The mechanical oil recovery well alarm device provided by the embodiment can prompt an operator whether the air conditioner 80 with the fault operates abnormally or not, so that the operator can timely and pertinently process the air conditioner 80 with the fault without touching and discharging the mechanical oil recovery well alarm device, and the maintenance efficiency is improved.

The shutdown of the air conditioner 80 can lead to the situation that the control cabinet 40 cannot timely dissipate heat and is shut down in a thermal protection mode, the control device 20 collects the ambient temperature information of the air conditioner 80 at the same time, and therefore the air conditioner is favorable for operators to judge whether the mechanical oil extraction device is shut down due to faults or the mechanical oil extraction device is shut down due to faults of the air conditioner 80, the operators are prompted to carry out targeted maintenance, and the maintenance efficiency is improved.

With continuing reference to fig. 7, in the above-described embodiment, the mechanical production well alarm device further includes: a mobile terminal 60; the mobile terminal 60 is in communication connection with the control device 20, and is configured to receive and display first operation information of the control cabinet 40.
The mobile terminal 60 may be a mobile phone, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a Personal Computer (PC), or the like. The mobile terminal 60 is connected to the control device 20, and can obtain the first working information of the control cabinet 40 in real time.
Preferably, the mechanical production well warning device may further include: the positioning device can be a Global Positioning System (GPS) module or a Beidou positioning system; the positioning device can be in communication connection with the control device 20 and used for acquiring the position information of the control cabinet 40, the control device 20 can be connected with the positioning device and used for acquiring the position information of the control cabinet 40, the control cabinet 40 is connected with the terminal device and used for sending the position information to the terminal device, so that an operator can quickly position the position of the failed mechanical production well and determine failed parts.
The alarm device 30 is used for prompting an operator of a device failure, wherein the alarm device 30 comprises: one or more of a buzzer alarm, an audible and visual alarm and an infrared alarm. The alarm device 30 can be arranged at the oil pumping unit and/or the control room, and timely prompts the operator to maintain the equipment fault through an audible and visual alarm, a buzzer alarm and the like; the alarm device 30 may also be disposed at a terminal device, and prompts an operator to repair the device failure through vibration of the terminal, message prompt, and the like; the mechanical production well equipment with faults can be conveniently found and processed by operators in time.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an alarm device for a mechanical production well provided by an eighth embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 8, and in view of the above-mentioned technique of the foregoing embodiment, the alarm device for a mechanical production well further includes: a transmission device 70; the transmission device 70 is connected to the alarm device 30, the control device 20 and the data collecting device 10, and the transmission device 70 is configured to transmit the first operation information of the data collecting device 10 to the control device 20 and transmit the control information of the control device 20 to the alarm device 30.
The transmission device 70 may be a bluetooth communication module, a WiFi communication module, a ZigBee communication module, or an infrared communication module, and is selected according to actual needs. For example, the transmission device 70 is a bluetooth communication module, the data collection device 10 communicates with the control device 20 via a bluetooth 4.2 protocol to transmit first operation information such as an operation current of the electric pump and/or the pumping unit, the control device 20 may communicate with the mobile terminal 60 or the alarm device 30 via the bluetooth 4.2 protocol, and the control device 20 may edit the acquired first operation information into a colloquial and easily understood text description, such as: the '112 # mechanical production well generates electric pump overload shutdown in 30 distribution in 8 months, 9 days and 12 days', sends the section of text description to the mobile terminal 60 for displaying, controls the alarm device 30 to give an alarm, is convenient to use, and facilitates operators to obtain working information of equipment such as the pumping unit in time.

the control equipment is in communication connection with the second data collector and is used for receiving the second working information and judging whether the air conditioner fails or not;
the alarm device is in communication connection with the control device, and the control device is further used for controlling the alarm device to send out a second alarm signal when the air conditioner fails.
5. A mechanical production well alarm device according to claim 4, wherein the second data collector comprises: the second current sensor is in communication connection with the air conditioner so as to acquire second working information of the air conditioner;
wherein the second operation information includes: and the working current information of the air conditioner.
6. The mechanical production well warning device of claim 5, wherein the second data collector further comprises: the temperature sensor is in communication connection with the air conditioner so as to acquire second working information of the air conditioner;
wherein the second operation information includes: ambient temperature information of the air conditioner.

the display device is in communication connection with the control device and is used for displaying the first working information acquired by the data acquisition device.

the mobile terminal is in communication connection with the control equipment and is used for receiving and displaying the first working information of the control cabinet.
9. A mechanical production well warning device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the warning apparatus comprises: one or more of a buzzer alarm, an audible and visual alarm and an infrared alarm.
10. A mechanical production well warning device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising: a transmission device;
the transmission equipment is connected with the alarm equipment, the control equipment and the data acquisition equipment, and the transmission equipment is used for transmitting the first working information of the data acquisition equipment to the control equipment and sending the control information of the control equipment to the alarm equipment.
