the side airbag device (2) comprises an airbag, a gas generator located in the airbag, and a guide (3), the airbag being located in the first chamber (121), the guide (3) being adapted to isolate the first chamber (121) from the second chamber (122), and the guide (3) being adapted to enable the airbag to inflate only into the detonation channel (123).

8. The vehicle seat with the side airbag according to claim 1, wherein a minimum thickness of a wall of the housing chamber is 10mm to 20 mm.
9. The vehicle seat with the side airbag according to claim 8, wherein a minimum thickness of a wall of the accommodating chamber is 15 mm.
10. An automobile comprising the vehicle seat with a side airbag according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
