Detailed ways

In order to make the purposes, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described clearly and completely below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. Obviously, the described embodiments It is a part of the embodiments of the present application, but not all of the embodiments. The components of the embodiments of the present application generally described and illustrated in the drawings herein may be arranged and designed in a variety of different configurations.

It should be noted that the features in the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other under the condition of no conflict.

Since light emitting diodes (LEDs) have good luminous brightness and luminous efficiency, LEDs are increasingly used in lighting systems.

At present, when LED or laser light sources are used in stage lighting, in order to pursue high illuminance of the optical system, the illuminance of the optical system can be improved by removing or reducing the uniform light device.

However, after the homogenizing device is removed, the color uniformity of the picture projected by the light beam emitted from the light-emitting element without being homogenized by the homogenizing device is poor. In some applications similar to pattern projection, the color uniformity of the outgoing beam of the lighting device is more important. If the outgoing beam of the lighting device is not uniform in color, the projected image illumination will be uneven, thereby affecting the effect of pattern projection.

Since the light-emitting element is covered with yellow light or other colors of phosphor, the thickness of the phosphor is difficult to control uniformly in the production process, resulting in different thicknesses of the phosphor in different parts of the light-emitting element, uneven color of the outgoing beam, and unevenness of the projected image. The color is not uniform, especially the light spot projected on the wall will appear phosphor yellow mottled.

If a polygon mirror is added to the optical system, the yellow speckle of the phosphor will become more serious. In the end, the color uniformity of the image projected from the projection lens to the screen will be worse, which will lead to the deterioration of the quality of the projected image and affect the normal use of the entire optical system.

Based on the above problems, embodiments of the present application provide a lighting device.

Specifically, referring to FIG. 1 , the lighting device 100 may include a light emitting element 110 , a light confinement element 120 and a homogenizing element 130 . The homogenizing element 130 can be cut in or out of the lighting device 100 in a dynamic manner, so as to achieve the purpose of achieving both high illuminance and color uniformity in the lighting device 100 .

The light-emitting element 110 is used to provide an outgoing light beam, and the outgoing light beam is transmitted along a preset optical path. The light constraining element 120 and the homogenizing element 130 are both disposed on the transmission light path of the outgoing light beam from the light emitting element 110 . The moving in or out transmits the light path.

When the homogenizing element 130 is cut into the transmission light path, it can receive the light beam and emit the light beam, so as to play a light homogenizing effect on the lighting device 100 to make the light beam distribution uniform and provide good picture quality. In other words, when higher picture quality is required in the optical system, the homogenizing element 130 is cut into the transmission light path to improve the color uniformity of the projected picture and eliminate clutter. When the illuminating device 100 with high illuminance is required in the optical system, the homogenizing element 130 is cut out of the transmission light path, so that the illuminating device 100 can obtain a light spot with high illuminance.

In order to allow the light confinement element 120 or the homogenization element 130 downstream of the light emitting element 110 to receive as many light beams as possible from the light emitting element 110 , the exit angle of the light beam from the light emitting element 110 may be limited within a certain range. Optionally, the light-emitting element 110 may be an LED (as shown in FIG. 2 ), a laser light source, or a broad-spectrum light source converted by exciting fluorescent materials with blue light. Since LED and laser light sources only emit light on the light-emitting surface, compared with point light sources that emit light at 360°, light beams are emitted from a smaller range, which is beneficial to improve the utilization efficiency of light beams.

Using an LED or a laser light source as the light-emitting element 110 can improve the color of the outgoing light beam and the light spot to a certain extent.

Optionally, the homogenizing element 130 is located on the downstream optical path of the light confining element 120 . The light constraining element 120 is used for constraining the exit angle of the light beam exiting from the light emitting element 110 within a predetermined range. The homogenizing element 130 can be driven in or out of the transmission light path under the driving of the driving assembly 140 and the control device 150, so as to improve the color uniformity of the projection picture if necessary.

