Detailed Description
The following will further describe a fully automatic production line for rotor finish machining according to the present invention with reference to fig. 1 to 39.
As shown in fig. 1, the full-automatic production line for finish machining of the rotor of the present embodiment is characterized by comprising an operation control system, a pretreatment system 1, a shaping system 2, a finish machining system 3 and a polishing detection system 4; the pretreatment system 1 comprises a feeding mechanism 5, a pretreatment mechanism 6 in butt joint with the feeding mechanism and a balance block assembly mechanism 7 matched with the pretreatment mechanism 6; the shaping system 2 comprises a coding conveying mechanism 8, a feeding mechanism 9 in butt joint with the coding conveying mechanism 8, a shaping mechanism 10 for shaping the rotor and an output mechanism 11 in butt joint with the shaping mechanism 10 and facilitating rotor shaping; the finish machining system 3 comprises a finish machining mechanism 12 and a detection mechanism 13 for finish machining the outer diameter of the rotor; the polishing detection system 4 comprises a polishing chassis 141, a polishing mechanism 14 and an RQA detection mechanism 15 which are arranged on the polishing chassis 141 and used for polishing the outer surface of the rotor; through the cooperation of pretreatment systems 1, plastic system 2, finish machining system 3 and polishing detecting system 4, form a complete full-automatic production line to the rotor finish machining, degree of automation is high, and product quality is good, and the uniformity degree is high, and is efficient, and the artifical demand greatly reduces, the cost of labor that significantly reduces.
Referring to fig. 2-4, in the present invention, the feeding mechanism 5 includes a conveying frame 51 and a conveying motor 52 installed on the conveying frame 51, a chain wheel 53 connected to the conveying motor 52 is installed on the conveying frame 51, a chain 54 is installed on the chain wheel 53, and a plurality of rotor seats 55 are installed on the chain 54; the conveying frame 51 is also provided with a bottom frame 56, a positioning stop block 57, a conveying cylinder 58, a jacking cylinder 59 and a positioning cylinder 510, and the positioning cylinder 510 is provided with a positioning rod 511; the pretreatment mechanism 6 is connected with the feeding mechanism 5, and a conveying frame 51 is arranged on the feeding mechanism 5; the pretreatment mechanism 6 comprises a fixed chassis 61, and one end of the conveying frame 51 is connected with the fixed chassis 61; the fixed underframe 61 is sequentially provided with a deburring mechanism 63, a sanding mechanism 64, a reaming mechanism 65, a positioning mechanism 66 and a transmission mechanism 62, the automatic feeding of the rotor is realized through the arrangement of the feeding mechanism 5, and the feeding and the returning circular work of the rotor seat 55 are realized through the arrangement of the chain wheel 53 and the chain 54 by driving the rotor seat 55; the rotor seat 55 is jacked up by the positioning rod 511, so that the rotor seat is separated from the chain 54, stays at the original position, waits for the clamping of the manipulator 621, and is limited in the fixed-point position, thereby being beneficial to the assembly line operation and improving the production efficiency; through the arrangement of the positioning stop block 57, when the rotor seat 55 is jacked up, the jacking height of the rotor seat is limited through the positioning stop block 57, and the purpose of limiting the rotor position is also achieved, so that the later clamping is facilitated, and the rotor is prevented from falling off due to too high jacking; when in work: firstly, a rotor is placed on a rotor seat 55, and the feeding mechanism 5 is controlled by an operation control system to send the rotor to a pretreatment mechanism 6; the conveying motor 52 drives the chain wheel 53 to rotate, the chain wheel 53 drives the chain 54 to move, the chain 54 drives the rotor seat 55 placed on the conveying frame 51 to move, and when the rotor seat 55 moves to the positioning cylinder 510, the positioning cylinder 510 controls the positioning rod 211 to move upwards so that the rotor seat 55 is fixed to the positioning stop block 57;
