The turning mechanism will be described in detail below, and the material gluing apparatus will be further described with reference to the structure of the turning mechanism.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the turnover mechanism includes a frame 1, a turnover plate 2 and a driving part 3. The frame 1 comprises a first bracket 11 and a second bracket 12 which are arranged at intervals. The turning plate 2 is movably connected between the first support 11 and the second support 12 and can turn over along a rotating shaft, the turning plate 2 is provided with a first working surface and a second working surface which are arranged in a back direction, and the first working surface and the second working surface are both provided with a suction part 4 for sucking and holding sheets; the driving part 3 is in transmission connection with the turning plate 2 to drive the turning plate 2 to turn.
With reference to the attached drawings, at any time point, one side surface of the turning plate 2, which is positioned at the upper part in each drawing, is a first working surface, and one side surface of the turning plate 2, which is positioned at the lower part in each drawing, is a second working surface.
Specifically, the driving portion 3 may be a rotary cylinder fixed on the first support 11, an output shaft of the rotary cylinder penetrates through the first support 11 and is fixedly connected with one end of the turning plate 2, and rotatable components such as bearings are arranged at positions corresponding to the output shaft of the rotary cylinder on the second support 12 and are connected with the turning plate 2, so that the turning plate 2 can rotate along with the output shaft of the rotary cylinder. The axial lead of the output shaft of the rotary cylinder is the rotating shaft of the turning plate 2. Of course, in other optional embodiments, the driving portion 3 may also be a servo motor, a gear motor, or the like, or may be formed by combining driving devices such as a servo motor, a gear motor, and the like and a related intermediate transmission mechanism, and only the requirement of driving the turning plate 2 to turn is met, which is not described herein again.
When the driving equipment including the rotary cylinder works, the stroke of the turnover plate 2 driven by the driving equipment inevitably has errors, namely, in the actual production, the turnover plate 2 is difficult to be driven to rotate accurately to form that the first working surface and the second working surface are parallel to the horizontal plane. In production, it is often necessary to configure the motion parameters of each relevant actuator with a horizontal plane as a reference plane so that the display device 100 can be transported securely.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the turnover mechanism further includes a first limiting block 5 and a limiting rod 6, and the first limiting block 5 is disposed on the side wall of the turning plate 2 located at the side of the rotating shaft. The limiting rod 6 is disposed on the first bracket 11 (or disposed on the second bracket 12), and the limiting rod 6 can abut against the first limiting block 5 when the turning plate 2 is turned to a horizontal state, so as to prevent the turning plate 2 from being turned excessively.
The limiting rod 6 can be in threaded connection with the first support 11 in the vertical direction, so that the height of the bottom of the limiting rod 6 can be adjusted through limited rotation before the turnover mechanism is put into production, and when the bottom of the limiting rod 6 is abutted to the first limiting block 5, the turning plate 2 is just in a horizontal state.
Since the position-limiting rod 6 needs to provide a stable and determined reference point, the position-limiting rod 6 should be made of rigid material such as steel, and when the turning plate 2 is turned over to make the first position-limiting block 5 abut against the position-limiting rod 6, the two will form a slight collision, and the vibration caused by the collision may cause the display device 100 to fall off when the holding portion 4 holds the display device 100 poorly.
For this purpose, in a preferred embodiment, the turnover mechanism further comprises a second stopper 7 and a buffer rod 8. The second stopper 7 is arranged on the side wall of the turning plate 2, which is located on the side of the rotating shaft, and is arranged on the same side as the first stopper 5, the buffer rod 8 is arranged on the other one of the first support 11 and the second support 12, and the buffer rod 8 can be abutted against the second stopper 7 on the turning plate 2 before the turning plate 2 is overturned to be abutted against the stopper 6. Namely, the buffer rod 8 can be abutted with the turning plate 2 in advance when the turning plate 2 is turned, and the turning plate 2 is rapidly decelerated when being turned to be close to the horizontal state through the contraction and absorption of the buffer structure until the first limit block 5 is abutted with the limit rod 6.
Specifically, the second limiting block 7 is arranged on the side wall of the turning plate 2 located on the side of the rotating shaft and arranged on the same side as the first limiting block 5, so that the turning plate 2 can be turned over for 180 degrees at least in one direction and then turned back reversely again. The buffer rod 8 is preferably, but not limited to, a hydraulic buffer rod 8, and the movable end of the hydraulic buffer rod 8 is slightly lower than the lowest end of the limiting rod 6.
In order to be suitable for turning over display devices 100 with different sizes and shapes, the turning plate 2 is provided with a plurality of mounting grooves 201, and the suction part 4 moves in the mounting grooves 201, namely, the suction part 4 can be matched by adjusting the position in the mounting grooves 201 based on the difference of the appearance and the suction position of the display device 100.
