Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment, the partition plate assembly 400 further includes a second partition plate 420, the second partition plate 420 has a trapezoid structure, a long side of the trapezoid structure on the second partition plate 420 is used to contact with the first partition plate 410, a short side of the trapezoid structure on the second partition plate 420 extends to the second partition plate 300, the inner wall of the second partition plate 300 has a plurality of second slots 310, a second block 421 is disposed on the short side of the second partition plate 420 and is used to be engaged with the second slots 310, the first partition plate 410 has a plurality of third slots 412, the third slots 412 extend in a direction perpendicular to the bottom plate 100, a long side of the second partition plate 420 has a clamping portion, the clamping portion extends outward from the long side of the second partition plate 420, and the clamping portion has a fourth slot 422 and is used to be engaged with a slot wall of the third slots 412.
The second partition 420 is detachably connected to the second side plate 300 through the engaging and engaging of the second engaging block 421 and the second engaging groove 310, and the second partition 420 is detachably connected to the first partition 410 through the engaging and engaging of the third engaging groove 412 and the fourth engaging groove 422.

The second partition plate 420 is detachably mounted on the bottom plate 100 by the engaging and fitting of the second insertion block and the second through hole 120. Referring to FIGS. 1, 4 and 5, in one embodiment, a section identifier 500 is further included, the section identifier 500 being disposed on the incline of the first side panel 200 for identifying the section of the picking bin.
The storage areas separated from the picking box are distinguished through the partition marks 500, and when an article stored in a certain area needs to be found, an operator is prompted to quickly search for the operation according to the partition marks 500. The section identifier 500 is disposed on the inclined surface of the first side plate 200, and when picking work is performed, the inclined surface of the first side plate 200 faces the sight of a picker, so that the picker can more easily see the section identifier 500.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, the partition identifier 500 is in upper case, and in other embodiments, the partition identifier 500 may also be in lower case, or numbers or other suitable characters.
Referring to FIG. 1, in one embodiment, a color chip identifier 600 is also included, and the color chip identifier 600 is used to distinguish the attributes of the sort bins.
The use of the color chip identification 600 facilitates visual differentiation of the attributes of the picking bins, which may refer to the type, use, etc. of the picking bins for stowing items, and the use of the color chip identification 600 in different colors prompts for sorting of the attributes of the picking bins. Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the color chip identifier 600 may be disposed on the top of the first side plate 200, and the color chip identifier 600 may be detachably connected to the first side plate 200.
Referring to FIGS. 4-6, in one embodiment, an indication arrow 700 is also included, and indication arrow 700 is used to indicate the direction of conveyance of the picking bins. The conveying direction of the sorting bins is easily visually recognized by the worker by means of the indicator arrow 700. Specifically, the indication arrow 700 is provided at the outer side of the second side plate 300.
Referring to FIGS. 4-6, in one embodiment, a direction identification code 800 is also included, the direction identification code 800 being used by the machine to identify the picking bin attitude and indicate the direction of conveyance of the picking bin. Machine identification of the direction of transportation of the picking bins is accomplished by the direction identification code 800. In actual use, the direction identification code 800 of the picking box is used as a posture judgment identification for distinguishing the picking box, the posture of the picking box in conveying can be judged in the automatic conveying process, and automatic posture adjustment can be carried out, so that humanized operation that the goods are stored and taken conveniently (the goods are automatically conveyed to a manual operation position for workers to carry out quick picking operation) is achieved.
Specifically, the direction identification code 800 may be a bar code, a two-dimensional code or other identification marks, the direction identification codes 800 are disposed on the outer sides of the two second side plates 300, and the direction identification codes 800 on the two second side plates 300 are different.
Referring to FIGS. 1, 4 and 5, in one embodiment, an ID identification code 900 and a spare ID identification code 1000 are included, the ID identification code 900 being located on the outside of the picking bins for identifying the identity of the picking bins, and the spare ID identification code 1000 being located on the inside of the picking bins for providing a backup basis for querying the identity of the picking bins when the ID identification codes 900 on the outside of the picking bins are broken.
The ID identification code 900 is used as the unique identification code of the sorting box, and the automatic circulation and storage tracking of the sorting box by the system is realized by taking the identification code of the sorting box as the basis in the automatic circulation and storage process. When the ID code 900 on the outside of the picking bin is broken, the ID code of the picking bin may be identified by the alternate ID code 1000.
In one embodiment, the outer side wall of the picking box is provided with a handle.

Claims (10)
1. A sorting bin, comprising:
the bottom plate is used for bearing;

the two second side plates are respectively arranged on the other two opposite side edges of the bottom plate and enclose with the two first side plates to form an accommodating cavity;
and the separation plate assembly is detachably connected with the inner wall of the first side plate and/or the second side plate and is used for separating the accommodating cavity into at least two areas.

The sorting bin of claim 1, wherein the partition plate assembly includes a first partition plate, the first side plate has a plurality of first engaging grooves formed on an inner wall thereof, the first engaging grooves extend in a direction perpendicular to the bottom plate, and first engaging blocks are formed on opposite sides of the first side plate for engaging with the first engaging grooves.
3. The sorting bin of claim 2, wherein the partition plate assembly further comprises a second partition plate, the second partition plate has a trapezoid structure, a long side of the trapezoid structure on the second partition plate is used for contacting with the first partition plate, a short side of the trapezoid structure on the second partition plate extends to the second side plate, the inner wall of the second side plate is provided with a plurality of second clamping grooves, the short side of the second partition plate is provided with a second clamping block for being in clamping fit with the second clamping grooves, the first partition plate is provided with a plurality of third clamping grooves, the third clamping grooves extend in a direction perpendicular to the bottom plate, the long side of the second partition plate is provided with a clamping portion, the clamping portion extends outwards from the long side of the second partition plate, and the clamping portion is provided with a fourth clamping groove for being in clamping fit with a groove wall of the third clamping groove.
4. The sorting bin of claim 3, wherein the bottom plate has a plurality of first through holes aligned in a direction parallel to the first side plate and positioned to correspond to the first slots on the first side plate, and the bottom of the first partition plate has a first insert for engaging with the first through holes.
5. The sorting bin of claim 4, wherein the bottom plate has a plurality of second through holes aligned in a direction parallel to the second side plate and positioned to correspond to the second slots on the second side plate, and the bottom of the second partition plate has a second insert block for snap-fit engagement with the second through holes.
6. The culling bin of any of claims 1-5, further comprising a section indicator disposed on the incline of the first side panel for indicating a section within the culling bin.
7. A pick box as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, further including a colour chip identification for distinguishing the attributes of the pick box.
8. A picking box as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that it further includes an indication arrow for indicating the direction of conveyance of the picking box.
9. A pick box as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a direction identification code for use by the machine in identifying the pick box attitude and indicating the direction of conveyance of the pick box.
10. A picking cassette as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, further including an ID identification code on the outside of the picking cassette for identifying the identity of the picking cassette and a back-up ID identification code on the inside of the picking cassette for providing a back-up query for the identity of the picking cassette when the ID identification code on the outside of the picking cassette is broken.
