The fan 130 may be disposed under the circuit board 110 by means of a fan bracket 140. In the illustrated embodiment, the electronic control device assembly 100 is shown in an inverted position. Directional terms used herein in describing the electronic control device assembly 100, such as "top," "bottom," "upper," "lower," "above," "below," "up," "down," etc., are relative to the electronic control device assembly 100 in a mounted state with the fan 130 disposed below the circuit board 110.
As shown in fig. 2, the circuit board support 120 has a substantially plate-shaped structure and may be disposed in a first direction. The first direction may be a vertical direction, an oblique direction, or the like. The circuit board support 120 is described herein as extending vertically. The circuit board 110 may be mounted on one side of the circuit board bracket 120 extending in the vertical direction by a fastener such as a screw. The fan bracket 140 may be disposed under the circuit board bracket 120 and coupled to the circuit board bracket 120. The fan bracket 140 may generally extend in a second direction, which may be a horizontal direction, an oblique direction, or the like. The fan bracket 140 is described herein as extending in a horizontal direction as an example. The fan bracket 140 can be configured such that the fan 130 can be received therein without being blocked above and below the location of the fan blades of the fan 130.
Specifically, the fan bracket 140 may be provided with a receiving portion 150, and the receiving portion 150 may be a symmetrical structure having a shape that can be adapted to the shape of the fan 130. The receptacle 150 may have an end opening 151 at the first end 141, and the fan 130 may enter through the end opening 151 and be at least partially retained within the receptacle 150, in this embodiment, the fan 130 is plugged onto the fan support 140.
The receiving part 150 has a wall body 152, and the wall body 152 may include a bottom wall 153, a side wall 154 connected to the bottom wall 153, and a top wall 155 connected to the side wall 154, in the illustrated embodiment, two side walls 154 are respectively disposed at both sides of the top wall 155, and the bottom wall 153 is connected at each side wall 154. The two bottom walls 153 are spaced apart and a top wall opening 156 is provided at the top wall 155 to facilitate venting. The upper surface of the fan 130 can abut against the top wall 155, the lower surface of the fan 130 can abut against the bottom wall 153, and the side surface of the fan 130 can abut against the side wall 154. Wall 152 may also include an end wall 157 at second end 142 opposite first end 141. An end of the fan 130 can abut the end wall 157.
In this embodiment, the fan 130 is mounted in the receiving portion 150 of the fan bracket 140 by snap-fitting. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, an end of the fan 130 can be provided with a mounting hole 131. The receiving portion 150 can be provided with a catch 160 at a second end 142 opposite the first end 141. The catching end 161 of the catch 160 may extend in a direction perpendicular to the insertion direction of the fan 130, and the catching end 161 can extend into the mounting hole 131. In this embodiment, the latch 160 can block the fan 130 from moving in the direction opposite to the insertion direction, so that the fan 130 can be latched to the fan bracket 140 to prevent the fan 130 from being separated from the fan bracket 140.
The resilient arms 162 of the catch 160 can be connected with the wall 152 of the receptacle 150, and the catch 160 can be constructed in one piece with the wall 152. The length L1 (FIG. 4) of the resilient arm 162 may be any value between 4mm and 6mm, such as 4mm, 4.2mm, 4.6mm, 5.0mm, 5.2mm, 5.4mm, 5.8mm, 6 mm. The elastic arm 162 is elastically deformable in a direction perpendicular to the insertion direction. The wall 152 is provided with a catch opening 158, and a catch 160 is provided in the catch opening 158. The resilient arms 162 can be below the inner surface of the wall 152. The catch 160 may be disposed on at least one of the bottom wall 153, the side wall 154, and the top wall 155 of the wall 152. In the illustrated embodiment, the catch 160 can be provided on the top wall 155, in particular, the top wall 155 is provided with a catch opening 158 adjacent to the side wall 154, the catch opening 158 being located above the bottom wall 153. The mounting hole 131 can be covered by the bottom wall 153 in a state where the fan 130 is plugged to the fan bracket 140. A catch 160 is disposed adjacent the side wall 154 and is positioned in the catch opening 158.
The mounting hole 131 may be a through hole or a counter bore extending in the vertical direction, in other words, the mounting hole 131 may be a through hole or a counter bore extending in the thickness direction of the fan 130. The buckle end 161 and the mounting hole 131 may extend in the same direction, for example, vertically. The shape of the buckle end 161 is matched with the shape of the mounting hole 131; the shape of the mounting hole 131 may be a cylindrical hole, a square-cylindrical hole, or another suitably shaped hole. The illustrated embodiment shows the mounting hole 131 as a cylindrical hole and the buckle end 161 may be cylindrical in shape. The dimension L2 (fig. 4) of the buckle end 161 that extends into the mounting hole 131 can be any value between 3mm and 6mm, such as 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6 mm.
As shown in fig. 5, the receiving portion 150 may be provided with a snap opening 158 and a snap 160 in the snap opening 158 at both corners of the second end 142. The fan 130 is provided with a mounting hole 131 corresponding to the position of the catch 160. It can be seen from above the snap opening 158 whether the snap end 161 of the snap 160 is located in the mounting hole 131.
According to another aspect of the present invention, a cooking appliance is provided, which comprises the above-mentioned electric control device assembly 100.