130。Optionally, the light constraining element 120 may be an element such as a condenser lens, a lens or a lens group, and the outgoing angle of the outgoing light beam is limited within a certain range by the light constraining element 120 . In the embodiment of the present application, the light confinement element 120 may be a condenser lens 136 (as shown in FIG. 2 ), and the light beam emitted from the light emitting element 110 is focused by the condenser lens 136 , and the focused light is emitted to the homogenization element 130 .

Further, the lighting device 100 may further include a color wheel (not shown in the figure), the color wheel is used for heat dissipation, and the color wheel is rotatably disposed on the downstream light path of the light confinement element 120 . The homogenizing element 130 may be disposed on the color wheel, and the rotation of the color wheel drives the homogenizing element 130 to cut into or out of the transmission light path. The homogenizing element 130 and the color wheel share a set of driving components 140 and control devices 150, thereby saving the driving components and control devices for driving the homogenizing element 130 to move, which is beneficial to reduce the weight of the lighting device 100 and the production cost.

Optionally, the homogenizing element 130 may include one of a diffuser, a single fly's eye lens, and a double fly's eye lens. The diffuser, the single-fly-eye lens, and the double-fly-eye lens all have the function of uniformizing the color of the illuminating device 100. Generally, the better the diffuser, the single-fly-eye lens, or the double-fly-eye lens, the better the uniformity, the lower the optical efficiency; The lower the diffuser, the single fly eye lens or the double fly eye lens, the higher the optical efficiency. The color uniformity of the outgoing light beam can be improved by a diffuser, a single fly eye lens or a double fly eye lens, so that the outgoing light beam is approximately uniform.

Further, please continue to refer to FIG. 2 . In FIG. 2 , the light-emitting element 110 is an LED as an example for description. The light emitting element 110 may include a substrate 112 and an LED array 114 disposed on the substrate 112 . The lighting device 100 may further include a first light-receiving lens 116 and a second light-receiving lens 118 . The first light-receiving lens 116 and the second light-receiving lens 118 are sequentially disposed downstream of the light-emitting light path of the light-emitting element 110 for collecting and collimating the light beam emitted from the light-emitting element 110 into near-parallel light with a certain divergence angle and then outgoing.

120。Optionally, the first light-receiving lens 116 and the second light-receiving lens 118 are sequentially arranged between the light-emitting element 110 and the light-restricting element 120, and the light beam emitted by the light-emitting element 110 is emitted to the first light-receiving lens 116 and the second light-receiving lens 116. The lens 118 collects and collimates the light beam into near-parallel light with a certain divergence angle through the first light-receiving lens 116 and the second light-receiving lens 118 , and then emits it to the light confinement element 120 .

It can be understood that the homogenizing element 130 in the lighting device 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application may include, but is not limited to, a diffuser, a single fly eye lens or a double fly eye lens, etc. lens or lens group, etc. Any homogenizing element 130 that can improve the color uniformity of the outgoing light beam can be used, and any light constraining element 120 that can limit the exit angle of the outgoing light beam within a certain range can be used, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.

Optionally, in the lighting device 100 provided in this embodiment of the present application, the light emitting element 110 , the light constraining element 120 , and the homogenizing element 130 may be reasonably selected and arranged. In order to make the light beam emitted from the light emitting element 110 as much as possible incident into the downstream light confinement element 120, similarly, the light beam emitted from the light confinement element 120 is incident as much as possible into the downstream homogenization element 130, so as to improve the efficiency of the light emitting element 110. beam utilization efficiency.

136。As another embodiment, please refer to FIG. 3 , the homogenizing element 130 may include a concave lens 132 , a pair of fly-eye lenses 134 and a condenser lens 136 arranged in sequence along the transmission light path.