referring to fig. 5, the driving mechanism 62 of the present invention includes a transverse moving plate 67 and a longitudinal moving plate 68; a transverse motor 69 and a longitudinal motor 610 are mounted on the fixed chassis 61, sliding rails 611 are mounted on the fixed chassis 61 and the longitudinal moving plate 68, the longitudinal moving plate 68 is slidably mounted on the sliding rails 611 on the fixed chassis 61, and the transverse moving plate 67 is slidably mounted on the sliding rails 611 on the longitudinal moving plate 68; a ball nut 612 is arranged on the transverse moving plate 67, and a transverse screw rod 613 is connected to the transverse motor 69 and the ball nut 612; the longitudinal moving plate 68 is also provided with a ball nut 612, the ball nut 612 is provided with a longitudinal screw 614, one end of the longitudinal screw 614 is connected with a synchronizing wheel 609, and the longitudinal screw 614 is in transmission connection with a longitudinal motor 610 through a synchronizing belt and the synchronizing wheel 609; a plurality of manipulator mechanisms 615 and induction switches 616 are arranged on the transverse moving plate 67; when in work: the operation control system controls the transverse motor 69 to drive the transverse moving plate 67 to move along the sliding rail 611, when the manipulator mechanism 615 on the transverse moving plate 67 moves to the rotor, the motor 618 drives the manipulator fixing frame 620 to move downwards, then the manipulator 621 clamps the rotor, then the transverse moving plate 67 moves rightwards, then the longitudinal motor 610 drives the longitudinal moving plate 68 to move forwards along the sliding rail 611, and the manipulator 621 places the rotor on the station base 627 on the deburring mechanism 63;
referring to fig. 6, the manipulator mechanism 615 of the present invention includes a manipulator support 617, a motor 618 is installed on the manipulator support 617, an upper lead screw 619 is connected to the motor 618, a manipulator fixing frame 620 is connected to the other end of the upper lead screw 619 and the other end of the lower lead screw 619, the manipulator fixing frame 620 is slidably connected to the manipulator support 617, and a manipulator 621 is installed on the manipulator fixing frame 620;
referring to fig. 7-8, the deburring mechanism 63 of the present invention comprises a station fixing frame 622, a pressurizing cylinder 623 and a guide post 624 are mounted on the station fixing frame 622, an upper station mold 625 is mounted on the pressurizing cylinder 623 and the guide post 624, a mold core 626 is mounted on the upper station mold 625, and a station base 627 is mounted on a fixed bottom frame 61 at the bottom of the station fixing frame 622; the station fixing frame 622 is further provided with a moving cylinder 628 and a moving slide rail 629, the moving slide rail 629 is provided with a clamping cylinder 630 in a sliding manner, the moving cylinder 628 is connected with the clamping cylinder 630, and the clamping cylinder 630 is provided with a clamping claw 631; the moving cylinder 628 and the clamping cylinder 630 are mounted on the station fixing frame 622, the moving cylinder 628 drives the clamping cylinder 630 to move, the clamping claw 631 on the clamping cylinder 630 clamps the rotor seat 55, and the rotor seat is moved to the chain 54 moving in the opposite direction to move in a return path; when in work: when the rotor on the rotor seat 55 is taken away, the operation control system controls the positioning cylinder 510 to drive the positioning rod 511 to move downwards, the rotor seat 55 continues to move along the chain 54, then the clamping cylinder 630 controls the clamping claw 631 to clamp the rotor seat 55, then the moving cylinder 628 drives the clamping cylinder 630 and the rotor seat 55 to move to the position above the chain 54 in the opposite movement direction, then the clamping cylinder 630 is released, and the rotor seat 55 is placed on the chain 54 to reciprocate; then, starting a pressurizing cylinder 623 on the deburring mechanism 63 to drive the station upper die 625 and the die core 626 to move downwards, removing burrs on the rotor, and returning the pressurizing cylinder 623 to the original position after the burrs are removed;
referring to fig. 9-10, the sanding mechanism 64 of the present invention comprises a sanding fixing frame 632, wherein the sanding fixing frame 632 is provided with a sanding motor 633 and a sanding light guide rail 634, the sanding guide rail 634 is slidably provided with a sanding moving plate 635, the sanding moving plate 635 is provided with a sanding pressing plate frame 636 and a boring and milling power head 637, the sanding moving plate 635 is provided with a sanding ball nut 638, and the sanding motor 633 and the sanding ball nut 638 are connected with a sanding lead screw 639; a sanding upper die 640 is mounted on the sanding platen frame 636, and a sanding station lower die 641 is further