inlet of the sump 231a, so that the filter plug 231d can be easily cleaned. The greater the height of the filter plug 231d (which may be the same as the height of the water storage tank 231a at most), the more garbage it can hold, and the specific height can be set according to the requirement.
In other embodiments of the present disclosure, the filter assembly may also be a filter net installed at the water inlet of the water storage tank 231 a. The water in the water guide 231b flows into the water storage 231a through the filter screen, thereby filtering most of the solid garbage. In this case, the filter screen is not detachable and needs to be cleaned by other tools.
In the present disclosure, the water tank 231 may be detachable and only used for storing water, and may be directly poured out when the water is full. Or fixed on the floor cleaning tool, and at this time, the water storage tank 231a is also provided with a water outlet. The purified water filtered by the filtering component can be reused on the roller by a power device (such as a water pump), so that the water can be recycled.
When the floor cleaning tool works, the roller can be provided with solid garbage, large garbage can enter the garbage can of the floor cleaning tool under the action of self weight, but small garbage is difficult to separate from the roller, and if the garbage is not separated first, a large amount of small garbage can be contained in sewage extruded from the roller. The brushes 231e are provided in one or more rows below the water guide groove 231b and above the garbage can, and when the water tank is mounted to the floor cleaning tool, the bristles of the brushes 231e are in contact with the surface of the drum 111, and when the drum is rotated, the brushes 231e rub against the drum, thereby brushing the garbage from the drum into the garbage can.

It includes a housing 500, a drum 111, a water pressing bar 122, a water tank 231, and a water pump 233. The floor cleaning tool of the present disclosure is used for cleaning floors, particularly smooth, flat, small area floors, such as household and kitchen floors. The floor cleaning tool of the present disclosure is particularly suitable for cleaning mixed waste (sticky waste) mixed with dry waste, wet waste and stickies such as noodles, porridge, tomato ketchup and the like.

The roller 111 may be detachably provided (as shown in fig. 8) with a catch 111d at one end thereof to facilitate detachment from the housing 500. The motor 113a is installed inside the drum 111, and the rotation shaft 113c is installed on the housing 500. The motor 113a drives the hard material inside to rotate around the axis thereof through the transmission mechanism, and drives the sponge layer 111b to rotate, so that the surface of the sponge layer 111b makes circular motion.
The density and hardness of the sponge layer 111b of the roller 111 have a direct influence on the water absorbing property and the water retaining rate (also referred to as water lock). When the density of the sponge is improved to a certain extent, the water absorption performance is reduced, the hardness is improved, and the water storage rate is improved; on the contrary, the sponge density is reduced, the water absorption is improved, the hardness is reduced, and the water storage rate is reduced.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the sponge layer 111b may be made of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) foam. The density of the PVA sponge is 0.5-0.25 g/cm3The water absorption rate is 0.5-1.5 g/cm3. The Shore hardness of the PVA sponge is 40-70. The water storage rate of the PVA sponge is 0.2-1.0 g/cm3. Such a sponge layer, because it possesses above-mentioned characteristic, consequently with the ordinary sponge cylinder contrast of current individual layer, has more excellent effect:

Alternatively, the sponge layer 111b is generally 3 to 15mm thick and deformed enough to wrap the usual granular trash. Household cleaning tools are provided with a sponge layer with the thickness of 5-10 mm, and common dry garbage on the household ground can be treated.
Fig. 7 is a schematic view of the motor 113a in the floor cleaning device without the roller 111 according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
The water pressure bar 122 is disposed inside the housing 500 to interfere with the sponge layer of the drum 111 (as shown in fig. 3) to press out water in the sponge layer of the drum 111. The upper end of the water pressure bar 122 is provided with a water spray opening for spraying water to the sponge layer of the drum 111, thereby cleaning the sponge layer of the drum 111. The water spray nozzles may be arranged in one or more rows, or may be arranged as a water spray channel with a wide upper end and a narrow lower end as shown in fig. 3.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3-8, the water tank 231 is fixed on the floor cleaning tool, and the water storage tank 231a is further provided with a water outlet. The purified water filtered by the filtering component can be reused on the roller through the power device, so that the water can be recycled.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3-8, the power plant is a water pump 233. The water pump 233 is installed inside the housing 500, and has one end connected to the water outlet of the water tank 231 through the first water pipe 232a and the other end connected to the water outlet of the water pressing bar 122 through the second water pipe 232 b. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 3, two second water pipes 232b are connected to the left and right ends of the water pressure bar 122, respectively, so that the sprayed water is more uniform.
The water pressing bar 122 extrudes the sponge layer of the roller 111, and the extruded sewage flows into the water guiding groove 231b under the guidance of the scraping bar 231c, is filtered by the filter plug 231d, and then enters the water outlet groove 231 a. The purified water obtained after filtration is reused under the action of the water pump 233, and the drum 111 is cleaned again. The above-mentioned processes are repeated to achieve the cleaning effect on the roller 111. Except that clear water needs to be added into the water tank when the floor cleaning tool is used for the first time, the water in the floor cleaning tool can be recycled, and the self-cleaning effect is achieved.
The floor cleaning tool disclosed by the invention is simple in structure, almost has no noise when in use, and can realize the recycling of water.
The floor cleaning tool shown in FIGS. 3-8 further includes a trash bin 141 and a shovel bar 112.
The dustbin 141 is mounted on the case 500 below the water guide groove 231 b. This arrangement saves space. The garbage can 141 can be detachably installed to facilitate cleaning.
One end of the shovel bar 112 is in contact with the ground and has an arc-shaped working surface having a uniform gap with a certain distance from the outer circumference of the drum 111, the gap forming a trash passage through which solid trash swept from the ground enters the trash can 141.
When the roller 111 rolls on the ground, the sponge layer 111b is pressed and deformed by the particles of the dry garbage on the ground, and the particles of the dry garbage are wrapped by the sponge layer 111b through deformation, so that the particles of the dry garbage are separated from the ground and rotate together with the roller 111. When turned to the position of the shoveling bars 112, the particles of the dry waste leave the ground, are squeezed by the shoveling bars 112, and continue to rotate with the drum 111.
