the peripheral edge of the cool feeling layer 3 is connected with the peripheral edge of the inner surface layer 12;
as shown in fig. 3, the cool feeling inner layer 31 includes a knitting layer 311 and a waterproof layer 312, the knitting layer 311 is connected to the inner surface layer 12, the waterproof layer 312 is in contact with the cool feeling core layer 32, the waterproof layer 312 is a TPU waterproof layer, and the thickness is 0.06 mm;
the cool core layer 32 is a hydrogel cool core layer, and the thickness is 2 mm;
the cool outer layer 33 is a TPU cool outer layer, and the thickness is 0.06 mm;
the width of the cool feeling layer 3 is 20 mm;
a nose bridge groove 4 is formed in the position, corresponding to the nose bridge, of the cooling layer 3;
the ear hanging part 2 is an elastic rope, and the width of the elastic rope is 8 mm;
as shown in fig. 4, crease lines are pressed at the positions of the cool feeling layer 3 corresponding to the bridge of the nose and the chin of the wearer, so that the cool feeling mask can be folded;
as shown in fig. 5, the cool mask has a good wearing effect.

The embodiment provides a cool mask, which comprises an N95 mask body 1 and ear-hanging parts 2, wherein the ear-hanging parts 2 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the mask body 1, and the mask body 1 comprises an outer surface layer 11 and an inner surface layer 12; the edge of the inner surface layer 12 is provided with a cooling layer 3 in a surrounding manner, the cooling layer 3 comprises a cooling inner layer 31, a cooling core layer 32 and a cooling outer layer 33, the shapes of the cooling inner layer 31, the cooling core layer 32 and the cooling outer layer 33 are the same, the cooling inner layer 31 is connected with the inner surface layer 12, and the cooling outer layer 33 is in contact with the skin of a wearer;
as shown in fig. 6, the layer surface of the cool feeling layer 3 is completely connected with the inner surface layer 12;
the cool feeling inner layer 31 comprises a knitting layer 311 and a waterproof layer 312, the knitting layer 311 is connected with the inner surface layer 12, the waterproof layer 312 is in contact with the cool feeling core layer 32, the waterproof layer 312 is a TPU waterproof layer, and the thickness of the waterproof layer is 0.07 mm;
the cool core layer 32 is a hydrogel cool core layer, and the thickness is 3 mm;
the cool outer layer 33 is a TPU cool outer layer, and the thickness is 0.07 mm;
the width of the cool feeling layer 3 is 10 mm;
the ear-hang part 2 is an elastic rope, and the width of the elastic rope is 5 mm.
Example 3
The embodiment provides a cool mask, which comprises an N95 mask body 1 and ear-hanging parts 2, wherein the ear-hanging parts 2 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the mask body 1, and the mask body 1 comprises an outer surface layer 11 and an inner surface layer 12; the edge of the inner surface layer 12 is provided with a cooling layer 3 in a surrounding manner, the cooling layer 3 comprises a cooling inner layer 31, a cooling core layer 32 and a cooling outer layer 33, the shapes of the cooling inner layer 31, the cooling core layer 32 and the cooling outer layer 33 are the same, the cooling inner layer 31 is connected with the inner surface layer 12, and the cooling outer layer 33 is in contact with the skin of a wearer;
the peripheral edge of the cool feeling layer 3 is connected with the peripheral edge of the inner surface layer 12;
the cool feeling inner layer 31 comprises a knitting layer 311 and a waterproof layer 312, the knitting layer 311 is connected with the inner surface layer 12, the waterproof layer 312 is in contact with the cool feeling core layer 32, the waterproof layer 312 is a TPU waterproof layer, and the thickness of the waterproof layer is 0.08 mm;
the cool feeling core layer 32 is made of water-locking sponge disclosed in the prior art CN108795012A, and the thickness is 4 mm;
the cool outer layer 33 is a TPU cool outer layer, and the thickness is 0.08 mm;
the width of the cool feeling layer 3 is 15 mm;
a nose bridge groove 4 is formed in the position, corresponding to the nose bridge, of the cooling layer 3;
the ear-hang part 2 is an elastic rope, and the width of the elastic rope is 5 mm.