mounted on the fixed underframe 61; a sanding mechanism 64 is also arranged below the fixed underframe 61, and the sanding mechanism 64 above the fixed underframe 61 is symmetrical to the sanding mechanism 64 below the fixed underframe; the two sanding mechanisms 64 are arranged on the fixed underframe 61, and the two sanding mechanisms 64 are symmetrical with each other, so that when the rotor is sanded, the upper sanding mechanism 64 and the lower sanding mechanism 64 are used for simultaneously sanding, the integrity of rotor sanding is ensured, turning, clamping and sanding are not needed, the efficiency is high, and the sanding integrity is good; when in work: the operation control system controls two mutually symmetrical sanding mechanisms 64 arranged on the fixed underframe 61 to be synchronously started, the sanding motor 633 drives the sanding movable plate 635 and a sanding platen frame 636 and a boring and milling power head 637 arranged on the sanding movable plate 635 to move towards the rotor, the inner hole of the rotor is polished by the boring and milling power head 637, and the rotor returns to the original position after finishing;
referring to fig. 11 to 13, the reaming mechanism 65 of the present invention includes a reaming fixing frame 642, a reaming motor 643 is installed on the reaming fixing frame 642, a reaming guide rail 644 is installed on the reaming fixing frame 642, a reaming moving plate 645 is installed on the reaming guide rail 644 in a sliding manner, a reaming boring and milling power head 646 and a reaming ball nut 647 are installed on the reaming moving plate 645, and a reaming screw 648 is installed between the reaming motor 643 and the reaming ball nut 647; the fixed underframe 61 is also provided with a reaming base 649, a material returning guide pillar 650, a jacking cylinder 651 and a reaming cylinder 652, the reaming cylinder 652 is connected with the reaming base 649, the material returning guide pillar 650 is provided with a pliers mounting plate 653, the pliers mounting plate 653 is provided with a material returning pliers 654, and the jacking cylinder 651 is connected with the pliers mounting plate 653; the reaming fixing frame 642 is also provided with a CCD camera 7171; when in work: the operation control system controls the starting of the reaming mechanism 65, the reaming motor 643 drives the reaming moving plate 645 and the reaming and boring power head 646 installed on the reaming moving plate 645 to move downwards, and the reaming and boring power head 646 reams the rotor; after reaming is finished, the rotor on each station is moved to the next station through the manipulator 621;
referring to fig. 14, the positioning mechanism 66 of the present invention includes a positioning fixing frame 655 and a rotor positioning cylinder 656 installed on the positioning fixing frame 655, wherein an upper mold 657 is installed on the rotor positioning cylinder 656, a positioning base 658 is installed on the fixing base frame 61, and a positioning lower mold 659 is installed on the positioning base 658; through the arrangement of the positioning cylinder 510, the positioning rod 511 is arranged on the positioning cylinder 510, and in the preprocessing mechanism 6, through the arrangement of the deburring mechanism 63, the reaming mechanism 65 and the sanding mechanism 64 and the arrangement of the transmission mechanism 62, the transmission mechanism 62 drives the rotor to automatically clamp the rotor to the deburring mechanism 63, the reaming mechanism 65 and the sanding mechanism 64, so as to perform deburring, polishing, reaming and other processing operations, thereby realizing a mechanical and automatic operation assembly line, avoiding manual clamping and manual operation, and improving the production efficiency; through the arrangement of the positioning mechanism 66, after the rotor is pretreated, balance blocks are to be assembled at the two ends of the rotor, and the upper die 657 is controlled to move downwards through the rotor positioning cylinder 656, so that the point position hole on the rotor is positioned, the rotor and the balance block assembling mechanism are accurately positioned, and the phenomenon that the rotor is not aligned accurately during subsequent assembly, so that the next procedure cannot be carried out is avoided; during operation, the rotor positioning cylinder 656 is started to drive the upper die 657 to move downwards to position the rotor, so that the rotor is convenient for the next procedure to be matched and processed, and after the positioning is finished, the rotor is moved to the balance block assembling mechanism 7 by the mechanical arm 621.

