Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of cutting tools, in particular to an electric circular saw.
Background
The electric circular saw is a widely used cutting tool, uses a motor as power, drives a saw blade through a transmission mechanism to perform sawing operation, and is suitable for sawing materials such as wood, fiber boards, plastics, profile steel and the like.
In the prior art, in order to illuminate a cutting area, some electric circular saws are generally provided with an illumination device. In order to better align the cutting line on the workpiece to be cut when cutting, some electric circular saws are provided with a laser alignment device. However, the existing electric circular saw has the following disadvantages:
1. the cutting device is provided with an illuminating device, has an illuminating function, but is not provided with a wire aligning device, so that the cutting wire on the workpiece to be cut can not be aligned better when the workpiece is cut. SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In view of the shortcomings of the prior art, the present application provides an electric circular saw, which uses an illumination assembly to simultaneously realize an illumination function and a wire alignment function, has a simple structure and a low cost, and can keep the size of the whole machine substantially unchanged.

an electric circular saw comprising:
a saw blade that cuts a workpiece by a rotational motion;
the motor drives the saw blade to work;
a housing including a fixed shroud covering at least a portion of the saw blade and a grip portion extending parallel to a plane of the saw blade;
a base plate abutting against the workpiece, the base plate having a cutting hole through which the saw blade passes;
a lighting assembly disposed on the fixed shield; the illumination assembly has an illumination range and can form an illumination area on the workpiece, and at least part of the illumination area is positioned in front of a contact position of the saw blade and the workpiece; at least part of the saw blade is positioned in the irradiation range, and the saw blade forms a shadow line on the workpiece, wherein the shadow line is positioned in front of the saw blade in the cutting direction and is positioned in the same plane with the saw blade.
In a preferred embodiment, the lighting assembly is fixedly arranged outside the fixed shield; the fixed shield is provided with a light transmitting area; the light-transmitting area is correspondingly arranged below the lighting assembly.
In a preferred embodiment, the light-transmitting region is made of a light-transmitting material.
In a preferred embodiment, the lighting assembly is disposed inside the fixed shield, and the lighting assembly housing is provided with a light-transmissive dust cover.
In a preferred embodiment, the lighting assembly includes a light source, a lamp housing disposed outside the light source, and a control unit electrically connected to the light source, and the control unit is connected to a switch for controlling the light source.

In order to make the technical solutions in the present invention better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. It should be noted that the definitions of the directions in the present specification are only for convenience of describing the technical solution of the present application, and do not limit the directions of the truck steering device of the embodiments of the present application in other scenarios, including but not limited to use, testing, transportation, and manufacturing, which may cause the orientation of the components to be reversed or the positions of the components to be changed.
Please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2. The present embodiment provides an electric circular saw 100, which includes a saw blade 2, a motor, a housing 1, a base plate 6, and a lighting assembly 3.
Wherein the saw blade 2 is adapted to perform a rotational movement for cutting a workpiece 200, having a cutting direction 300. The motor can drive the saw blade 2 to work. The housing 1 comprises a fixed shield 5 covering at least part of the saw blade 2 and a grip portion 4 extending parallel to the plane of the saw blade 2. The base plate 6 can abut against the workpiece 200. The bottom plate 6 has a cutting hole 61 through which the saw blade 2 passes.
The lighting assembly 3 is arranged on the fixed shield 5. The illumination assembly 3 has an illumination field 303 and may form an illumination area 301 on the workpiece 200. At least a part of the illumination area 301 is located in front of a position where the saw blade 2 contacts the workpiece 200, so that the electric circular saw 100 can illuminate a cutting area in front of the workpiece 200 when cutting the workpiece in the cutting direction 300. At least part of the saw blade 2 is located within the irradiation range 303. The saw blade 2 forms a shadow line 302 on the workpiece 200 under the illumination of the illumination assembly 3. The hatched line 302 is located in front of the saw blade 2 in the cutting direction 300 and in the same plane as the saw blade 2. The plane in which the saw blade 2 is located comprises a plane parallel to the saw blade 2 and passing through the saw blade 2. Since the hatched line 302 of the saw blade 2 is located in front of the saw blade 2 in the cutting direction 300, when the electric circular saw 100 cuts the workpiece 200 in the cutting direction 300, the hatched line 302 of the saw blade 2 can be aligned with the cutting line 201 on the workpiece 200.
It will be appreciated that, when the alignment is performed, the workpiece 200 is marked with a cut line 201. When the illumination assembly 3 of the electric circular saw 100 illuminates the saw blade 2, a shadow line 302 formed by the saw blade 2 on the workpiece 200 is a straight line segment coplanar with the saw blade 2. The position of the electric circular saw 100 is adjusted to make the straight line segment coincide with the cutting line 201 on the workpiece 200, and the alignment operation is completed.
