Thus, the meal pusher member 124 can be moved horizontally back and forth on the one hand, and rotated about its axis of rotation in a vertical plane on the other hand.
Automatic meal distribution system embodiment 1
Fig. 2 and 3 are schematic structural views of the preferred embodiment of the automatic meal distribution system of the invention. Referring to fig. 2, the automatic meal distribution system comprises an automatic meal distribution device 1, a meal box conveying device 2 and a meal box taking device 3 shown in fig. 1; the lunch box conveying device 2 is a belt conveying device, and the lunch box conveying belt 21 is provided with partitions 21 arranged in an array along the length direction; the lunch box taking device 2 is a vacuum adsorption device which transfers the lunch boxes 4 one by one from the lunch box stacking to the space between two adjacent partitions 21 on the lunch box conveyor belt 21 by utilizing the vacuum adsorption effect, and the lunch boxes 4 on the lunch box conveyor belt 21 are positioned by the partitions 21 on the two sides in the conveying direction.
When the meal distribution operation of the solid meal is performed, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, firstly, the meal box 4 is conveyed by the meal box conveyor belt 21 to be directly below the meal distribution channel 122, and then the meal distributor 12 is controlled to move downwards for a preset distance until the movable distribution container 1222 is abutted with the bottom wall of the meal box 4, so that the movable distribution container 1222 moves upwards relative to the fixed distribution container 1221 against the action force of the compression spring 123, and the meal distribution channel 122 and the meal box 4 form a preset accommodating space together; the cooking apparatus 5 then dispenses the solid meal to be dispensed into the meal receiving space 1211 and controls the meal pushing member 124 to move/rotate back and forth so that the meal falls evenly into the respective dispensing channels; finally, the food dispenser 12 is lifted, and the food in the food dispensing passage 122 falls into the meal box 4, thereby completing the meal distribution. Wherein the downshifting distance of the meal dispenser 12 can be set in advance according to the condition of the finished dish, or dynamically adjusted (adaptive) during the meal distribution process until the meal just fills each distribution channel evenly.
For example, when the food dispenser 12 has four food dispensing channels 122, if the serving size of each food is 250 g, the downward movement distance of the food dispenser 12 can be adjusted so that each food dispensing channel 122 and the corresponding meal box 4 together form a containing space for containing 250 g of food; 1000 grams of food are then deposited into the food receiving space 1211, causing the food to fall evenly into each food dispensing channel 122 in coordination with the back and forth movement/rotation of the food pushing member 124.
When the meal pushing member 124 moves, the following situation may occur: the meal is pushed or dropped into one of the longitudinal ends (e.g., the left end) of the meal receiving space 1211 while the dispensing passage at that end is filled with meal. In this case, the rotation of the meal pushing member 124 may be controlled to push/pull the meal accumulated at the end toward the other end (e.g., right end) of the meal receiving space 1211, and then the meal pushing member 124 may be controlled to move toward the other end (e.g., right end) of the meal receiving space 1211 until the meal is equally dropped into each of the distribution channels.
When the soup meal splitting operation is performed, as shown in fig. 3, the cooking device 5 pours the soup into the soup guiding grooves 1213, and then the soup is distributed into the respective meal distribution channels and the material box 4 by the plurality of soup distribution holes 1214 in a substantially balanced manner, thereby completing the soup distribution.