Comparative example 1
This comparative example provides a mask under exactly the same conditions as example 1 except that no cool feeling layer was provided.
The masks described in the above examples and comparative examples were subjected to a cool feeling test and a leak test, and the specific test methods were as follows:
and (3) cool feeling test: selecting 10 male testers and 10 female testers to form an experience group with 20 members, evaluating cool feeling of a worn mask according to a grading standard shown in the table 1 under the environment with the temperature of 30 ℃ and the humidity of 50%, and taking the average value of the grades of the 20 members as a cool feeling test result;
and (3) testing the leakage property: the leak testing method disclosed in GB 2626-plus 2019 respiratory protection self-priming filtration type particulate-preventing respirator is adopted for testing, and the total leak rate (TIL) of the disposable mask is less than 11 percent as the standard;
the results relating to the cool feeling test and the leak test of the masks described in the above examples and comparative examples are shown in table 2.

As can be seen from the table 2, the cool mask of the present invention not only provides cool feeling to the wearer, but also meets the leakage standard that the total leakage rate (TIL) < 11%, i.e. has good sealing effect; the mask of comparative example 1 produced a very noticeable stuffy feeling in the wearer, failing to meet the leak criterion of total leak rate (TIL) < 11%, and the total leak rate (TIL) was as high as 13.7%.
To sum up, the edge of the inner surface layer of the cool mask of the utility model is provided with the cool layer in a surrounding way, the cool core layer in the cool layer provides cool feeling for the wearer, the cool outer layer in the cool layer can avoid the cool core layer from directly contacting with the facial skin of the wearer, the wearer is prevented from generating uncomfortable feeling, and the cool core layer in the cool layer can be fixed on the inner surface layer of the mask; in addition, the cool feeling layer arranged on the edge of the inner surface layer of the cool feeling mask can enable the mask body to be more attached to the face of a wearer, so that the sealing effect of the mask body is better; moreover, the cool mask has the advantages of simple structure and suitability for large-scale popularization.
The applicant states that the above description is only a specific embodiment of the present invention, but the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art should understand that any changes or substitutions easily conceivable by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are within the protection scope and the disclosure scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A cool mask is characterized by comprising a mask body and ear hanging parts, wherein the ear hanging parts are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the mask body, and the mask body comprises an outer surface layer and an inner surface layer; the edge of the inner surface layer is provided with a cooling layer in a surrounding mode, the cooling layer comprises a cooling inner layer, a cooling core layer and a cooling outer layer, the shapes of the cooling inner layer, the cooling core layer and the cooling outer layer are the same, the cooling inner layer is connected with the inner surface layer, and the cooling outer layer is in contact with the skin of a wearer.
2. The cooling mask of claim 1 wherein the layer of the cooling layer is completely attached to the inner surface layer; or the peripheral edge of the cool feeling layer is connected with the peripheral edge of the inner surface layer.
3. The cooling mask of claim 1 wherein said cooling inner layer comprises a knit layer and a waterproof layer, said knit layer being attached to said inner surface layer, said waterproof layer being in contact with said cooling core layer.
4. The cooling mask according to claim 3, wherein the waterproof layer is a PU waterproof layer or a TPU waterproof layer, and the thickness is 0.01-0.5 mm.
5. The cooling mask of claim 1 wherein the cooling core is a hydrogel cooling core.
6. The cooling mask of claim 1 wherein the thickness of the cooling core layer is 0.5-5 mm.
7. The cooling mask of claim 1 wherein the cooling outer layer is a PU cooling outer layer or a TPU cooling outer layer.
8. The cooling mask of claim 1 wherein the thickness of the cooling outer layer is 0.01 to 0.5 mm.
9. The cooling mask of claim 1 wherein the width of the cooling layer is 5-30 mm.
10. The cooling mask of claim 1 wherein the cooling layer has a nose ridge notch at a location corresponding to the bridge of the nose.