The concave lens 132 , the fly-eye lens pair 134 and the condenser lens 136 as a whole can be cut in or out of the transmission light path under the control of the driving component and the control device. The light emitted from the light confinement element 120 is collimated by the concave lens 132 , the collimated light is homogenized by the fly-eye lens pair 134 , and then projected through the condenser lens 136 to form a uniform light spot.

As another embodiment, please refer to FIG. 4 , the homogenizing element 130 may be located on the transmission light path between the light emitting element 110 and the light confinement element 120 . When the light-emitting element 110 is an LED, the light beam emitted by the LED passes through the first light-receiving lens 116 , the second light-receiving lens 118 , the light restricting element 120 and the homogenizing element 130 in sequence and then focuses on the pattern plate 210 . The image-forming relationship between the light-emitting element 110 and the pattern plate 210 is that the light beam emitted by the LED passes through the first light-receiving lens 116 and the second light-receiving lens 118 in sequence and then emerges as near-parallel light with a certain divergence angle. The near-parallel light After passing through the confinement element 120 and the homogenizing element 130 , the light can be focused on the pattern plate 210 , and then exit through the pattern plate 210 .

As another embodiment, please refer to FIG. 6 , the light beam emitted from the light emitting element 110 passes through the homogenizing element 130 and the light confinement element 120 in sequence and then focuses on the pattern plate 210 , and then exits through the pattern plate 210 .

Optionally, in the field of pattern lighting, the pattern plate 210 can also be called GOBO, which refers to a thin plate installed on spotlights, stage effect lights, etc., and projects various patterns or patterns under the illumination of special spotlights. Text, GOBOs currently used in the industry can include circular or rectangular sheets.

It can be understood that the lighting device 100 and the pattern plate 210 can be reasonably selected and arranged so that the uniform outgoing light beam of the lighting device 100 can be incident on the pattern plate 210 as much as possible, which is beneficial to improve the beam utilization efficiency.

In addition, the shape of the homogenizing element 130 can also be selected according to the shape of the pattern plate 210 , so that the shape of the coverage of the beam emitted by the homogenizing element 130 matches the shape of the pattern plate 210 , which can further improve the beam utilization of the pattern lighting device 200 efficiency.

300。Referring to FIG. 7 , an embodiment of the present application further provides a pattern lighting system 300 .

The pattern illumination system 300 may include a projection lens 310 and a pattern illumination device 200 , and the projection lens 310 is disposed on the downstream optical path of the pattern plate 210 . The projection lens 310 is used for enlarging the pattern of the pattern plate 210 and projecting it to a desired projection position, such as a projection area such as a wall, a floor or a ceiling, so as to achieve the purpose of entertainment or attracting public attention.

The light beam emitted by the light-emitting element 110 passes through the first light-receiving lens 116 and the second light-receiving lens 118 in sequence and then emerges as near-parallel light with a certain divergence angle, and the near-parallel light can be focused after passing through the light confinement element 120 and the homogenizing element 130 At the pattern plate 210, the light beam exiting through the pattern plate 210 exits from the projection lens 310, thereby forming a projection picture.

The polygonal mirror 320 can form a plurality of images from the light beams emitted from the pattern plate 210 , which are then enlarged by the projection lens 310 and then emitted, so as to project multiple images on a distant screen.

Under normal circumstances, several prisms will form several images. If there is no homogenizing element 130, after cutting into the polygonal prism 320, the color in the optical system will be more uneven, which will have a greater impact on the quality of the projected image. . In the pattern illumination system 300 provided by the embodiment of the present application, in the case of having the polygonal mirror 320, the quality of the projection picture can be improved by moving the homogenizing element 130 in or out of the optical path system.

As another embodiment, please refer to FIG. 8 , the light beam emitted from the light emitting element 110 passes through the homogenizing element 130 and the light confinement element 120 in sequence and then focuses on the pattern plate 210 , and then passes through the pattern plate 210 and the polygon mirror 320 in sequence and then exits The light beam emitted from the projection lens 310 forms a projection image.