As shown in fig. 1-43, the working process of the present invention is as follows: the on-off of motors, cylinders, sensors, cameras, lathes, punches, laser machines, manipulators, manipulator robots and the like in all mechanisms are controlled by the operation control system:
firstly, a rotor is placed on a rotor seat 55, and the rotor is conveyed to a pretreatment mechanism 6 through a feeding mechanism 5; the conveying motor 52 drives the chain wheel 53 to rotate, the chain wheel 53 drives the chain 54 to move, the chain 54 drives the rotor seat 55 placed on the conveying frame 51 to move, and when the rotor seat 55 moves to the positioning cylinder 510, the positioning cylinder 510 controls the positioning rod 211 to move upwards so that the rotor seat 55 is fixed to the positioning stop block 57;
then, the rotor is subjected to deburring, sanding and reaming treatment through a pretreatment mechanism 6, and then the rotor is moved to a positioning mechanism 66 to wait for balance block installation after the deburring, sanding and reaming treatment is completed; then, the transverse motor 69 drives the transverse moving plate 67 to move along the sliding rail 611, when the manipulator mechanism 615 on the transverse moving plate 67 moves to the rotor, the motor 618 drives the manipulator fixing frame 620 to move downwards, then the manipulator 621 clamps the rotor, then the transverse moving plate 67 moves rightwards, then the longitudinal motor 610 drives the longitudinal moving plate 68 to move forwards along the sliding rail 611, and the manipulator 621 places the rotor on the station base 627 on the deburring mechanism 63; at this time, after the rotor on the rotor seat 55 is taken away, the positioning cylinder 510 drives the positioning rod 511 to move downwards, the rotor seat 55 continues to move along the chain 54, then the clamping cylinder 630 controls the clamping claw 631 to clamp the rotor seat 55, then the moving cylinder 628 drives the clamping cylinder 630 and the rotor seat 55 to move to the position above the chain 54 in the opposite movement direction, then the clamping cylinder 630 is released, and the rotor seat 55 is placed on the chain 54 to reciprocate; at the moment, a pressurizing cylinder 623 on the deburring mechanism 63 is started to drive a station upper die 625 and a die core 626 to move downwards to remove burrs on the rotor, the pressurizing cylinder 623 returns to the original position after the burrs are removed, then a longitudinal moving plate 68 is driven to move backwards through a longitudinal motor 610, a transverse motor 69 drives a transverse moving plate 67 and a manipulator mechanism 615 to move leftwards, a plurality of manipulator mechanisms 615 arranged on the transverse moving plate 67 respectively take the rotor on the rotor seat 55 and the rotor in the deburring mechanism 63 and then move rightwards, the longitudinal motor 610 controls the longitudinal moving plate to move forwards, and the rotors are respectively placed in the deburring mechanism 63 and the sanding mechanism 64; at this time, the deburring mechanism 63 performs the same deburring work, the two mutually symmetrical sanding mechanisms 64 arranged on the fixed underframe 61 are also synchronously started, the sanding motor 633 drives the sanding moving plate 635 and the sanding pressing plate frame 636 and the boring and milling power head 637 arranged on the sanding moving plate 635 to move towards the rotor, the inner hole of the rotor is polished by the boring and milling power head 637, and the rotor returns to the original position after finishing; then, the rotor is moved to the next process step through the manipulator 621 in the same step, the reaming mechanism 65 is started, the reaming motor 643 drives the reaming moving plate 645 and the reaming boring and milling power head 646 mounted on the reaming moving plate 645 to move downwards, and the reaming process is performed on the rotor through the reaming boring and milling power head 646; after reaming is finished, the rotor on each station is moved to the next station through the manipulator 621; the reamed rotor moves into the positioning mechanism 66, the rotor positioning cylinder 656 is started to drive the upper die 657 to move downwards to position the rotor, so that the rotor is convenient for the transfer processing of the next procedure, and the manipulator 621 moves the rotor to the balance block assembling mechanism 7 after the positioning is finished;