The electric circular saw 100 provided by the embodiment of the present application realizes the illumination function and the alignment function at the same time by using the illumination assembly 3. Specifically, the illumination assembly 3 forms an illumination region 301 on the workpiece 200, and implements an illumination function. The hatched lines 302 formed on the workpiece 200 by the saw blade 2 are located on the same plane as the saw blade 2, and the function of aligning can be realized by using the hatched lines 302 of the saw blade 2.
The electric circular saw 100 provided by the embodiment of the application has the advantages of simple structure and low cost, and the lighting assembly 3 is only added, so that the lighting function and the wire aligning function can be realized, the wire aligning device is not required to be additionally arranged, and the size of the whole machine is approximately unchanged.
In the present embodiment, the housing 1 includes a holding portion 4 extending parallel to the plane of the saw blade 2 for holding to operate the electric circular saw 100. The saw blade 2 has a rotation axis 21, and the saw blade 2 rotates around the rotation axis 21 to perform a cutting operation on the workpiece 200. The saw blade 2 has a cutting direction 300 during the cutting operation.
Since the grip portion 4 is generally located on the rear side in the cutting advance direction, at least a part of the irradiation range 303 is located on the side of the rotation axis 21 away from the grip portion 4. I.e. at least part of said irradiation field 303 is located at the front side of the saw blade 2 in the cutting direction. Specifically, a portion of the saw blade 2 located on a side of the rotation axis 21 away from the grip portion 4 is located within the irradiation range 303.
Further, since the irradiation range 303 includes the illumination area 301 on the workpiece 200 and the hatched line 302 of the saw blade 2, at least a part of the illumination area 301 is located on the front side of the saw blade 2 in the cutting direction, that is, on the side of the rotation axis 21 away from the grip portion 4. At the same time, at least part of the hatched line 302 of the saw blade 2 is located on the front side of the saw blade 2 in the cutting direction, i.e. on the side of the rotation axis 21 remote from the grip 4.
Of course, the grip portion 4 may also be located on the front side in the cutting advance direction, in which case at least part of the irradiation range 303 is located on the side of the rotation axis 21 close to the grip portion 4. The part of the saw blade 2 located on the side of the rotation axis 21 close to the grip portion 4 is located within the irradiation range 303. At least part of the illumination area 301 is located on the side of the rotation axis 21 close to the grip portion 4. Meanwhile, at least a part of the hatched line 302 of the saw blade 2 is located on the side of the rotation axis 21 close to the grip 4.
In the present embodiment, the housing 1 comprises a fixed shield 5 covering at least part of the saw blade for preventing the saw blade 2 from injuring the operator. The lighting assembly 3 may be fixedly connected with the fixed shield 5.
In a preferred embodiment, the lighting assembly 3 is fixedly arranged outside the fixed shield 5 and above the fixed shield 5. The fixed shield 5 has a light transmitting region. The light-transmitting area is correspondingly arranged below the lighting assembly 3, so that the light of the lighting assembly 3 can be transmitted through the fixed shield 5 to irradiate the saw blade 2 and the workpiece 200 to be cut. Meanwhile, the light-transmitting area of the fixed shield 5 can protect the lighting assembly 3 from being contaminated by debris generated by cutting the workpiece 200 during the cutting process, so that the lighting assembly 3 can normally generate the lighting area 301 and the shadow line 302 of the saw blade 2. Preferably, the light-transmitting region is made of a light-transmitting material.
In another possible embodiment, the lighting assembly 3 may be disposed inside the fixed shield 5, below the fixed shield 5. The lighting assembly 3 can be covered with a light-transmitting dust cover, so that light of the lighting assembly 3 can be transmitted, and meanwhile, the lighting assembly 3 is protected from being contaminated by chips generated by the cut workpiece 200 in the cutting process.
In yet another possible embodiment, the lighting assembly 3 may be fixedly disposed in the fixed shield 5. The fixed guard 5 has an inner wall surface facing the saw blade 2 and an outer wall surface facing away from the saw blade 2, and the illumination assembly 3 may be located between the inner wall surface and the outer wall surface. The fixed shield 5 has a light transmitting region. The light-transmitting area is correspondingly arranged below the lighting assembly 3, so that light of the lighting assembly 3 is transmitted, and meanwhile the lighting assembly 3 is protected from being contaminated by chips generated by the cut workpiece 200 in the cutting process.
In the above embodiment, the fixing shield 5 may be made of a light-transmitting material to ensure that the light of the lighting assembly 3 can pass through the fixing shield 5 as a whole. Preferably, it is only necessary that the light-transmitting area is made of a light-transmitting material, so that the light of the lighting assembly 3 can be transmitted to the saw blade 2 and the workpiece 200 to be cut through the fixed shield 5.
