Because of the difference of the electronic components, how to send the electronic components out of the tube-in-tube shell and how to push the shell of the electronic components out of the tube-in-tube shell have some technical problems, so that the electronic components are frequently taken out and fed manually, and the automatic component inserter is difficult to adapt to the use of the conventional universal automatic component inserter, influences the production efficiency, increases the production cost and prevents electrostatic products from being easily damaged. Although more pipe charging feeders exist in the market at present, automatic insertion can be realized through the inserter, the original pipe charging feeders are large in size, large in occupied area and inconvenient in wire arrangement, and the inserter is smaller and smaller in size in order to more effectively utilize the limited space of a client production workshop, so that the position for placing the feeders on the inserter is smaller, and the inserter is required to be used by adopting the pipe charging feeders with smaller sizes.

To facilitate understanding for those skilled in the art, the present application will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1-6, a tube loading automatic feeding device is used for tube loading and feeding when electronic components on a PCB are loaded. The automatic pipe charging feeding equipment comprises a storage device 1, a feeding device 2 and a support 3, wherein the support 3 is a supporting structure of the whole equipment, and the storage device 1 and the feeding device 2 are both arranged on the support 3; the storage device 1 is used for storing a plurality of tube charges and ensuring that a material tube of one tube charge continues to be loaded when components in the material tube of the other tube charge are completely loaded, so that continuous loading is realized; the feeding device 2 can push out the components in the tube charging one by one, and other devices such as a mechanical arm and the like can conveniently feed. The feeding device 2 is arranged on the rear side of the storage device 1, so that components in a material pipe of a pipe material placed in the storage device 1 can be pushed, and the components are pushed to the front side from the material pipe for use.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the storage device 1 includes a first material supporting frame 11 and a second material supporting frame 12, the first material supporting frame 11 and the second material supporting frame 12 are oppositely arranged on the support 3, and two material frames are arranged to ensure that a material tube filled with a long length of tube is stably stored and fixed, so that stable loading of components in the material tube is ensured; the first material supporting frame 11 and the second material supporting frame 12 can both adopt a clamp-shaped structure to clamp the material pipe, and can also directly adopt a stacking mode, and the two sides of the material pipe are limited by the baffle.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the feeding device 2 includes a reel 21, a telescopic driving mechanism 22, a steel coil 23, a reel 24, a coil spring 25, and a feeding mounting plate 29. The reel 24 is fixed on the feeding mounting plate 29, and the reel 21 is connected to the reel 24 through the coil spring 25, so that the reel 21 can wind up the coil spring 25 when rotating on the reel 24, so that the coil spring 25 has an elastic force to return to a loose state, and the reel 21 can be automatically rotated reversely. Steel coil strip 23 is used for ejecting components and parts from material pipe 6 in, the material pipe is loaded in order to adapt to the longer pipe of length, therefore steel coil strip 23 sets up longer, the coil is established on reel 21 when the longer steel coil strip 23 of length does not use, thereby reduce the shared space of the longer steel coil strip 23 of length, and then reduce the shared space of the automatic feeding equipment of pipe loading, and connect reel 21 through the coil spring, can retrieve steel coil strip 23 in reel 21 automatically through the restoring force of coil spring when steel coil strip 23 uses the completion needs to retrieve. The telescopic driving mechanism 22 is arranged on the feeding mounting plate 29 to drive the steel coil strip 23 in the reel 21 to stretch, and the telescopic driving mechanism 22 can drive the steel coil strip 23 to extend out of the reel 21 or to be wound into the reel 21, so that the components in the material pipe 6 can be ejected one by one or the coil spring is assisted to withdraw the steel coil strip 23 into the reel 21.
