Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a servo driving device, which comprises a shell, wherein an electronic device is arranged in the shell, wherein the electronic device is arranged on a bracket which can be removably arranged in the shell and is connected to a plug component through at least one electric connection part; the plug member is releasably connected to a mating plug member secured to the housing.
Background
The servo drive can be used to adjust, for example, the adjustment of valves, taps and/or slides. In general, the actuator has a motor and electronics for controlling the motor. Electric motors are mostly used here.
Actuating drives of the type mentioned at the beginning are known. In this case, the electronics of the actuator are usually implemented on circuit boards which are connected to one another in a preassembled assembly, wherein the connecting leads in the form of cable connections are provided on the carrier of the actuator and the plug parts are provided at their free ends. When assembling the electronic device, the electrical contacting of the electronic device is therefore usually carried out by means of a cable-connected plug, by first connecting the plug part with a corresponding mating plug part on the housing and then inserting the holder into the housing.
The cable connection, which includes the plug part, therefore has to be formed longer than the depth of the receiving space formed by the housing, in order to be able to subsequently fit the rack with the electronic device comfortably into the housing. However, the disadvantage is that an additional storage space for the cable connection between the plug part and the electronic device has to be prepared in the housing.
Other solutions attempt to reduce the cable length of the cable connection by providing the mating plug part not on the housing bottom but on a side wall of the housing. This has the disadvantage, however, that the housing must be designed overall wider than in previous solutions, in order to be able to introduce the holder into the housing from the side of the plug connection. Furthermore, the plug connection can be partially or completely cancelled when the bracket is inserted, in that the plug part is inadvertently completely or partially decoupled from the corresponding mating plug part when the bracket is inserted. In this case, a malfunction or complete failure of the servo drive can occur.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The utility model discloses consequently lie in simplifying the assembly.
In particular, according to the invention, a servo drive of the type mentioned at the beginning is proposed for solving the object, comprising a housing in which an electronic device is arranged, wherein the electronic device is arranged on a carrier which is removably inserted into the housing and is connected to a plug part by means of at least one electrical connection; the plug part is detachably connected to a mating plug part fixed to the housing, characterized in that the plug part is fixed to the carrier. This has the advantage that the plug part can be inserted into the housing together with the holder during assembly and at the same time the plug part can be coupled to a mating plug part on the housing by inserting the holder into the housing. It is therefore not necessary to connect the plug part with the mating plug part before the introduction into the holder. The previously described cable connection can therefore be eliminated or kept as short as possible, so that the electrical connection between the plug part and the electronic device is not disturbed when the carrier is inserted into the housing.
The electrical connection can be designed, for example, as a cable connection. The plug part can be formed, for example, male or female. The mating plug part can likewise be designed male or female, corresponding to the plug part.
The following describes advantageous design variants of the invention.
According to an advantageous embodiment, the holder can be inserted into the housing in an insertion direction or into the use position in the insertion direction, and the plug part and the mating plug part can be connected in an insertion direction, which can be aligned with the insertion direction. This has the advantage that the mounting of the holder in the housing and the connection of the plug part and the mating plug part can be carried out particularly easily in one step.
In order to achieve a better fixation of the carrier on the housing and at the same time a fixation of the plug connection between the plug part and the mating plug part, a fixing point can be formed on the carrier and a corresponding mating fixing point can be formed on the housing. In particular, the plug connection can be designed such that the plug part can be inserted into the mating plug part by establishing a connection of the fastening point with the mating fastening point. For example, the plug connection can be designed as a screw connection. The plug part can be introduced into the screw-fitting plug part by tightening a screw thread, for example a screw, or vice versa.
The fastening points and/or mating fastening points can be arranged such that they are easily accessible from outside the housing in the state in which the holder is inserted into the housing, in order to facilitate the coupling or decoupling between the fastening points and the mating fastening points.
In order to prevent an obstruction caused by the cable being extended when the holder is inserted, according to a further advantageous embodiment of the actuating drive, a positive guide for the at least one electrical connection can be formed on the holder. When the electronic device is mounted on the holder, the electrical connection is inserted into the positive guide, so that it requires no or hardly any additional storage space in the housing when the holder is introduced. The positive guide can be designed, for example, as at least one clip, rail, groove, detent and/or clamping plate.
