The folding, unfolding and moving of the bed can be facilitated by arranging the movable caster wheels 11-100 at the bottoms of the bed head frames 1-100 and the bed tail frames 6-100.
It is noted that all of the features disclosed in this specification, or all of the steps in any method or process so disclosed, may be combined in any combination, except combinations of mutually exclusive features and/or steps.
The working principle and the process of the automatic folding bed of the embodiment of the application are as follows:
in the automatic folding bed of the embodiment of the present application, the head frame 1-100, the head bar 5-100, the buttocks frame 2-100 and the back frame 3-100 can form a first quadrangular structure. The tailstock 6-100, the tailstock pull rod 8-100, the hip bed frame 2-100 and the leg bed frame 7-100 can form a second quadrangular structure. The two quadrilateral structures share a hip bed frame 2-100, a sliding groove 2-300 is arranged on the connecting seat 2-200 along the vertical direction, a sliding pin 2-400 capable of sliding in the sliding groove 2-300 is arranged in the sliding groove 2-300, a first fork 5-200 bent downwards is arranged at the end part of one end of the bed head pull rod 5-100 connected with the connecting seat 2-200, and the first fork 5-200 is forked (clamped) on the sliding pin 2-400. The end part of one end of the bed tail pull rod 8-100 connected with the connecting seat 2-200 is provided with a second fork 8-200 bent downwards, and the second fork 8-200 is also forked (clamped) on the sliding pin 2-400, so that the two quadrangles can keep synchronous motion under the action of the telescopic driving device 9-100.
When the folding bed is carried out from the unfolding state, firstly fixing the back bed frame 3-100 and the back net rack 4-100, pushing out the telescopic end of the telescopic driving device 9-100 to lengthen the quadrilateral diagonal line at the side of the bed head frame 1-100, respectively rotating the back bed frame 3-100 around the hinge connection point of the bed head frame 1-100 and the hip bed frame 2-100, simultaneously rotating the bed head pull rod 5-100 along the hinge point on the connection seat 2-200, rotating the first fork head 5-200 thereon to drive the sliding pin 2-400 to slide upwards in the sliding groove 2-300, sliding the sliding pin 2-400 slides and simultaneously drives the second fork head 8-200 on the bed tail pull rod 8-100 to rotate, rotating the bed tail pull rod 8-100 along the hinge point on the connection seat 2-200 by the second fork head 8-200 to lengthen the quadrilateral diagonal line at the side of the bed tail frame 6-100, the leg frames 7-100 rotate around the hinge points of the hip frame 2-100 and the tailstock 6-100 respectively. During the exercise, the buttocks frame 2-100 will gradually rise upwards, and the back frame 3-100 and the leg frame 7-100 gradually get close to the middle at the same time.
In the folding process, the buttocks bed frame 2-100 is always kept horizontal, and the bed head frame 1-100 and the bed tail frame 6-100 are always kept vertical to the ground. When the telescopic end of the telescopic driving means 9-100 is extended to the maximum position, the back frame 3-100 and the leg frame 7-100 are parallel to each other and are perpendicular to the floor. As shown in fig. 5, the head frame 1-100 and the tail frame 6-100 are drawn inward to the minimum position, and the folding bed storage and folding process is completed.
When in use, the bed can be automatically unfolded only by reverse operation.
In conclusion, the automatic folding bed of the embodiment of the application has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in operation, firm structure and safety in use; can fold the bed automatically and expand, it is more convenient to pack and install, effectively saves assembly manpower and materials.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, if the back frame 3-100 is not fixed to the back net frame 4-100, the back net frame 4-100 can be independently turned up and down by the telescopic driving means 9-100 when the bed is unfolded, so that the back net frame 4-100 can be formed as a backrest.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are exemplary, and those skilled in the art can devise various solutions in light of the present disclosure, which are also within the scope of the present disclosure and fall within the scope of the present disclosure. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present specification and drawings are illustrative only and are not limiting upon the claims.