As a further preferred solution, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the feeding device 2 further comprises a pusher block 26, wherein the pusher block 26 is detachably disposed at the end of the steel coil strip 23. The material pushing block 26 can be provided in a plurality of sizes, each material pushing block 26 has a different size, so that the material pushing block can be adapted to the material loading of components with different sizes, the material pushing block 26 can be fixed at the tail end of the steel coil bar 23 through a bolt structure, and the bolt structure can be removed to detach the material pushing block 26 for replacement when the material pushing block needs to be replaced.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, as a further preferred scheme, the feeding device 2 further includes a plurality of guide rollers 27, and each guide roller 27 is disposed at the periphery of the reel 21, so that each guide roller 27 can limit the passing of the steel coil strip 23 on the reel 21, and the steel coil strip 23 is prevented from being disordered in the reel 21 and inconvenient to stretch and retract next time.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the telescopic driving mechanism 22 of the present embodiment adopts the following structure: the steel coil strip winding device comprises a rotary driving part 221, a first driving roller 222 and a second driving roller 223, wherein the rotary driving part 221 drives the first driving roller 222 and the second driving roller 223 to rotate relatively, and the steel coil strip 23 can be clamped between the first driving roller 222 and the second driving roller 223. The rotary driving member 221 adopts a motor, the motor is connected with an umbrella-shaped gear 227 in a feeding manner, a driving gear 226 and two driven gears 224 are arranged on the feeding mounting plate 29, the driving gear 226 and the two driven gears 224 are sequentially meshed, the umbrella-shaped gear 227 is meshed with the driving gear 226, the two driven gears 224 are respectively connected with the first driving roller 222 and the second driving roller 223, so that the two driven gears 224 can be driven to rotate relatively by the rotation of the motor, the first driving roller 222 and the second driving roller 223 can also be driven to rotate relatively, and the steel coil strip 23 clamped between the first driving roller 222 and the second driving roller 223 can be driven by the first driving roller 222 and the second driving roller 223 to move on the reel 21 in a stretching manner.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the feeding device 2 is further provided with a positioning clamping plate 28, and the positioning clamping plate 28 is arranged outside the telescopic driving mechanism 22 to guide and guide the steel coil strip 23 driven by the telescopic driving mechanism 22, so as to ensure that the steel coil strip can extend into the material pipe 6.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the first supporting frame 11 and the second supporting frame 12 both include a top plate and a movable plate, the movable plate is movably disposed on the support 3, the top plate is movably disposed on the top of the movable plate, and the size of the space in the movable plate can be adjusted by sliding the sliding plate, so that the material tubes 6 with different sizes can be placed, and the material loading device is suitable for loading different components. For example, the first material supporting frame 11 is provided with a fixed plate 118, two movable plates 113 and a top plate 112, bottoms of the two movable plates 113 are arranged in the insertion holes on the support 3 through a rotating shaft, and tops of the two movable plates 113 are connected with the insertion holes on the top plate 112 through a rotating shaft 114, so that the two movable plates 113 can rotate on the support 3 and the top plate 112 to adjust a distance between the two movable plates 113, so as to clamp and fix the material pipes 6 with different sizes. The fixing plate 118 is fixed on the bracket 3, an elastic fixture block 117 is fixed on the fixing plate 118, a jack is arranged in the top plate 112, and the elastic fixture block 117 can be inserted into the jack arranged in the top plate 112 to fix the top plate 112 on the bracket 3, so that the stability of the whole first material supporting frame 11 is ensured; the top plate 112 can also be detached from the fixing plate 118 by retracting the elastic latch 117, thereby facilitating the loading of the material tube 6. The top plate 112 is provided with a rotation slot 115, and the corresponding movable plate 113 is provided with a screw hole (not shown), and the screw hole (not shown) can be inserted into the rotation slot 115 through a screw (not shown) and is screwed in the screw hole arranged on the movable plate 113, so that the movable plate 113 and the top plate 112 are fixed together, and the screw can be loosened to adjust the installation position of the movable plate 113 on the top plate 112. The structure that the second propped the work or material rest 12 is the same with the structure that the first propped the work or material rest 11, can refer to the first structure setting that props the work or material rest 11, and this place is no longer repeated.