Specifically, a plurality of adjusting sheets 21 for installing the holding portions may be arranged in parallel on the turning plate 2, an installation groove 201 is formed on the adjusting sheet 21, and the holding operation of different display devices 100 may be better satisfied by selectively fixing the holding portions 4 on the installation groove 201 formed on all or a part of the adjusting sheets 21. The sizes of the adjusting pieces 21 may be different, and the shapes of the mounting grooves 201 formed on the adjusting pieces 21 may also be different, for example, the mounting grooves 201 may be in the shape of a Chinese character 'yi', an i ', a kou', and the like, so as to flexibly adjust the mounting position of the holding portion 4.
Further, a plurality of strip-shaped grooves 202 may be formed on the adjusting sheet 21, a mounting hole 203 may be formed on the turning plate 2, and the adjusting sheet 21 and the turning plate 2 may be bolted by bolts capable of passing through the strip-shaped grooves 202 and the mounting hole 203, that is, the positions of the respective holding portions 4 may be more accurately adapted to the shape of the display device 100 by the coupling positions of the strip-shaped grooves 202 and the mounting hole 203.
In this embodiment, the holding portion 4 may include a plurality of suction nozzles. A plurality of suction nozzles may be dispersedly disposed in different mounting grooves 201 so as to suck the display device 100. The suction nozzle may be in communication with a vacuum source via a gas line to hold the display device 100 during operation.
In particular, the suction nozzle may be an elastic suction nozzle 41, and the elastic suction nozzle 41 can compensate or eliminate the posture deviation of the display device 100 when the display device 100 is transferred by the telescopic characteristic of the elastic suction nozzle 41 itself under the common support of the plurality of elastic suction nozzles 41, so as to be stably taken and placed. Meanwhile, the elastic suction nozzle 41 can also relieve the shaking of the display device 100 when the turning plate 2 is turned over and vibrated, so as to prevent the display device 100 from falling and being damaged due to vibration. The structure of the elastic suction nozzle 41, the configuration of the air paths between each suction nozzle and the vacuum air source, etc. are prior art and will not be described herein.
In the present embodiment, the number of the flippers 2 is two, and the two flippers 2 are arranged in parallel, so that the turnover mechanism can turn over two display devices 100 at the same time. Correspondingly, the driving part 3, the holding part 4, the first limiting block 5, the limiting rod 6, the second limiting block 7, the buffer rod 8 and the like are also arranged in pairs. Of course, in other alternative embodiments, the number of the turning plates 2 may also be three, four or more, so as to meet the requirement of mass processing.
In order to cooperate with the turnover mechanism, the sheet gluing device can further comprise a first transfer mechanism and a second transfer mechanism. The first transfer mechanism is used for transferring the sheet between the gluing mechanism and the turnover mechanism. The second transfer mechanism is used for providing the sheet to be glued or removing the glued sheet provided by the turnover mechanism.
In this embodiment, the first transfer mechanism may specifically include a first sliding module and a lifting platform, two ends of the sliding module are respectively abutted to the dispensing mechanism and the lifting platform, the lifting platform is disposed between the first bracket 11 and the second bracket 12 and located below the turning plate 2, when the turning plate 2 is turned over, the lifting platform is located at a settling position to avoid the turning plate 2, and after the turning plate 2 is turned over, the lifting platform is lifted to the display device 100 which is carried thereon and has been dispensed and abutted to the suction part 4 located on the lower side of the turning plate 2, so that the suction part 4 can suck the display device 100; alternatively, the display device 100 lifted by the lift table has only a narrow gap between its surface and the suction portion 4 on the lower side of the flap 2 so as to smoothly receive the display device 100. The first sliding module is used to transfer the display device 100 between the glue spreading mechanism and the lifting table.
In this embodiment, the second transfer mechanism may specifically include a second sliding module and a gantry spanning between the turnover mechanism and the conveyor line, the second sliding module includes a horizontally sliding component and a vertically sliding component slidably mounted on the horizontally sliding component, and the vertically sliding component may be provided with a suction hand so that after the horizontally sliding component and the vertically sliding component are moved, the suction hand can carry the display device 100 between the turnover mechanism and the conveyor line.
The first sliding module, the lifting platform, the second sliding module, the sucker hand, etc. can all adopt the configurations and structures well known in the prior art, and are not described herein. Meanwhile, in other optional embodiments, the first transfer mechanism and the second transfer mechanism may be multi-axis manipulators, so as to directly transfer the sheets among the glue coating mechanism, the turnover mechanism and the conveying line, and the configuration and mechanism of the multi-axis manipulator are the prior art and are not described herein again.