According to an advantageous embodiment, the electronic device can have power electronics and signal electronics. The power electronics can be separated from the signal electronics by a separating plate.
In order to allow signal transmission from and to the electronic device on the one hand and supply power to the electronic device on the other hand by means of the plug connection, the plug part can have a connection element for the power electronics and/or a connection element for the signal electronics.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the separating plate, for example the separating plate already described above, can form the fastening point. It is therefore possible to provide a holder which has as little space requirement as possible in the housing.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment of the actuating drive, the carrier can have at least one plastic frame into which at least one circuit board of the electronic device is removably pushed, in particular locked. The production from plastic has the advantage over the previously known connection of the printed circuit board by means of intermediate elements that no screwing is necessary and that the plastic has internal stresses which reliably fix the electronic assembly even in the event of strong vibrations, for example. The plastic frame can thus be provided with latching elements which are produced in advance in series for the installation of the circuit board and which are fixed in a non-positive and/or positive manner.
The fastening points of the carrier, such as the fastening points and the plug part already described above, can be formed and/or fastened on the metal frame. The metal frame may thus at least partially cover the plastic frame described before. The plastic frame can thus be designed as an insulator between the electronic device and the metal frame. However, it is also conceivable to dispense with a metal frame and to manufacture the entire carrier from plastic.
The utility model discloses in addition relate to the application of the plug part of fixing on the support, its electron device that is used for electric contact to put through servo drive, wherein, plug part device inserts and fixes in the cooperation plug part on the casing, and its mode is the support and packs into the casing along the direction of insertion, the direction of insertion with the direction of packing into is unanimous. In particular, the servo drive as described and claimed herein may be employed in this application. This has the advantage that the introduction of the holder into the housing takes place simultaneously with the plug connection of the plug part and the mating plug part being established. The assembly of the electronic device in the housing is thus significantly simplified.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4 show a design variant of a servo drive, which is designated as a whole by reference numeral 1.
The servo drive 1 has an electric motor and a manual actuating device in the form of a hand wheel 21, wherein a motor-driven adjustment of an actuating element, for example a valve, is possible by means of the electric motor 20 and a manual adjustment of an actuating element, for example a valve, is possible by means of the hand wheel 21.
The actuator 1 has a housing 2 with a receiving space for receiving a holder 4. The servo drive 1 is equipped with electronics 3, which are removable from the housing 2. For this purpose, the electronics 3 are mounted on the support 4. In particular, the electronic device 3 is connected to the holder 4 in a form-fitting and/or force-fitting manner. The electronics 3 arranged inside the housing 2 are preferably protected from external influences by the housing 2.
The electronic device 3 is connected to the plug part 6 by means of at least one electrical connection 5. By means of the plug part 6, the electronic device 3 can be electrically connected to the mating plug part 7. In the use position, i.e. in the state in which the holder 4 is inserted into the housing 2, the plug part 6 is connected to the mating plug part 7. A mechanical and electrical connection can thus be established between the plug part 6 and the mating plug part 7.
The mating plug part 7 is arranged or formed on the housing 2. In particular, the mating plug part 7 is connected to the housing 2 such that the mating plug part 7 cannot move relative to the housing 2.
The plug part 6 is arranged fixedly on the carrier 4, so that the plug part 6 is likewise not able to move relative to the carrier 4. In particular, the plug part 6 can be screwed, clamped and/or glued to the carrier 4. It is thus possible for the plug part 6 and the mating plug part 7 to be mechanically and electrically coupled during the introduction of the carrier 4 into the receiving space of the housing 2, so that they are connected to one another after the introduction of the carrier 4 into the housing 2 without further steps being carried out. On the one hand, assembly of the actuator 1 is thereby significantly facilitated, since instead of the two previous steps, i.e. the connection of the plug part 6 and the mating plug part 7 and the introduction of the bracket 4 into the receiving space of the housing 2, this now takes place simultaneously in a single step.
The mating plug part 7 can be connected, for example, with a power connection 22 which is guided through a housing wall of the housing 2.