In the present embodiment, the housing 1 may further include a movable shield. The movable shield is rotatable about the axis of rotation 21. Specifically, the fixed guard 5 may be located above the saw blade 2, and the movable guard may be located below the saw blade 2. When the saw blade 2 is in a working state, the movable shield can rotate around the rotation axis 21 and retract, so that the lower part of the saw blade 2 is exposed to cut a workpiece 200. The lighting assembly 3 may be fixedly connected with the fixed shield 5.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the lighting assembly 3 may include a light source 31 and a control unit 33 electrically connected to the light source 31. A switch for controlling the light source 31 is connected to the control unit 33.
In particular, the lighting assembly 3 may comprise a collimated light source 31 for emitting collimated light. The width of the irradiation range 303 of the collimated light source 31 in the direction of the rotation axis 21 is larger than the thickness of the saw blade 2. That is, the parallel light covers the saw blade 2 in the direction of the rotation axis 21.
In another embodiment, the lighting assembly 3 may comprise an LED lamp (i.e. a light emitting diode). A lampshade 32 may be provided outside the LED lamp. The light emitted from the LED lamp can be changed into a parallel beam through the lens to be directed to the saw blade 2.
In the embodiment of the present application, the electric circular saw 100 may include a first power source supplying electric power to the motor. The lighting assembly 3 may be electrically connected to the first power source. So, when opening after circular telegram first power, lighting component 3 opens along with the rotation of saw bit 2 is automatic, need not to open lighting component 3 in addition again, convenient easy operation.
In another embodiment, the electric circular saw 100 may further include a second power source electrically connected to the illumination assembly 3. The length of the cutting hole 61 is slightly greater than the diameter of the saw blade 2. The light of the illumination assembly 3 passes through the cutting hole 61 to form an illumination area 301 on the workpiece 200. When the saw blade 2 is in an operating state, the lower surface of the bottom plate 6 is attached to the surface to be cut of the workpiece 200, so that the electric circular saw 100 is supported on the surface of the workpiece 200, and the cutting is more stable.
In a specific application scenario, when the electric circular saw 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application is used, the electric circular saw 100 may be first placed at one end of the workpiece 200 to be cut, so that the bottom plate 6 is attached to the surface of the workpiece 200 to be cut. The lighting assembly 3 is turned on so that the hatched line 302 of the saw blade 2 coincides with the cutting line 201 on the workpiece 200, and the saw blade 2 is then activated to start cutting in the cutting direction 300. During the cutting process, the shadow line 302 of the saw blade 2 and the cutting line 201 on the workpiece 200 are kept coincident within the illumination area 301 until the cut is completed.

Claims (9)
1. An electric circular saw, comprising:
a saw blade that cuts a workpiece by a rotational motion;
the motor drives the saw blade to work;
a housing including a fixed shroud covering at least a portion of the saw blade and a grip portion extending parallel to a plane of the saw blade;
a base plate abutting against the workpiece, the base plate having a cutting hole through which the saw blade passes;
a lighting assembly disposed on the fixed shield; the illumination assembly has an illumination range and can form an illumination area on the workpiece, and at least part of the illumination area is positioned in front of a contact position of the saw blade and the workpiece; at least part of the saw blade is positioned in the irradiation range, and the saw blade forms a shadow line on the workpiece, wherein the shadow line is positioned in front of the saw blade in the cutting direction and is positioned in the same plane with the saw blade.
2. The electric circular saw of claim 1, wherein the light assembly is fixedly disposed outside the fixed guard; the fixed shield is provided with a light transmitting area; the light-transmitting area is correspondingly arranged below the lighting assembly.
3. The electric circular saw of claim 2, wherein the light-transmitting region is made of a light-transmitting material.
4. The electric circular saw of claim 1, wherein the light assembly is disposed inside the fixed guard, and the light assembly housing is provided with a light-transmissive dust cover.
5. The electric circular saw of claim 1, wherein the lighting assembly includes a light source, a lamp cover disposed outside the light source, and a control portion electrically connected to the light source, the control portion being connected with a switch for controlling the light source.
6. The electric circular saw of claim 1, wherein the saw blade has an axis of rotation; the lighting assembly comprises a parallel light source for emitting parallel light; the width of the irradiation range of the parallel light source along the direction of the rotating axis is larger than the thickness of the saw blade.
7. The electric circular saw of claim 1, comprising a first power source that provides electric power to the motor; the lighting assembly is electrically connected to the first power source.
8. The electric circular saw of claim 1, comprising a first power source providing power to the motor, and a second power source electrically connected to the illumination assembly.
9. The electric circular saw of claim 8, wherein the second power source is a dry cell or button cell, and the illumination assembly includes a light source and a switch between the light source and the second power source.