Referring to fig. 4, the storage device 1 further includes a material supporting block 13 and a material blocking block, the material supporting block 13 is disposed at a position between the first material supporting frame 11 and the second material supporting frame 12 on the support 3, and is driven by a telescopic cylinder (not shown in the figure) to ascend and descend at the position between the first material supporting frame 11 and the second material supporting frame 12, the material blocking block is disposed on the first material supporting frame 11 and/or the second material supporting frame 12, in this embodiment, structures of material blocking blocks are disposed on both the first material supporting frame 11 and the second material supporting frame 12, the material blocking block on the first material supporting frame 11 is driven by the telescopic cylinder 111, and the material blocking block on the second material supporting frame 12 is driven by the telescopic cylinder 121. When the automatic pipe loading equipment for loading materials works, a material pipe 6 at the bottommost part of the storage device 1 is ejected and supported through the material supporting block 13, and then the telescopic driving mechanism 22 can drive the steel coil strip 23 to extend out to eject components in the material pipe 6 at the bottommost part; when all components in one material pipe 6 at the bottommost part are completely loaded, the material blocking blocks on the first material supporting frame 11 and the second material supporting frame 12 extend out under the driving of the air cylinder to block the last material pipe 6 from bottom to top, so that the last material pipe 6 and the material pipe 6 stacked on the upper part do not fall downwards, then the material supporting block 13 retracts to enable one empty material pipe 6 at the bottommost part to fall, then the material supporting block 13 extends out, the material blocking blocks on the first material supporting frame 11 and the second material supporting frame 12 retract, the last material pipe 6 reaches the bottommost part and is supported by the material supporting block 13, and the steel coil strip 23 can be driven by the telescopic driving mechanism 22 to eject the components.
Example two
Referring to fig. 1-6, the automatic tube loading device in this embodiment is further optimized and improved on the basis of the first embodiment, and a recovery device 4 is further provided to recover empty tubes after loading, and the recovery device 4 generally adopts a box-shaped structure. Recovery unit 4 sets up the first position that props between work or material rest 11 and the second props work or material rest 12 below support 3 to can hold the empty material pipe 6 that the material loading was accomplished and is dropped. Recovery unit 4 can dismantle the setting to conveniently take off the processing with a plurality of empty material pipes 6 that it was accepted once only. Referring to fig. 6, in order to further transport the components to a further distance, a moving device 5 is provided, said moving device 5 being arranged on the front side of the storage device 1, so that the components can be further transported further forward by the moving device 5 when they are pushed out of the magazine 6 into the connecting rails of the moving device 5. The moving device 5 comprises a connecting guide rail 51, a vibration driving mechanism 52, a positioning mechanism 53 and a mounting plate 57, wherein the connecting guide rail 51 is connected to the mounting plate 57 through a hinge 58, the positioning mechanism 53 is arranged in parallel with the connecting guide rail 51, the vibration driving mechanism 52 drives the connecting guide rail 51 to vibrate, and therefore the vibration driving mechanism 52 drives the connecting guide rail 51 to vibrate on the mounting plate 57 to convey components forwards. Positioning mechanism 53 can set up to a constant head tank, and the constant head tank sets up to the groove-like structure that can only hold an components and parts, and components and parts are fixed a position by the constant head tank in connecting guide rail 51 reachs the constant head tank, make things convenient for other equipment such as manipulator to come to take out components and parts. The positioning mechanism 53 can also be provided with a sensor to sense whether the positioning mechanism 53 is provided with components or not, so that the manipulator and the like are prevented from being seized.
Referring to fig. 6, the vibration driving mechanism 52 includes a driving motor 521 and an eccentric 522, the eccentric 522 is disposed on the connecting rail 51, and the driving motor 521 drives the eccentric 522 to rotate, so as to drive the connecting rail 51 to vibrate, and drive the components on the connecting rail 51 to move forward.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, the moving device 5 further includes a positioning and mounting block 54 and a clamping block 55, and the moving device 5 is mounted in a receptacle provided on the bracket 3 through the positioning and mounting block 54 and clamped in a clamping hole fixed on the bracket 3 through the clamping block 55. The clamping block 55 can be connected through a connecting rod 56, after the moving device 5 is installed on the support 3, the connecting rod 56 is pulled to clamp the clamping block 55 and the clamping hole, and then the connecting rod 56 is fixed on the support 3.
The working process of the automatic pipe charging equipment in the embodiment is as follows: a plurality of material pipes 6 are fed into the storage device 1 (with the full state as a limit), then components in the material pipes 6 are ejected to the moving device 5 through the feeding device 2 for further conveying, the material taking devices such as a mechanical arm take the materials on the moving device 5, and the components in the material pipes 6 are fed or fall into the recovery device 4 below to be recovered.