then, balance block installation is carried out on the two ends of the rotor through a balance block assembling mechanism 7, and the rotor is moved to a code printing output mechanism 8 through a taking-out mechanism 75 after the balance block installation is finished; firstly, a first vibrating disk 759 vibrates to convey a lower balance weight arranged in the first vibrating disk 759 to a positioning table 77, then a lower balance weight cylinder 713 drives a sucker 714 to move downwards, the sucker 714 sucks the lower balance weight and then moves upwards, a lower balance weight motor 78 drives a lower balance weight cylinder frame 712 to move along a first slide rail 79 to be above a product fixing seat 758 on a rotary disc 756, then the lower balance weight cylinder 712 drives the sucker 714 to place the lower balance weight on the product fixing seat 758, then the rotary disc 756 rotates to rotate the product fixing seat 758 to a product placing position, a rotor is placed on the product fixing seat 758 with the lower balance weight through a balance weight manipulator 726, then the rotary disc 756 rotates to rotate a product to an upper balance weight mounting mechanism 73, a second vibrating disk 760 and a third vibrating disk 761 vibrate to convey the upper balance weight to a first upper balance weight positioning seat 716 and an oil throwing cap positioning seat 717 respectively, the first upper balance block cylinder 724 drives the balance block manipulator 726 to move downwards to take the balance block on the first upper balance block positioning seat 716, then the upper balance block motor 718 drives the first upper balance block cylinder 724 and the oil throwing cap cylinder 725 mounted on the upper balance block moving plate 720 to move along the second guide rail 719, the balance block is placed on the rotor, the oil throwing cap cylinder 725 drives the balance block manipulator 726 to move downwards at the same time, the balance block on the oil throwing cap positioning seat 717 is taken, the upper balance block moving plate 720 moves back, the balance block manipulator 726 also mounts the balance block on the rotor, then the rotary table 756 rotates to rotate the rotor to the crimping mechanism 74, the upper riveting cylinder 735 and the lower riveting cylinder 736 respectively drive the upper riveting fixing plate 737 and the lower riveting fixing plate 738 to rivet the upper balance block and the lower balance block on the rotor, after riveting is completed, the rotary table 756 rotates, the riveted rotor is rotated to the taking-out mechanism 75, the taking-out longitudinal motor 746 drives the rotary cylinder 751 to move longitudinally along the fourth guide rail 747, the rotary cylinder 751 fixes the product by using a product fixing frame 752, the taking-out pushing cylinder 753 pushes the rotor out of the product fixing seat 758 by using a pushing plate 754, and the transverse motor 742 drives the taking-out longitudinal fixing seat 743 to move transversely along the third guide rail 741 so as to move the rotor to the front of the laser machine 83 in the next process;
then after laser coding is carried out through a laser machine on the coding output mechanism 8, the rotor is placed on the bracket 89, then the bracket cylinder 88 drives the bracket 89 to move downwards, so that the rotor is placed on the material channel 82, at the moment, the proximity switch 86 senses the rotor and then transmits a signal to the blocking cylinder 810, the second blocking cylinder 813 drives the blocking rod 814 to move upwards so as to block the rotor to move forwards continuously, and when the subsequent rotor is placed down, the first blocking cylinder 712 is started, and the subsequent rotor is blocked through the blocking rod 814; after the second blocking cylinder 813 drives the blocking rod 8114 to return to the original position, the front rotor moves to a rotor fixing frame 915 on the feeding mechanism 9, the stroke control mechanism 92 is started, the servo motor 97 drives the rotary sleeve 98 to rotate, so as to drive the rotary mechanism fixing frame 99 to move forward, so as to drive the rotary shaft 913 and the linear bar 914 to be inserted into the inner hole of the rotor and push the rotor to move forward, when the rotor is blocked by the stopper 919, the linear bar 914 continues to move forward, the linear bar 914 passes through the through hole 920 until the linear bar 914 passes through the whole rotor, then the rotor is driven to move slightly backward, then the cylinder 921 is started, so as to drive the drawing plate 918 and the stopper 919 to move backward, then the linear bar 914 and the rotor continue to move forward, until the rotor of the punch press machine moves to the shaping lower die 928 on the punch press 923, then the rotor is started to shape, and simultaneously the stepping, the rotating shaft 913 drives the linear bar 914 to rotate, and