The previously described design has the advantage, inter alia, that the usually used long cable connections between the plug part and the electronic device are no longer necessary, since the housing 2 has guides for the holder 4, as a result of which the holder 4 can be introduced into the housing 2 in a defined manner, preferably with only one degree of freedom. The plug part 6 and the mating plug part 7 are thus correctly oriented relative to one another, so that the plug part 6 and the mating plug part 7 are forcibly correctly connected to one another when the carrier 4 is introduced into the housing 2. The position of the mating plug part 7 on the housing 2 is therefore adapted to the position of the plug part 6 on the carrier 4.
The holder 4 can be inserted into the housing 2 in an insertion direction 8, which corresponds to the insertion direction, and this insertion direction can be determined, for example, by the previously described guides and/or housing openings formed on the housing 2, and the plug part 6 and the mating plug part 7 are connected to one another in the insertion direction 9 when the holder 4 is inserted into the housing 2. The carrier 4 can thus be introduced into the housing 2 and the plug part 6 and the mating plug part 7 can be connected by moving the carrier 4 with one degree of freedom relative to the housing 2.
In order to be able to fix the holder 4 to the housing 2, the holder 4 has a fixing point 10 and the housing has a mating fixing point 11 corresponding thereto. In the design shown in fig. 4, the fastening point 10 is designed as a screw and the mating fastening point 11 is designed as a thread. By screwing the screw in the thread, the plug part 6 can furthermore be connected to the mating plug part 7, since a better force transmission to the carrier 4 is possible by the threaded connection.
A forced guide 12 for guiding the electrical connection 5 is formed on the holder 4. The electrical connection 5, which may be designed, for example, as a cable connection, is inserted into the positive-action guide 12 in the assembly position. It is thus possible to avoid unintentional extension of the electrical connection 5, which would interfere with the introduction of the holder 4 into the housing 2.
The electronics 3 of the servo drive 1 have power electronics 13 and signal electronics 14. The power electronics 13 and the signal electronics 14 may be separated from each other by a separation plate 15.
The plug part 6 has a separate connecting element corresponding thereto, which is assigned to the power electronics 13 or the signal electronics 14. The connection of the power electronics 13 and the signal electronics 14 can thus be realized by means of the one plug connection of the plug part 6 and the mating plug part 7.
The separating plate 15 described above can form the fastening point 10. In particular, the separating plate 15 can be oriented transversely or perpendicularly to the insertion direction 8 in the installation position. The fastening point 10 can be formed on the upper side of the separating plate 15, so that it is easily accessible from outside the housing 2, for example by means of a tool. The screw head of the fastening point 10, which is embodied as a screw, for example, can be arranged on the upper side of the separating plate 15, which is accessible from the outside.
The carrier 4 can have at least two separating plates 15, which are connected by a spacer 19 of the carrier 4 and are arranged at a distance from one another. The spacer 19 may be made of a non-conductive material, for example. The plug part 6 can be arranged and fixed on the second separating plate 15, for example, wherein the first separating plate 15 arranged at a distance therefrom has the fixing point 10.
The support 4 has a plastic frame 16 designed to receive and fix at least a circuit board 17. For example, the circuit board 17 can be pushed into the plastic frame 16 and fixed therein by means of a snap-fit connection. Preferably, the entire holder 4 can be made of plastic. However, it is also possible for at least the frame carrying the at least one circuit board 17 to be manufactured from plastic or a different electrically insulating material. The plastic has the advantage that it enables a pretensioning of the frame element, as a result of which the printed circuit board 17 can be loaded in a fixed manner. The circuit board 17 can be removed from the frame 16 by bending back the frame element.
The fastening point 10 and/or the plug part 6 can be formed or fastened on a metal frame 18, which is formed at least partially by the previously described carrier 4.
That is, in particular, the present invention relates to a servo drive 1, comprising a housing 2 in which an electronic device 3 is arranged in an assembly position, wherein the electronic device 3 is connected to a holder 4 which is removably insertable into the housing 2; the electronic device 3 is connected to the plug part 6 via at least one electrical connection 5; the plug part 6 is detachably connected in the fitted position with a mating plug part 7 fixed to the housing 2; the plug member 6 is not movable relative to the holder 4.