the linear bar 914 drives the rotor to rotate, so that the rotor rotates while being stamped and shaped, and uniform shaping of the rotor is guaranteed; after shaping is completed, the air cylinder 921 is started again to drive the drawing plate 918 and the block 919 to move forwards, then the servo motor 97 is started to drive the linear bar 914 to return to the original position, the shaped rotor is blocked by the block 919 during returning to enable the shaped rotor to be separated from the linear bar 914, then the subsequent rotor is sent to the shaping lower die 928 again to push the shaped rotor to move to a conveying belt on the output frame 930 and move to the position of a rotor fixing block 934, then the material pushing air cylinder 940 is started to push the rotor to a steering roller 937, then the steering motor 936 is started to drive the steering roller 937 to rotate, and therefore the rotor is driven to rotate to a set position;
then when the rotor is rotated to a set position through the bogie 939, the rotor is mounted on the balance compensation fixture 123 on the lathe 122 through the manipulator robot 121 for finish machining, and after the machining is finished, the rotor is moved to the detection mechanism 13 through the manipulator robot 121;
then, the outer diameter of the rotor is subjected to size detection through the detection mechanism 13, and the cutter compensation of the lathe 122 is automatically changed according to the size detection result;
then the rotor is moved to a rotor fixing seat 1518 on the polishing mechanism 14 by the robot arm 121:
then, the synchronous motor 1511 drives the rotor rotating sleeve 1512 to rotate through the transmission of the synchronous belt, then the detection cylinder 157 drives the detection fixing frame 152 to move along the detection sliding rail 154, and the detection fixing frame 152 drives the RQA detector 153 to detect the rotor; after the detection is finished, the detection fixing frame 153 is restored to the original position, then the polishing cylinder 157 drives the polishing machine fixing frame 152 to move along the polishing slide rail 1410, so as to drive the polishing machine 142 to move to the polishing set position, then the stroke motor 1515 drives the stroke sliding plate 1510 to move along the stroke slide rail 1513, the stroke sliding plate 1510 drives the synchronous motor 1511 and the rotor rotating sleeve 1512 to move along the stroke slide rail 1513, so as to drive the rotor and the polishing machine 142 to contact with each other for polishing, the original position is restored after the polishing is finished, and finally, according to the detection result, the manipulator robot 121 places the rotor in a qualified area and a unqualified area respectively.

A full-automatic production line for finish machining of rotors is characterized by comprising an operation control system, a pretreatment system (1), a shaping system (2), a finish machining system (3) and a polishing detection system (4); the pretreatment system (1) comprises a feeding mechanism (5), a pretreatment mechanism (6) in butt joint with the feeding mechanism and a balance block assembly mechanism (7) matched with the pretreatment mechanism (6); the shaping system (2) comprises a coding conveying mechanism (8), a feeding mechanism (9) in butt joint with the coding conveying mechanism (8), a shaping mechanism (10) for shaping the rotor and an output mechanism (11) in butt joint with the shaping mechanism (10) for facilitating the shaping of the rotor; the finish machining system (3) comprises a finish machining mechanism (12) and a detection mechanism (13) for finish machining the outer diameter of the rotor; the polishing detection system (4) comprises a polishing chassis (141), a polishing mechanism (14) and an RQA detection mechanism (15), wherein the polishing mechanism (14) and the RQA detection mechanism are arranged on the polishing chassis (141) and are used for polishing the outer surface of the rotor.

The full-automatic production line for rotor finishing according to claim 1, characterized in that: the feeding mechanism (5) comprises a conveying frame (51) and a conveying motor (52) arranged on the conveying frame (51), a chain wheel (53) connected with the conveying motor (52) is arranged on the conveying frame (51), a chain (54) is arranged on the chain wheel (53), and a plurality of rotor seats (55) are arranged on the chain (54); the conveying frame (51) is further provided with a bottom frame (56), a positioning stop block (57), a conveying cylinder (58), a jacking cylinder (59) and a positioning cylinder (510), and the positioning cylinder (510) is provided with a positioning rod (511).
